If the CEO and CFO are in Los Angeles, then I can only assume they are in negotiations with Karlsson since that's where TKG is located. The negotiations must be ongoing and somewhat fruitful since Karlsson hasn't delivered the default letter. They should emerge with a renegotiation of the debt in the near future. Prospect can then seek additional financing with that agreement in hand.
There are a lot of big investors with a lot of money invested in this venture. Karlsson is first in line to settle with, then the refinancing.
The PEA is in the process of being turned into a Bankable Feasibility Study. That a pretty much a formailty since the PEA came back positive.
VELT. Industry leader in mobile marketing and advertising. 63% yoy growth. New CFO from Sybas putting new capital structure in place. Company has been mentioned to be a buyout candidate for Google, Facebook and possibly Yahoo.
ALU received three upgrades this morning. Beaten down stock with 19 Billion with a B in sales.
Welcome my brother. This could be biggie or a buyout if the competitors feel the heat.
For your consideration. PGRX
Exploration stage company. Opening a mine in the Holbrook Basin in Arizona. Will compete directly with Mosaic, Potash Corp and other industry leaders. Have several key industry professionals from Potash Corp and Intrepid Potash.
Blackrock owns 5 million shares and Apollo, LLC is loaning them $100 million.
Mine is still a few years away, but they've pre-sold a quarter of their yearly production to China on a ten year contract.
Do your own due, but with a forty year mine and a lower cost per ton than its Cnadian and Russian rivals, this could be a growth stock for years.

Cramer tears Herb a new one

Herb Greenberg has written yet another venomous article about Green Mountain. He has never had anything good to say about this company and seems unwillingly or unable to muster a fair opinion. I believe he wants some level of vidication for his sour outlook and thinks that if he spews enough rhetoric he will cause the stock to tank. Give it a rest Herb. Move on.
Knocking the winter chill out with Green Mountain Coffee means better earnings next quarter. Even with the unseasonably mild winter look for GMCR to post record earning yet again. An estimated nineteen million brewers are on counters now in Canada and The United States. I think they'll come in at about 1.5 billion in revenues since the new machines hit people's homes and more flavors are hitting shelves. GMCR still has a lot of upside with the $87.10 price target and all the interest in the company. The last two days are showing profit taking and after that this will move higher. This is all just my opinion.
Fun math with Green mountain.
Analysts are expecting 1.03 Billion in earnings this quarter from Green Mountain. Let's take a look at some fun math.
GMCR says there are between 7-9 million Keurig's out there. I'll go on the low end for this computation.
7,000,000 coffee makers
Average cost of a K-cup about .55
7,000,000
X .55
3,850,000
Average Joe drinks about three cups of Joe at home.
3,850,000
X 3
11,550,000
Quarter has an averge of ninety days
11,550,000
X 90
1,039,500,000
That's just from slurpin' coffee folks!
Resistance is .52. When it breaks above that higher levels.
Sproing!
I may have understated. Another 10,000 just bought.
