Here's a story on Trim Water and CEO David Sackler:

test
I noticed that too; but then I noticed that the software company is on Post Oak Rd. not Post Oak Lane and if you look on Mapquest it is actually a different address very close in proximity.
I'm not a member of buyins.net so I cannot confirm this but I believe that the numbers each month take into account the covered shares. For example, if for a particular month it lists 10,000,000 as the shares shorted that could represent 15,000,000 new shares shorted and 5,000,000 covered. Maybe a member of buyins.net can access an explanation of their reports to find out for sure?
it's 50,000 x 100 = 5,000,000
Exactly. It's only been TGTL BS that has implied that the Alrosa office in Belgium and gbdx are one and the same. We all know how reliable his info is.
etrd didn't show up yesterday until about 10 a.m. My L2's aren't working for pinks today on etrade. Can someone post the current L2? Thanks.
Look at the top right of the main page of this board it says "Boardmarks: 400" That is the number of members that have marked this board as one of their favorites.
Sib Almaz is the suitor of gbdx: http://biz.yahoo.com/prnews/070308/nyth106.html?.v=86

I put a limit order at 0.18 but it filled at 0.20
I just sold 11k @ 0.20 through etrade
Thanks for the reply. My friend couldn't sell any shares at 0.0065 on Friday with Etrade. I've heard that Ameritrade is better at filling orders, but perhaps they filled you so quickly because they are short on gbdx.
It's amazing how people on this board are so quick to accuse people of being bashers. I appreciate the info even though some didn't like your announcing your sells. I've been accused of being a basher here even though I own more shares than most. Good luck.
What broker do you use?
A friend of mine had a sell order open all day today at 0.0065 without a single share being sold. How many shares were you able to sell today at 0.0065 and what broker do you use? Thanks.
Tomorrow is Victory Day for the Russians and hopefully for gbdx. On the chart we're about 3/4 of the way from the base to the apex of the symmetrical triangle, where many breakouts like to occur.
January 1-5 New Year Holidays
January 7 Christmas, Russian Orthodox
February 23 Protector of Motherland Day
March 8 International Women’s Day
May 1 Spring and Labor Day
May 9 Victory Day (Over German Nazism in the WW2)
June 12 Day of Russia
November 4 Day of the National Unity
With a gagged TA, dilution is certainly a concern, and the SEC filings would not prevent it. However, they would have to be stupid to dilute in the 0.004s at this point. Also, if it were dilution, I doubt it would have rebounded to 0.0055 on such low volume.
These rumors aren't new and have already been addressed by the company.
Additionally, there have been inquiries about certain individual(s) and unsubstantiated rumors involving the company. The individual(s) in question are in no way affiliated with this organization and these rumors and innuendos only hurt you the shareholder and the company's credibility, as well as running up the corporate legal bill.[\i]
The 60 day time period mentioned in a pr was regarding the acquisition of the synthetic diamond facility, not the buyout.
malomead@yahoo.com Thank You!
I believe you need level 3 quotes for that information, which is typically only available to market makers.
I just called the TA. They HAVE been gagged. I was told it was due to the fact that the company is in the process of filing documents with the SEC. I'm not sure why this would require the TA being gagged.
