The following information is copied from SEC filling document dated Feb 19:

Just now I dumped my partial shares(Ms) at 0.0006. Leave some for sale at any pump !

Who are dumping ?

It seems that some big holder is dupming in recent one month. I ever wrote to the company, but never reply. I only worried about if RS in open market. If no RS in open market, this baby will fly sooner or later. Otherwise, we are all dead.
Hopefully 0.0006 is strong support.

The company so called buyback is shit !

Why did you think millions short for this most highly risk pk stock ? Shorters mad or no displine ? or only based on informaiton in buyins.net ? Buyins' pk short data is based on pinksheet.com or your referred otcbb.com. On pmcl.pk's short data, one must be wrong either in pinksheet or in buyins if they are big different.

It's taugh to make guys here believe that AH trading is dilution (or more new shares), similar to letting me believe 'no dilution', '20m short', 'squeeze MMs', bla, bla,... .

BTW, the intentative paint near the close bell might signal big dump tomorrow.

One week ago, some guys were eager to get my shares. I hope they luckly got my very cheap shares today.

I feel not good on more AH tradings. I cut my loss today. Wow, wow, big loss !

I do not think Mr. Kron is lying if outstanding no change. I have no debate on 'no dilution' if outstanding keeps the same but only floats increasing.

As I understand, one typical way of new shares coming into market is that TA delieves block shares to one MM in AH. There is no AH trading for us, but for MM it may have. However, I should say, dilution does not mean the stock price must be going down although it is in most cases.

Someone may not treat it as dilution if outstanding does not change. In my view, it would be the best case for us if outstanding no change (only floats increasing).

Let's see where pmcl.pk will go in the following days. I expect it breakout soon.

I used the term of dilution several times in my posts. In sense of our indivilual traders, I call it dilution whenever floats increasing. I have no more interests for a long time in confirming dilution happened in some cases of AH trading. For this one, if someone can confirm that the floats are still 12M (now probably about 15M, I guess), I am wrong then.

For dilution, some managers admit that honestly (like restricted becoming unrestricted, or some else), some keeping silence. But all managers would say strongly against dilution:).

I was expected this 1M+ new shares last wednesday, but happened today. Since it did not takk place last week I predicted it breakout today then. I was wrong.

I hope these 1M+ new shares are the last dilution for short time. Next step the company should release some good news, the stock breaking out within one week then. Otherwise I would consider to cut my loss.

From chart, it seems that in 1-2 days this baby would breakout the correction channel being set up in recent three weeks. The breakout point is 0.04. When breakout, the volume is the key.

The correction would be over.

Based on my assumation, I estimate one more dilution around 1M (about 1.05M ?) most likely in today's AH. Then I hope that's over, and more good news coming, and then we all have good days!

You may check the volume on the way down from $2 to estimate how much money they raises. Did yo see the point of the volume increased ?

I only said the event of dilution according to my understanding. I did not say what their purpose on dilution.

As I understand, on pinksheet stock, BUYINS.NET automats the collection of short data from PINKSHEETS and counts that everyday. If short data from buyins.net is different from pinksheets, which one should be trusted ? We may compare that on 25th each month.

On pinksheet stock, I only trust the short data listed on pinksheets.com as reference. If your buyins.net gives data 20m short on pinksheet pmcl.pk. I doubt that. I may trust their short data if they are on non-pinksheet. Can you tell me how they can get those pinksheet stock short data ?

I believe some shorts existed. However, I do not think that much as someone claimed here. You may have a notice that nearly all AH trading are dilution. That's my experience.

Of course, AH dilution does not mean price must be going down. Sometimes the company may have agreements with someone in which the company in doing so for pumping up, esp. stock in the beginning of uptrend.

If you are really serious, why don't you push it up to above 0.058 ?! Don't be kidding me.

Another AH 1.45M dilution at 0.029. I am not sure how many shares still left to dilute. MM gets that diluted shared at discout price, let's see if the MM will sell it at retail immediately or after pumping it.

From previous high 0.058 to today's low 0.029, it's 50% correction. All short term supports have been broken down. If continuing down, in my view, it is not good in short term.

BTW, I have no more interests in fighting back to those mean guys saying bad words to me. If you think in doing so, it can stop the price down, just do it.

When I came this board in Jan. Outstanding was near 1.1b, now near 1.6b. The price falled from 0.001+ to 0.0002 now. You can not stop that even you only allowed pumpers here. That result in more people losing money.

Mr. Lamb has perfect timing. Whenever the bottom is almost formed and reversal is coming, new shares hit the market, killing it to new low.

With such block sales from yesterday, I guess it's Mr Lamb to collect money for arranging his travel to Toronto :D).

My tech analysis shows mgmx will go to 0.0008 very soon (1-2 weeks ?). Anybody has the similar reading with me ?

Any real stuff in Toronto for mgmx ? I do not know. But I guess mgmx only buys one mail box, one tel line, and one part time girl there.

This time frame may be different. Sometimes it can pump up without any news. However, I will give up if mgmx has no pump up before June, and see what happens in Sep-Oct. You know, my ID (Feb-May) will expire after May. I never believe long term investment in PK land.

Hopefully I am right this time. If it can break out 0.0005 with somewhat volume next week, I am more sure of current bottom level.

If it goes too high before the expecting news, I may sell it on news.

From my understanding of current CHART, mgmx sits at the bottom now. It should be buy and hold time.

From another viewpoint, a lot of investors here are feeling very panic, resulting the ban list increased fast. That also indicates BOTTOM now.

Let's see if I am wrong again this time.
