FWIW I saw the construction and location of the new restaurant at Hollywood and Highlands when I was waiting in front of the Highlands Club last weekend. I would imagine the restaurant to be a success based on the location. I had never heard of this stock before seeing the place or else I would have gone to get a closer look.
Anybody else with etrade not able to buy imgw online?
Ive had an order in at .10 with no action either
Same here
Interesting. Well I hope I can grab a few more sub 10s lol
What did you put the 35k order in at? .083?? I've had an order in at .09 but nothing yet.
Take care!!
Maybe they are responsible for the high volume that we've been seeing recently =)
My condolences...
Seems like the sub .10s are history =)
FRPT +36%
GS and LEH earnings tomorrow. I'm not in either as I really have no idea what they are going to do at this point lol.
WOW $2 a share?!?!?!
Amen!
Nice! I'll follow the board as well.
I remember you put TMA on watch a few days ago, maybe last week. I think it hit like 300% since you said something about it. Too bad I didn't hop on though.
Surprisingly my average is .0546. But I don't have nearly the number of shares as you big boys in here =) I would join the fun today but my account is messed up and it says I have no free funds lol
Especially with the O/S we have here.
Another informative article
http://findarticles.com/p/articles/mi_m3190/is_16_35/ai_73846956
"With an average development cost of between $600,000 and to $700,000, the average 4,500-square-foot Hooters grosses $2 million with 180 seats and a daylong per-person check average of $12.59."
So with 22 restaurants, Hooters Inc. alone grosses over $40 million a year!
Nice find! That would be huge! But since that agreement is over 20 years old, hopefully that is the agreement still
I wonder how much the royalites HI pays to HOA?
"HI, as the creator of the Hooters brand and concept, owns and operates 22 restaurants, which comprise the highest average unit gross sales within the Hooters system,"
So I take this as the 22 restaurants under HI have the highest gross sales when averaged among all 400+ restaurants?
Keep in mind this is for Hooters Inc. and not Hooters of America which controls the majority of the restaurants. But with that being said, with the current market cap under $7 million and the deal costing them $55 million, we are very undervalued if the deal were to go through.
Has anyone been seeing the run CTUM has been on?
Lets see if this one stands *knocks on wood* =)
I put it in as a limit. Maybe I'll try the market out and see where it fills. Hopefully above .06 but they will probably match it I assume?
I've tried to paint it with an order at .12 but that hasn't filled either lol
Especially with the record oil prices =)
Haven't been around much these days either but its great to see the updates with CHAG here today! I'm as patient as ever with what we have going here!
I haven't been around much lately but did anyone check out RIG (Transocean) conference call? They basically said the demand for services like RIG and DPDW will always be higher than the available supply. As long as Deep Down Inc. executes it's business plan and continues to grow, they are definitely in the right market to become a huge company imo.
Pretty amazing what .18 cents and 40% could do to board sentiment lol.
RSI was heading to the overbought territory on the daily chart, but those looking for a longer term hold can see that the RSI on the weekly chart is just getting started. Just something to think about.
Perhaps we should just get bought by Schlumberger or another big player. At a $53 million market cap, its just pennies for them lol.
Broke $5 mark etfc
Thanks for the reply! I'm trying to figure this covered call stuff out. I'm considering writing some CC's for some long shares I hold for ETFC. But for CC's, would it be wiser to write them closer to the expiring date as I would have a better idea of where the stock will be when it expires? Considering it would be pretty hard to guess where ETFC will be in march, writing calls that far out wouldn't be very wise because I could collect a premium for March CCs closer to the expiration date. I hope I am making some kind of sense lol
ETFC option play question
Current price is $4.14; Feb 4 @ .40 currently
So if I have 700 shares of ETFC at $3.57, I could write 7 Covered Calls and take a .40 premium on the Feb 4s giving me $280 from the premium.
And I would also net $300 from the stock side (since I bought at $3.57 and would be selling at $4) of the trade giving me $580 profit.
Is this anywhere near being correct??
Forgive my ignorance on the subject. Just getting started with options.
Thanks in advance!
Seriously..only NITE under .19 lol
According to this site they had delivered 20 aircrafts in 2007 as of September. Don't know how accurate that page is, just something I googled.

Has some interesting info in there. Should be an interesting day tomorrow.
Everytime it has dipped like this, it only takes a little to bring it back it seems.
fwiw slb and rig have both been taking a hit so its not just us over here. We will bounce in due time. No doubt about it imo...
