Yep, hard to imagine it being any worse what the county
went through. Hopefully we will put this behind us and put
teens behind us with Navios.
Thanks, Bo
Been a rough couple of weeks, but we survived and trying
to get things back to normal. Navios' performance sure
brightens things up!
Great earnings report!
Haven't had much time to monitor things here or post, but it
looks like you guys are doing a good job here!
NOISE RULE FOR YAKIMA SPEEDWAY
Post Date: Tuesday, January 02, 2007
December 21, 2006 – A very restrictive, strongly enforced noise rule will be in effect at Yakima Speedway for all competitors in 2007.
All competitors, local classes, and touring series must meet a DBA reading of 98@ 75 feet. There will be no exceptions.
A maximum exhaust pipe size of 4 inches will be enforced.
All competitors will be tested. Any competitors found in violation of the noise rule will be returned to the pit area and be given only one more chance to quiet the car down. If the car does not meet the noise level the second time, the competitor will be disqualified from further competition that race day. No refund of entry fees or pit passes will be given.
Officials may request a competitor make a timed lap to determine the noise level of the car. The timed lap must be within reason of the competitors normal racing, timed laps.
IMPORTANT:
Any competitor that installs a properly mounted, untouched, 4 inch, Aero Exhaust muffler will not have to worry about meeting the sound limits. The Aero Exhaust muffler has been proven to quiet the cars down under the DB level in force at the facility. The Aero Exhaust muffler is a high quality, performance enhancing, unit that Yakima Speedway would like for all competitors to use. The installation of the Aero Exhaust muffler will ensure competitors that when they come to Yakima Speedway the noise issue will be handled.
To encourage racers to use the approved Aero Exhaust unit, Yakima Speedway will sell them at the reduced cost of $130.00 per unit. Both 4 inch and 3 1/2 inch models are available.
The strong enforcement of the noise rule is due to many factors. Leaving it up to the associations, competitors etc. has not worked. With Yakima Speedway being located in the city limits, it is in the racing communities best interest to police ourselves.

When is the SEMA show?
Aero is the only one with a patent on their muffler technology.
OT. I want to thank everybody for the nice PM’s.
It is a great sight tonight to look up at the sky and have it
lit by the moon. Sunday night was lighted by flames on the
right side from the Witch Fire charging along the ridgeline propelled
by the Santa Ana’s and last night it was lit by flames of the
Witch Fire racing behind the mountain on the left side.
We dreaded what would come down tonight and are very relieved
it is the light of the moon and not more of that Bitch.
I'm always suspect of these opinions. I wonder who's interest
they are looking out for?
Perhaps you are frothing so much with your preconceived notions, you didn't read or didn't comprehend my previous
post. The upshot is that the insiders have more knowledge
than you do, and they have put their fortune on the future
of the growth of Aero.
Haven’t read too many of the messages lately. Got fires burning on both sides of me
here in San Diego county!
Just a couple points, anyway.
They spent a lot to get the shell clean and fully reporting. They didn’t have to spend
that as a pink sheet stock.
The people paid in the recent S8 took stock instead of cash. They would be in a pretty
good position to know what’s going on than anybody posting on this board.
It's a little uglier than I thought, but I went through almost the same thing with Navios. A little over a year ago my warrants got down to twenty nine cents. Look at the price of them now. FCCN has taken the time and gone through the expense of filing with the SEC. They didn't have to do that as a pink sheet stock, so I'm of the opinion they have a plan to justify those efforts. We will see.
Not to worry. We are a new company now!

FCCN: WOW! Aero Exhaust on Ford Website! ...
FORD MOTOR COMPANY ROLLS OUT ITS SHOW VEHICLES AT ANNUAL SEMA GATHERING.
* A trio of Shelby GT500s will be center stage at SEMA – a GT500 dragster, GT500 Road and Track and an all-out competition GT500 racecar.
* Two tricked-out 2008 F-250 Super Duty trucks to debut at SEMA
* Ford’s vehicle personalization display at SEMA to include a Mustang convertible, a Ford F-150 FX2 Sport and a new 2007 Ford Edge
LAS VEGAS, Oct. 31 – Celebrating “American Muscle” and automotive enthusiasm, Ford Motor Company will showcase more than 30 vehicles at the 2006 Specialty Equipment Market Association (SEMA) show.
Among the vehicles featured on the Ford stand, will be tricked out versions of the 2007 Ford Edge and 2008 Super Duty, the Ford Fusion, Ford Mustang, Lincoln and Volvo products.
Ford Motor Company show vehicles include:
* Ford Fusion T5 by MRT – The T5 is a driver’s delight, hosting a custom packaged, tuned and calibrated Garrett Turbo Charger, a MRT Onboard driver information system and a MRT Aero turbine exhaust. The exterior steps it up with a 3dCarbon body kit and the MRT T5 Black Chrome trim kit.
Nice going. I think somebody was dreaming of a $.0195 close
today. That'll be a big help.
Bargain hunters should be coming back into the market.
8K before 5:30.
I see the Valley people are taking their profits. Will they
come over here and buy our cheap FCCN shares in the last hour?
Thanks, I think that was the key.
That could change by the end of the day! LOL
It's very rare that a pink steps up to the plate and makes
good on what they say. We longs are lucky to have found that
rare one here with Aero.
Aero shareholders. Don't you wish you were one?
Heck, this thing could gap up over $.03 Monday and they
want the shareholders to have a little gain.
Because, perhaps they are proud of it!
I think that's just a little Ernie thing, if you ask me! LOL
The thought occurred that the 8K could be pretty good for them to PR its coming in the middle of the day.
It's here and I'm here for the long term. Having it behind
us is what's important. Aero has real products, real revenue,
patents, Nascar affiliation and sponsorship and Rusty Wallace
for spokesman. What more can you ask from a stock?
A sorry one I'm sure! LOL
8K Today! And people were talking about next month and next year. LOL
A real company now with real products that delivers!
I think some of those who sold and made their fortune in
that Valley stock will be back buying FCCN at some point!
According to chappleton Aero shares have already been converted to FCCN shares.
All of Aero's share were converted at 1 to 84.15 shares of FCCN. And not all of the private investors paid $3.00 some of us are in at $1.00, some at $2.00, and some at $3.00. I really dont know how many shares Aero had.
I don't think it would be a responsible decision to release
it during trading hours. Andrew talked to Hunsaker yesterday
and it's my guess they discussed releasing it today.
It would make more sense for it to come out afterhours today
like they did with the 14A, so people have a weekend to
digest it.
Silence Golden LOL
Glad to have you aboard, chap. Most of us here have invested
and looking to be part of the long term success of Aero.
It's great to have someone from the other side of the merger here.
I think in pink sheet stocks it is very rare to have someone
from your perspective showing up. And naturally we are
grateful for any information you can share.
Welcome!
Here's DD. You omitted this part:
A bill (H.B. 3574) to ban the sale or installation of “an exhaust system which has been modified in a manner which will amplify or increase the noise emitted by the exhaust” was reintroduced by Rep. Liz Malia and several cosponsors (list below) and will be considered by the Massachusetts Joint Transportation Committee on October 2nd. The bill excludes limited-use “antique motor cars” from its scope - a clear attempt by the bill’s sponsors to divide the automobile hobby in an effort to gain clearer sailing for this restrictive and damaging piece of legislation.
None of this bill has anything to do with Aero
In fact I would urge Aero shareholders to email the
legislators with links showing how Aero Exhaust saves fuel, now that
oil is near $90 per barrel and $4 per gallon is closer
than many think.

That’s true, that’s good, Earn, that’s very good. Like I’ve told you many times, when
you deal in the truth and facts, you can walk tall everywhere you go.
It’s a shame so many lose what good character they have over a few bucks here and there
doing otherwise.
Never saw an Aero exhaust for a motorcycle.

NEW DENVER NOISE LAW ALLOWS TICKETS FOR HAVING AFTERMARKET EXHAUST SYSTEMS
The American Motorcyclist Association has expressed serious concerns about a new law passed by the Denver City Council that essentially requires all riders in the city to use only stock exhaust systems on their motorcycles.
On June 4, Denver officials approved changes to the city's vehicle noise ordinance that allow police to issue tickets to riders if their bikes don't have a federal Environmental Protection Agency sound-certification label on the exhaust systems. The new ordinance, which takes effect July 1, would apply to all motorcycles made since 1982, which was the first year that federal law required motorcycles sold in the U.S. to comply with EPA sound regulations.
In practical terms, that means the bike would have to have the original exhaust system installed by the manufacturer. Violators would have two weeks to prove to a judge that they have fixed the problem or would be forced to pay a $500 fine.
Previously, the Denver ordinance required all motor vehicles to pass a sound test that set a limit of 80 decibels at 25 feet. That type of performance standard remains in effect for cars and trucks, except that the allowable limits have been raised. Under the new ordinance, vehicles with a gross weight rating under 10,000 pounds couldn't exceed 82 db(A) at 25 feet, and trucks over 10,000 pounds couldn't exceed 90 db(A) at 50 feet. Only motorcycles would be subject to the EPA sound certification labeling requirement.
"We understand the motivation for cities to pass laws controlling sound levels from traffic," said Ed Moreland, AMA Vice President for Government Relations. "But the approach being taken in Denver creates a special class of enforcement that unfairly targets motorcyclists. Loud trucks and cars are every bit as annoying as loud motorcycles, but only motorcyclists would be subject to this new provision of the labeling law."
To understand the restrictions being imposed on motorcyclists, Moreland asked car drivers to consider the impact if Denver city officials had instead required stock mufflers on cars, making it illegal for Denver drivers to buy replacement exhaust systems from companies like Midas or Meineke.
"That would force everyone who drives a Ford to return to the Ford dealer and get the exact replacement muffler every time their exhaust system wore out," he noted.
The AMA's position on the new Denver ordinance got support June 7 in an editorial in the Rocky Mountain News which stated: "As more than one critic of the ordinance…noted, it just doesn't appear ready for prime time."
Several years ago, the city of Albuquerque, New Mexico, passed a similar certification ordinance affecting motorcyclists there. Motorcyclist groups, included the AMA, worked with city officials for two years before that provision was rescinded and the city went back to a performance-based sound standard.
The AMA has a decades-long history of opposition to excessive motorcycle sound, and has hosted national summits on the subject that have brought together riders, manufacturers, aftermarket companies, law-enforcement officers and government officials. Those summits have resulted in the development of "Sound Advice," a document that represents the motorcycle community's response to this contentious issue. Among the groups that have supported that effort is ABATE of Colorado, which has issued a position paper warning riders that they could face this kind of discriminatory enforcement because of growing public complaints about traffic sound levels.
The AMA is contacting Denver City Council members in hopes of opening up a dialogue on this topic before enforcement of the new law begins on July 1.
"We look forward to working with the Denver City Council to come up with a more reasonable solution for dealing with excessive sound levels from traffic," Moreland said. "Our experience has shown that there are a range of approaches cities can take to this issue without imposing restrictive laws on motorcyclists."

"must keep in mind his clients deadlines"
It says "keep in mind". It doesn't say it it the overriding
factor. I think honesty and integrity trump deadlines.
Then you read stuff like this:

Yeah, Cap, the section on deadlines was a quick read. Nobody
should have a problem understanding that one since it's a reflection of his mind.
Does "independent" ring a bell, man?
