i think you raise valid points. I won't blast you as nothing you have said is false. Although revenues to date have been from affiliated parties (MATT's affiliations and Alonzo's own company), these have been very successful campaigns. Much like every company at some point gets "their shot" to prove themselves, this is QPSA's chance and I think they have outdone what MATT and Alonso have thought possible. My guess is these, "related party" transactions are used as proof of concept to sign up additional campaigns with "unrelated parties". My guess is we will have a major DSM reseller agreement signed by year end with a non affiliated party. Just my 2 cents.
buy the rumor sell the news... its not that surprising

This is my largest holding in regards to $$. S1 registration should go effective in next 45 days as well as Nasdaq listing, so the stock should come back down to earth at that time ($3-4ish) as shares get unlocked from those that participated in the $1.60 PIPE. If the company executes like they think it will be a double digit stock in 2011.
picked up an initial position earlier this year..when the revenues start to ramp the interest will come. Management expects nice jump in revs/income for their Q3 (calendar Q4). Probably remains deadish until then.
yes the company keeps executing, now into Connecticut. I think the company will start to gain some attention next year as they grow revs from $3m 2010 to $5-6m 2011, $10m 2012. Those numbers may still look small but with 95% margins and 95% reocurring its actually impressive.
thr is a big buyer in thr today
i would expect first skill based games to launch around year end

Hearing good things. stock stabilizing nicely up here around 40c after being at 20c not too long ago. Looking for the reinitiation of the intracasino network in Washington State (hopefully this month) and some first orders for the companies Bonus Jackpot system in Nevada. This is a 1-2 year play for $2+.
people spend too much time worrying about a financing. The analyst that covers the stock and everyone else already built in 1-2 million shares of dilution anyway. And with how extremely efficient the management team is I for one would love to see what they would be capable of with a few more dollars in the bank. Secondary offerings can "make" a company by allowing large investors a way to own the stock thus expanding the companies awareness exponentially. Don't worry about an equity raise, if it happens it happens and probably is a net positive in the end.

yeah expecting 1.8-2m for sept...and yes on the ladenburg report but they also take into account a 10-20% execution risk factor..i would think by the time we hit 30m users you can take the execution risk off the table if you know what i mean
GORO added to John Doody top 10 list, see you at $25 by friday
Gold Resource Corp (GORO): The stock continues to do very well as it should when gold goes up everyday. GORO announced another 3c dividend on Thursday. It is completely mind boggling to me how none of the other junior mining companies is marketing themselves like GORO did (ie a dividend play). You would think companies would get it but most of them don’t and that’s why 99% of them are junk. My average price is $1.17.

Galaxy Gaming (GLXZ): The smallest big company I’ve ever invested in. It’s the second largest table games company in North America behind Shuffle Master. With more and more states opening up to gambling due to worsening budget crises, GLXZ has the wind at its back. GLXZ has 95% margins and 95% reoccurring revenue with huge barriers to entry for anyone trying to enter the space. The stock is very illiquid, so I think a good entry price is around 30c. My average price is 25c.

Quepasa Corp (QPSA): I think Quepasa.com added close to 2 million new members in September which would give them ~ 20.7 million total members. Quepasa.com is the fastest growing social network in Latin America, and the third fastest in the world. QPSA has a fully diluted market cap of $131 million / 20.7 million members = 6.37 per member valuation. Facebook is being valued at 60 per member and lesser social networks in the mid 20’s per member. There is a valuation gap and I expect that to close over the next 6 months. If QPSA continues to add 2 million members a month over the next year they will have close to 45 million members a year from now. So even if you just put our current 6.37/member x 45 million = $286 million / 25 million shares = $11.50 PPS. But there is no way we have less than a 15 per member valuation if we have that many members. This is why I think QPSA will be a $20 stock sometime next year. My average price is $3.75.

Dear Shareholders and Friends of Galaxy Gaming:
Once again, I want to bring to your attention three important press releases we issued, with the most recent filed earlier today. All three press releases are attached to this correspondence for your review or you can view them on Yahoo Finance. Included herein is some supplemental information regarding these three press release items.
First, on Tuesday, September 7th we issued a press release regarding the hiring of Ron Marks as our V.P. of Sales. You can read about Ron's background and accomplishments in the press release, but let me also add, this guy is the "real deal." Previously, I have met Ron on a number of occasions and was extremely impressed by his approach to sales management and his record of success in this area. Therefore, I originally recruited Ron to assist us in rebuilding our sales program and in hiring and training a new sales manager. When we discovered that Ron might be interested in running our sales program full time, I couldn't believe our good fortune. I can tell you the employees here at GLXZ now think I am the smartest guy in the world for recruiting and signing Ron Marks.
Second, on Thursday, September 9th we announced the hiring of Greg Flowers as our Marketing and Corporate Communications Manager. As explained more fully in the press release, Greg and Galaxy Gaming go way back and I have had the pleasure of working with Greg side by side on numerous projects. Always the consummate professional, Greg's abilities in marketing, branding and design are the best I have ever seen in the gaming industry. Ron and Greg represent a solid "one - two punch" when it comes to implementing our sales and marketing strategies. As we say in gaming industry terminology, "This is a pair to draw to."
Third, earlier today we announced that we have received approval from the Washington State Gambling Commission for the Andromeda Series - Stage 1 of our proprietary Bonus Jackpot System. This approval took far longer than anticipated, for which I have no simple answer as to why, except that we are subject to the Commission's timetable, not ours. Now that it is finalized, we will begin to install this platform in Washington casinos within the next two weeks. This is an important step for us because it allows us to test the communication between our data center and the Bonus Jackpot System in a live gaming environment. It will also assist with our Inter-Casino Jackpot Network, which we are still working on getting reapproved to offer in Washington.
Finally, I just returned from the Accredited Members Investor Conference held just outside San Diego earlier this week. This is the fourth event of theirs that I have attended, and as a result, I am beginning to develop my own network of micro-cap investors. Although GLXZ did not give a presentation at this conference, (we have done so at two previous Accredited Members conferences), I was impressed with the increased number of positive comments overheard regarding GLXZ. I think this is evidence that our story is starting to get out. To further our investor visibility program, we are scheduling to present at, a minimum of four more investor conferences between now and the end of the year, starting with the Security Research Associates conference in San Francisco to be held on October 25th and 26th.
So, that's my latest update. Until my next communication with you, I want to give you assurance that GLXZ is moving steadily forward and growing and improving consistently. In closing, all of us at Galaxy Gaming want to thank each of you for your continued interest, confidence and investment in us.
Warmest regards,
Robert B. Saucier
Chief Executive Officer
