emdyal - you don't seem to understand what constitutes insider trading. All corporate leaders at some time or other have information that would be considered insider information, that is unavoidable in a corporate environment. (Personally I would like the leaders of the companies I invest in to know what is going on) It does not become an insider trading violation until a corporate insider makes trades in which he uses non public information for personal gain. This of coarse extends to anyone who becomes aware or has the information shared with them.

IE - If you work for a public company A and you work in the mailroom and see a piece of mail from which you learn that a big event is going to happen and you tell your friend and he trades on that info you would be in violation of insider trading rules. The person who wrote the memo, who is also aware of the info is not in violation as long as they do not act on the info.

Offer is a major investor and key contributor to the well fair of this company, I would hope he is aware of things that are not public knowledge.

Just a little prespective about the mention of the soccer game in the PR. I don't kow the oil business very well but I do know soccer.

That match was probably the biggest thing to happen in Sao Tome in a long time, it was not just some neighborhood game it was the national team, playing another national team fighting for the right to play in the world cup. It gave that little island nation some serious bragging rights, that win moved them up 53 points in the rankings and to just outside the top 100 in the world. Not bad for a small island nation with the population smaller then most US cities. My guess is that everyone on that island who is anyone was either at that game or wishing they had been. The tickets may not have been expensive but I beat everyone wanted one.

The pride that nation is probably feeling for its national team at this time is propbably at an fever pitch. That little blurb may not of just been a smart move it may actually have been a stroke of gueinus and I do not believe I have every put that word anywhere near a sentence about ERHE management before.

I am sure the local politicians that will have a great deal of influence on ERHEs future were tickled and pleased when management choose to not only attend the game and support the local team but also include that great day in Sao Tome history in there PR.

Very strange, we have a drill rig pulling into the JDZ and the SP is drifting down, would of thought the drill rig would cause a little positive anticipation.

I guess most of the people who know about the rig are those who are currently invested and following the action here. Hopefully they will put out a PR to announce the commencement of drilling, you would think the JDZ would want to blow its horn.

I say give them a break, we complain about spending money, they may have found a very cheap format to communicate with shareholders, lets not discourage it before we even know how well it works.

Deg Gam = You may not recogize my alias but I have been in this stock since before the coup - yeah way back then. I don't post much because well lately their just hasn't been anything solid to post about. I believe the assets are there and that is why I am still here. The biggest problem with this stock right now is the only ones following it are those who already believe in the assets/story of this stock. We have seen a little up swing lately because some who sold knowing it was dead money for a few months have come back in anticipation that we will finally see the gains we have all waited so long for. But those gains will only happen with a solid PR stating either a solid commitment to phase 2 or some indication that the fields we are involved in can be turned into a a profitable field. Many have said management has let us down, well maybe they could have done some more positive PRs, I don't know the oil industry well enought to say they should of been able to release data but until now it hasn't happened WFT lets deal with that and go forward. In the next month or so we will see PRs that will make or break this investment, because I beleive in the assets I think we will come out way ahead of the game, hopefully I am right. Like it or not we are waiting on the next round of PRs, with this company that requires some serious &@%%s but hey after all these years I say lets roll the dice, in or out I am ready to find out if this is really the investment I hoped it would be.

Hoping for a month we can be happy about.

Still here after years and years - been here since before the coup. Try not to think about how many years that is.

Don't post very often - momma told me if ya aint got nothing nice to say.......

But I do believe the oil is down there and at some point we will recieve a true (or at least better then present) value for those assets and we will be glad we held this stock for so long (hind sight I would of been a trader as at this point I could own many times more shares with much less investment )

Hopefully it all works out in the end or my wife will kick me butt...LOL

OT I also use AVG Internet Security and rarely have any problems, but it is not perfect I have a few customers that I sold AVG and in the last week 3 of them have reported Trojen horses that I have been having a bear of a time getting rid of. God only knows what they did but it is weird, two different businesses and a home user, all seems like the same cirus. Oh well its good for business...LOL

Just a thought, wouldn't be a smart move for the JDA to cut Sinopec some kind of deal on EEZ process in return for them releasing results (if they are positive) to force the bids to be higher from other would be suitors. That seems like the smarter move then having them sit on good results just so they don't have to bid higher.

If they have information that increases the value of the area make sure they do not have a conflict of interest and cut them a deal prebidding.

Lets get the info out.

I have been a very long time holder of this stock and very rare poster but read the board most days.

I just finished watching the video posted on the web site and to be honest I am truely shocked.....

ERHC is actually pumping itself, it sounded very positive, looked like Peter was ready to burst.

He said a few weeks away from getting complete report on the drilling, I am just glad he didn't say a fortnight we probably would of been down 20% today...LOL

Go ERHE, definetly lifted my spirits today!!!!
