TDA is showing 11 mil shares traded in the first 15 min!!! Is that correct? Why no price change?
Thanks. I just was looking around it and saw the $20 pricetag for a month of RealTime. That's what made me curious.
So is the NEW WEBSITE up? Can't remember what it looked like before.
Finally got my B warrants today WOOHOOO!!!
Hey Quinn, please PM me with the good news. Been in FRGY since 07.08.
TIA

Just received my A warants today. I expected to receive both certs at the same time since I only sent in one check for Transfer Online. Ben was holding my A warrants paperwork to submit at the same time with my B warrants so I would only have to pay TO once. Have a call in to Mark to see what's up. I was shocked to see a facsimile signature on a mailing label placed on the cert. Anyone else get one like that?

Thanks! Look forward to your update.

Isn't that right when the market closes (4pm EST)? curious....
Sorry, but I hope it won't. I hope the pps skyrockets. GLTY
What is your marketing strategy?
Looks like you got your wish... Load up
Here are some questions I have...
1. What is the expected revenue from each bottle/case of water that AQUI sells to the distributors?
2. When are the terms for payment on the contracts?
3. Where are the shares for the 504 coming from?
4. Are the 504 shares restricted, if so for how long?
5. Are they going to sell all 1,000,000 shares authorized in the 504?
6. What else are the proceeds from the 504 going to be used for (in addition to reimbursing Mr. Tang)?
7. How many cases are shipped per container?
8. How long will it take to fill the 180,000 case order?
9. When will the first bottles/cases reach shelves?
10. How long does it take once the containers are loaded to reach consumers...
- transit from bottling plant to port
- transit from Canadian port to China port
- how long is it held in customs
- transit from customs to distribution warehouse
- transit from warehouse to consumers
thanks...

That's some expensive water: 180,000 cases at $2.1 mil = $11.67 per case. I wonder how much Shanghai Tieato Trading is marking it up. I guess it's not too bad if they are breaking the cases and selling by the bottle, then it's only costing them 49¢ a bottle. If they mark them up to $1 or $1.5 they are making a pretty good profit. Anyone know what a case goes for in China, or a bottle for that matter?

What are you doing to promote AQUI? just curious.
thx,

Not possible. Would like to though.

Ben returned my call today and confirmed receipt of my A Warrants. He sent the B Warrants paperwork to me via e-mail.
Thanks,
g-max
I sent mine in on the 14th, not sure when they would have received them. I would think by the 20th though so I should see them cashed this week.
Thanks,
g-max
XQZME, pm me your e-mail and I will send you that info. I have left a msg for them and hope to hear back. Sorry no pm capabilities.
Thanks!
Haven't received my certificate for A warrants. My checks have not been cashed yet that is why I am concerned.

I sent out my A warrants a couple of weeks ago, but have not received my B warrants yet. Any advice? I tried to call the phone number in the PR and only got a vm. Does anyone have an e-mail I can try? Just want to follow up to make sure I get my B Warrants in by the Sept. deadline.
Thanks

I just filled out my A warrants today. Won't go in the mail until tomorrow. I am enclosing a letter requesting them to hold my Transfer Online check until I exercise my B warrants. That way they can send them both in at one time and I will only have to pay Transfer Online the one check of $37.50. (I know...I'm CHEAP. But hey that's over 8000 shares at today's price and when this hits 10¢ I will have made an extra $800).

Just spoke with Mark at Online Transfer and Canada is considered overseas. So you would have to send them $42.50. I did ask if we exercise both A & B warrants could we send in only one check and he confirmed that we could use one check for both A & B Warrants.
The bottles look white because it was a poor photoshop job.
I realize that. Mark was just saying I would get my cert quicker...not sure what that matters though since they are restricted.
Followed up with Transfer Online today so I could understand the whole process of exercising the Warrants. I spoke with Mark, who was very helpful and informative. He told me that these are restricted under Rule 144 and because INIX is not a reporting company they certs will be restricted for a year. (He mentioned something about if they become fully reporting and are current for 90 days then the restriction may only be 6 months). After the one year restriction we have to fill out a 144D Seller's Representation Letter (found on their Website) and send it in with $35 to get a free trading cert which can then be deposited into our brokerage account. He didn't seem to think we needed an opinion from counsel to free up the certs. I am with Ameritrade and they wanted $50 to get me an unrestricted cert. Mark also mentioned that if I sent in the $37.50 directly to Transfer Online it would speed up the process of me getting the cert. This may be a repost of info., if so I apologize.

Well said! Kudos to you....
Most businesses are not individuals but instead business entities such as corporations or limited liability companies (LLCs). This is because there are substantive (and substantial) liability protections as well as tax advantages to being "incorporated" as opposed to being "self-employed."
Most jurisdictions in the United States require that any business entity that is formed or doing business within their borders designate and maintain a "Registered Agent".[5] This person may be known as the "Resident Agent"[6] or "Statutory Agent",[7] depending on the laws of the individual jurisdiction in which the business entity is registered. The purpose of a Registered Agent is to provide a legal address (not a P.O. Box) within that jurisdiction where there are persons available during normal business hours to facilitate legal service of process being served in the event of a legal action or lawsuit.[8] Generally, the registered agent is also the person to whom the state government sends all official documents required each year for tax and legal purposes, such as franchise tax notices and annual report forms. It is the registered agent's job to forward these suit documents and notices to the entity itself.[9] Registered Agents generally will also notify business entities if their state government filing status is in "Good Standing" or not. The reason that these notifications are a desired function of a registered agent is that it is difficult for a business entity to keep track of legislative changes and report due dates for multiple jurisidictions given the disparate laws of different states.
Penalties for not maintaining a registered agent generally will cause a jurisdiction to revoke a business’s corporate or LLC legal status as well as in some cases, assess additional penalty fees on the entity.
If a Registered Agent fails to perform their function, it can have dire consequences for the business entity. For example, if a customer fell inside a store and sued the store, and the store's registered agent failed to notify the business entity of a summons to appear in court to respond to the lawsuit, then when the case went to trial, nobody would appear to defend the store and the customer would win by a default judgment. Additionally, the store would likely not be able to get the judgment overturned on appeal because they had been properly served. This is one of the most common reasons that business entities generally will utilize a third party as their Registered Agent be it a commercial service company, an attorney, or in some cases, a CPA.
The person at the business entity that maintains contact with the registered agent is the corporate secretary or governance officer.
I think more like a prayer (at least its my prayer--I have little faith though) LOL
Is that a question, a statement or a prayer. LOL
Please share what you see in the chart that gets you excited.
Thanks

I don't think pinksheet stocks can be traded pre- or post- market, only during regular market hours. Please correct me if I am wrong.
