what's BHUB? GLXI up, nice I'll jump back in if we get off to a good start tomorrow. GLTA
Go FCCN
GLXI:
Trimax updated their portfolio section - includes umining and "primo oil" http://www.primooil.com/
i'm sure the loser patrol will have fun with the latter
rogerwilco, thanks for email, too
LOCUSTS: GLXI
Um, hi guys. Even though I ain't one of ya, I am involved with GLXI. I keep getting banned from posting, but I did catch an error in iceman1co's dd re: msg# 11059
if you go to dos.state.ny.us and navigate to "search for business" you can search for both Globex and Umining. He is claiming Globex has not filed for name change...again why not request the same info on umining?
again he's twisting IMO...if someone could bring that up there, much appreciated
another fakeemail from iceman:
LOL since when does NY dept of state tell you to get a lawyer LOL, ice why don't you try this one:
Practice Lawyer Profile for Steven L. Siskind
Steven L. Siskind
New York, New York
(New York Co.)
ISLN: 903675725
The very prestigious attornet listed for Globex for the dos.state.ny.us website! Maybe he'll help you LOL
another nice try though...do they pay you minimum wage + 1/2 on holidays?
BIG NEWS, IMO to look forward to in the coming weeks:
* Completion of National Instrument 43-101 (NI 43-101)which is a rule developed by the Canadian Securities Administrators (CSA) and administered by the provincial securities commissions that govern how issuers disclose scientific and technical information about their mineral projects to the public.
* Announcement of CEO/CFO and potentially new BOD members. Hopefully the CEO is a big time miner of geologist, IMO
* Extraction schedules/subcontracts
ALL with an 8M float :)
Uranium prices are on their way up as a result of downward pressure affecting the global uranium mine supply, according to Raymond James analyst Bart Jaworski.
In a note to clients, Mr. Jaworski said the delay at Cameco Corp.'s Cigar Lake combined with Monday's announcement that Energy Resources of Australia Ltd. expects a production shortfall at its Ranger mine in Australia will keep downward pressure on uranium supply.
In 2006, he says uranium supply was down 5% from 108.4 million pounds to 102.7 million pounds.
As a result he increased his 2007 price forecast for uranium from US$90 per pound to US$110 per pound. In 2008, he expects uranium to be worth US$119, up from US$100.
iceman, i don't think faking an email from the Pope would be illegal (insofar as the SEC is concerned) nor would it affect the price of GLXI.
IMO, what would affect the price could be something like this:
...while doing some of the math, with a potential 300,000 tons with a 1.5-2.5% u308 cencentration in a % of glxi claims, thats 300,000 tons x 2000lbs/ton x 1.5% (low end) x $95 per pound = $855M
even if you were to minus 50% extraction costs that's 400+million
does this give us a potential market cap that would support a $10 share price? i hope so
in conclusion, i would like to provide my own opinion that the latter scenario would affect the share price more than getting a email from the pope
I hope so!
iceman, FYI its "Fournier" not "Fornier" who had the affiliation at one time with GLXI. For someone who communicates and posts about him all the time, figured you may want to be reminded about the correct spelling when conducting futire due diligence on GLXI
I also noticed in the subject line of your initial Dr. Fournier email yesterday that the one you sent had a "." at the end of the subject line and the one you supposedly received back was missing the "." which leads me to question its authenticity, little discrepancies like that, while forensically trying to support or refute GLXI due diligence done by board posters are very valuable in the validation process.
Also, a PhD and MBA professor like Dr. Fournier, although a French Canadian, I seriously doubt he would write with such broken English as was contained in your email. Nice try though.
Also, since Fournier appears to be a chemist, its better that GLXI is pursuing a CEO who has credentials more apt for mining than a chemist.
U3O8 = $95 today.
cappttenron:
still long in FCCN, thanks. more verifiable info here. to you other question, "today" is the answer
Well, I'm out for a $14 profit, sad after having been up 45K lol. I did sell quite a few shares today so i dont thinks it is dilution. I sincerely wish all the longs good luck who bought into this honestly, the price dive just too much of a coincidence after Klon's posts yesterday...
main reasons for my outage:
- i don't like to lose $$
- the entire f-up website thing including
..cut and pastes
..lack of proofing
..french version of trimax dont even work
..low, low quality of both sites, done by same person
company slow to respond to what are some valid questions by the bashing/paid crew
maybe i jump back in if questions addressed and if THEY FIX THERE F'IN WEBSITES (pet peeve)
hell i know a web person who would clean them up for 2000 shares
good luck and my hopes to still hold
Well, now i notice that American Capital is also typo'd on the Umining website legal disclaimer, so inrefutable proof the same person did both sites.
This of issue to anyione? Or not a big deal in your mind?
Klon?
bb, green and or swarm:
In the 22 march PR, it was announced "Globex also announced that the internal financial statements will be completed by next Monday and made available to auditors and finance organizations."
-- so to me "next monday" is this monday, or 2 April. hopefully they stick to their word. any thoughts on this?
tia
looks like i struck a nerve with the swing swift bashing crew. enough sparring i say! good nite to all...
do a google on that entire legal disclaimer and you'll see it a zillion times on the web, has nothing to do with copyright law and your mistruth even refutes your post(s) more as time progresses
as a subsidiary or partner of a larger firm, you are more apt to use verbiage that is the same or at least similiar when dealing with liability issues...but i guess you are a miner, not a lawyer, my bad
perhaps American Capital has a business relationship with Trimax and this wants to state that American Capital has no Liability with info contained on the Trimax site.
guy, you see cross references amoung companies with legal disclaimers all the time...what don't you know anything about law? oops, that's right mining is your forte'
guy YES there is -- from the legal disclaimer :
Limited Liability
In no event will American Capital be liable for any loss of profit or any other commercial damages, including, without limitation, direct or indirect, special, incidental, or consequential or other indirect damages, losses or expenses arising out of or in connection
look yourself rtard
i'm sorry its under legal disclaimer, not privacy policy...and no, guy i am not making it up.
guy lol - all you need to get going is a prospecting/exploration permit, in some cases 29 days.
this is interesting:
go to trimax's web site - click on privacy policy...scroll down and you'll see American Capital mentioned
this is american capital's website:
http://www.americancapital.com/
is american related to Trimax?!
let's hope so!
American Capital is the second largest U.S. publicly traded alternative asset manager with approximately $11 billion in assets....and they have invested/supported several oil, gas and MINING companies:
http://www.americancapital.com/our_portfolio/our_portfolio.html
Oh "a phone call" -- that's real quantifiable DD, we should all believe you, thanks.
The PR states a "signed" agreement.
Anyone know the name of the 3rd party doing verification on the uranium reserves? I believe this was required to release funding in order to begin harvesting/selling Uranium on the open market. Once we know this, it'll hopefully clear the board of miscreants.
They DO have a signed agreement - read the PR "Guy":
NEW YORK, March 7 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ - Globex, Inc. (GLXI: Pink Sheets), today announced that it has signed a financing agreement with Trimax Capital Group LTD; a Calgary, AB Corporation.
"Pursuant" to the significant Uranium discovery on 2 of its properties, Globex Inc. has negotiated an asset leverage program of structured notes based on the value of the proven reserves discovered.
Guy this may help you:
http://www.dictionary.net/pursuant
look how truthteller and all his other aliases post more as we head toward the end of the trading day! how transparent...they must want to "save us" even more before the close lmao
Buys coming in! .23 close green! semper uranium!
GLXI - very low float! big swings possible each way, what's the big deal? don't engage these turds...uranium $100 and moving up!
well i doubled down today, we CLOSE GREEN!
lmao look at the spread .065 - we going up up up!!!
keep spanking the ask with those 5000 share buys!
BOOOOOOSSSSHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH
L2 lighting up..go go go!!!!!
3,675,004 shares for me - sorry i'm late, i've been traveling to mexico
I love the locusts, here's why:
Effective March 12th, 2007 the market price of U3O8 is US $90.00/lb, up $5.00 even from last week. Check out these prices:
http://www.uraniumminer.net/market_price.htm
Thanks locusts for the GLXI tip!
Thanks psy, let's hope - the pps scenarios you can develop here with even only 10% of the speculative uranium reserves being recovered combined with only a 3.5M float are great! Throw in floods, etc at other mines (as long as no one is hurt) and it becomes better.
At three bucks you have a case of whatever you want coming your way lol, hell I even buy guy42i one too.
BTW, thanks to the loci for clueing me in on this one sub .10
guy42i - one more thing, since you like doing math:
find out the standard dimensions of containers on a container ship coming into long beach (not that the latter matters)
average out the dimensions of aero's muffler boxes
find out how many will fit
multiply that by 63 containers for just one shipment
see ya in may ;)
guy42i, lmao, re: your 18B share scenario. That's not how things work. Anyway, all good luck - off to sea of cortez on a long 2 month sail - we won't have more than a 15/1 reverse split post merger with s sp of at least $2-3 mid june. And guy, i'll bet ANYTHING you want on that one. LMAO 18B shares.
Upcoming news for AERO:
Just kicking around some hopeful wishes for AERO. Anyone have any besides these?
- Walmart/major retail distribution deal
- Lots of politics going on about federal mpg standards and how they have not been adjusted or really enforced since 1985. "If" new legislation were to be passed wow AERO could be OEM'd with, say, major car makers for a quick what - 10% incrase in MPG. That would be huge.
Any other ideas?
anyone think perhaps AERO took the 1.5 million loan in order to ramp up production/build inventory before a walmart-like deal is announced shortly after the RM and symbol change? i do.
also - someone mentioned an RM with true religion on the board yesterday. please don't ban me for chatting up another stock, but i know this one quite well since i bought my daughter a $300 pair of jeans since all of her friends had them...looked them up and bought a bunch which i've long since sold.
now, using TRLG as a benchmark do you think more jeans or mufflers are sold? i mention this as a way to estimate AERO's sales...i think the $20M mark is a good estimate, but $100M? midas last year did 159M overall I think.
sorry to babble, but i thought these two co's as an interesting comparitive model.
as pietro says DON'T EVEN WORRY ABOUT R/S, here's why:
- a 6/1* (or larger) R/S from .02 ain't gonna get you much if you are AERO
- now maybe if the current sp was .25-.75 or something it would make sense depending on the O/S...but if that were the case (.25 - .75) we'd already have a ton of profit
is my thinking off track here????
* javelin had stated no bigger than 6/1 if I am correct
