got to go out to slop them chikens and stoke the fire under the kettle.
Loofman
Happy that is my point, I'm glad you and most others get it.
good luck to you...
Loofman
aclark...
with all due respect, if I were newly attracted to the board and saw posts that claimed heavy dilution, and stated that because of this the stock price were likely to end the day in the red, I'd want to know more about the facts here and why certain things are said. I hardly call it childish when someone is trying to make it clear what the real situation, in terms of facts are.
If misunderstood, the 504 and the so called dilution can be greatly misunderstood and used by certain individuals to alarm potential investors to stay away. What is important, imo, is to get the facts such as market cap, what is being done with the 504 and what the potential is with this company.
Please respect my opinion here, I respect yours...
Loofman
IT IS MISLEADING TO STATE THAT THE COMPANY HAS 2 BILLION SHARES, when in fact, the outstanding is around 800mil, and what it important to put into perspective here is the 504 HAS BEEN USED as intended to buy potentially VALUABLE MINING PROPERTIES. 254 to be exact!!!
The misleading crap stops here. I have stated the facts....
JMO,
Loofman
We can go on all day and night about the number of shares outstanding, but this is a fact... the market cap is around $1 million and the company now owns claims to 254 mining claims and I am confident that as a portfolio, they may be a bit more valuable than the marketcap. Uranium and it's potential in todays market is quite high, that's why we are investing in it's potential with Russell Industrie's holdings!
jmo,
Loofman
Is there some fact in that statement?
Do you know for a fact that the company is selling shares this morning, or are we seeing daytraders taking their 10%?
jmo,
Loofman
SC why pr it today? He just put out great news...
how about in a couple of days as the s/p rallies and eyes are on the stock. Then do it and watch what happens, imo.
Loofman

Loofman
I do ask one thing and I think this is very important!
Let the stock run Mr. Berman...let her run! If you have any 504 left to sell, you have a few more months to sell them at a much higher price! I would expect you know this and I kind of like the fact you've purchase 254 mining claims, and that's 54 more than promised!
jmo,
Loofman
I concur and btw, I like the show me the monkey post...hang in there!
Loofman
man I love that...lol
Loofman
Is it ok if I say weeeeeeeeeeeeeeee...
on your board. LOL Looking very very nice so far.
jmo,
Loofman
IMO, I've locked up most of my shares for a loftier goal than many here, and I can't say that I blame anyone for taking a profit...but, there has been serious accumulation over the past few weeks, and if these shares stay put, we will see a better high than .0022. Again, my opinion.
Loofman
GAp uP! weeeee? LOL
Understood, but again, I look at valuation, not share counts. If the mining claims have the value I believe they could, a $750,000 marketcap right now looks like a steal, regardless of share count being 787mil now or 7.87 mil later. I like the odds, and I respect your opinion.
jmo,
Loofman
Concerning RSDS dilution, you might look more at the market cap of about $750k vs. the share count and then consider the potential value of the portfolio of 254 claims the company has obtained.
jmo,
Loofman
Maninnepa...RSDS is beginning to mine ore!
from today's PR...
The company plans to begin mining operations, with estimated reserves of up to 1,000 tons of Uranium, in May.
jmo,
Loofman
Petty, not only yahoo, but I believe Businesswire goes out to all of the main financial news related sites. Also industry related sites pick this news up.
It's expensive, but you get ALOT of EYES for the buck!
jmo,
Loofman
As the facts are reveal about RSDS there is one important fact I like to point out...
Regardless of the NASD letter, Mr. Berman continues to do business, and has delivered more than promised concerning the goal of 200 mining claims in 2007. We now stand at 254, mining will commence this month and the stock price sits at it's low. IMO, the VALUE of RSDS has increased tremendously and I think we are sitting on a potential ROCKET about to go off!
For our dear ol Dak....BOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO....YA!
jmo,
Loofman (looking forward to gittin my winders and doors)

And ifen them bad revnewers come round, thar's nuthin like a good dawg like Russell to sick on em. I hear thar's another big dawg in the neighborhood too, named Righty...he don't like them bad revnewers neither.
y'all keep the door open,

Loofman
I noticed that the ibox has changed?
Loofman
Ol Russell is a givin sum indercation that our favrite uranium store is showin sumpthin a smite faverble. We figer we'd do sum of that fancy chartin y'all likes so much, it was Russell's idear.
Loofman
I've been a figerin and I figered I sold a enuf maters and Old Loofman Pure Kentucky Korn Licker up by the road to own me .05 per scents of them out standings, and 3 per scents of them market caps of Russell's new favright uranium store. So I figer that means I'm potent enough to be on that there bord of elekters...so's I nomernate Russell to be the uranium stores TOP DAWG! He don't need much but a few pounds of the liver flaver dog chow, and I knows he would be a good watchin dawg. He's mighty good at keepin them chickens and revnewers in line. Got to go, I thinks his tail is bout to start a pointin a differnt direktion.
Loofman
Won't fill me at the ask either. eom
Makita, if you had some Old Loofman, you wouldn't kneed Vicotin. LOL As far as the obstacle course, you'd have to pay a fortune to get that at the rehab center, so use it well while it free!
Good luck making your investment decision. Until we get some information from the CEO, it really is sort of a poker game. I kind of like the fact that I'm holding alot of cards hoping that will better my odds, but it is a long hand with lots of players, so you do have to be careful. But if we win, I think we win big.
jmo,
Loofman
Man o man - do RSDS investors ever get insane after the kids go to bed! Thank goodness there are normal, sane folk like me around to help keep this board under control. Korn licker helps!
Loofman
Makita, God speed in the healing of your knee...
I hope you don't catch the Kneesles while you are recooperating. Good luck with your investment in RSDS.
Loofman
EYE!
I remember my first eye, I do. I was just a little tyke with eyes of blue. I looked in the mirror and what did I see, why it were my left eye as I was standing there facing the sea. So it were only one eye from that angle I were standing, but it be a good eye for an eye, and that twas fine with me.
So I say without conviction, do the eyes have it for RSDS? and I say the answer is a good hardy yes!
Well, Ol Loofman gots to get back to bein the good ol boy he is fer now. Russell says hey, and says when his tail is pointing up that means good thangs fer RSDS. I got me about 30 more days before my layaway goes by the wayside fer my winders and doors. I sho do want them winders, cause they's a smite pertier than big ol holes and they's got GLASS too! Never seen nuthin like em before. So's anyways, I'ma hopin that Mr. Berman sees it in his heart to git his workshop in order and start sellin more of them perty uraniums. I could use a few more around the outdoor toiletin facility, cause they's put out an nice smell.
bye bye...
Loofman
petty cash, I certainly would like to believe so...
We have a few things to speculate on here, and when and if they materialize, my gut says a serious positive move in s/p may happen.
1. Letter is answered and in compliance
2. 504 is completed
3. Claims are all confirmed and we start getting accurate valuation
4. The price of uranium continues to move upward
5. Potential "big deal" with another company occurs either in buyout offer or partnership
6. Actual mining of ore commences and is as good or better than expected.
Put a couple of these together timely and s/p goes ^^
Put a most of these together timely and s/p goes ^^^^
Put all of the together timely and s/p goes^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^
jmo, Loofman
Wow John, that was a great body of investigative research and dd!
Thank you for making this available to us through this board. I think we all have a much better perspective as to why certain matters have occurred recently, and yes there is more to look into. I would expect that Mr. Berman is doing everything he has to do to comply.
I do wonder about the rest of the story that is more than meets the eye. Concerning this, I fully expect that story will come to the public light, whether it be here or in a court of law.
jmo,
Loofman
