Who knows? But if you're Fit Bit per say, would you rather have something FDA approved in your product or not?
From what I understand if it's FDA approved it can be actually used as a diagnosis tool, where if it's not, it can only be used as a guide.
These numbers are absolutely correct, vs these numbers may be correct.
when someone says take this product it will cure cancer. But it's not FDA approved. It may cure cancer, but without FDA approval, it may do absolutely nothing. There is no proof.
Same thing with a wearable. The numbers may be correct, but they may not be. FDA approval guarantees the product works.
Wearables.
On the wearables side of the business I don't see anywhere that they are getting FDA approvals for their technology.
Doesn't this give Rockley a distinct advantage?
Any thoughts?
Thanks
This will probably be over 5.00 by end of day. Just like yesterday, early selling and then buyer swarms. Investors are still digesting the news.
The market will factor in future revenue too.
Looks like this could do what it did Monday. A fake premarket downside and then up .50.
A good investor buys cheap shares, not premium shares. LOL
The market is waiting for confirmation of van deliveries or EV loan. Those are the catalysts. Until then, it's a crapshoot as to where it's going.
I did too, but if it drops back to .70, I may buy my shares back. LOL.
Waiting for confirmation on van deliver or EV loan. Those are the catalysts to move this thing.
The guy is not short. He just wants to buy at .50.
Nobody can really tell what it is going to do. But it's easy to forget that just 3 days ago, the stock was down 8 cents in premarket to .72, and ended up hitting a high of 1.22 and closed 1.06. You don't remember? LOL
So far Quinn Bolton still maintains his 15.00 price target.
RKLY 12/22/2021 Buy maintained $15.00 Needham
There was an article out that mentioned that were going to redo the loan application because of Covid. I personally took it as maybe they were going to ask for less. Or maybe they just decided to hold off until Covid passed since ramp up isn't until 2024.
So it's hard to tell. It could be any day. Or it could be farther down the road.
Do you know what happened to the page? It's been down for a couple days. I wonder if they scraped the new capital raise.
How is a short squeeze potential? It's an artificial price increase. Same as illegally shorting it down. Neither has anything to do with "Potential"
It's not a pump and dump. Based on valuation the stock should be much higher. The real problem is it dumped illegally. Why don't you admit it?
What's clear is the squeeze didn't happen and those that are up 50% or more in two days are taking profits. LOL. Yes Profits. Cold hard cash. LOL
Thanks. I felt that was the best thing to do here, since their big ramp up isn't until 2024. I figure if they become a big player, even that 10,000 will make me a minimum of 500,000.
I made 4000 profit since Friday, and hold 10,000 free shares. And that is how you play this game.
They just need to confirm their van deliveries or announce the EV loan. A short will tell you it will never happen. But if it does they get crushed like a bug.
Another claim that is completely wrong.
I am definitely learning something. LOL
that's less than 1 Million shares a day. That's common for newly listed companies that aren't in the spotlight.
A good investor plays with the big boys. If they are going to bring it down to ridiculous levels, then you take the ride back up. Eventually they will flip the switch.
By the way, Elon Musk has been yelling at the SEC for the shorting going on in Tesla.
1st of all, if you look at the original take down. It was less than 1 Million shares traded a day. Nobody even knew about the listing. Convertible debt is toxic(meaning they can short). So add low volume, it makes it easy for them to short it down. Just like a squeeze can push a stock well past a valuation to the upside, shorting, especially illegal shorting can make a stock valuation very low to the downside.
Thanks for the perspective. Plus they more than likely beat on Revenues.
Squeeze or not, based on 2023 valuation and current up to date Outstanding shares, the stock should be about 20.00
It would make sense that these kind of articles would be posted today so shorts can exit without a squeeze.
That's not a press release from Mullen. LOL. Give it up already.
Amateur article. The yet to turn a profit angle is so weak. RobinHood, Doordash, Draft Kings, NIO, Uber, Atai, beyond meat, ETC and many others have yet to turn a profit. And some have multi Billion dollar market caps.
It's a common yet weak angle to attack a company.
And the markets are up nice. Could be a glorious day for longs.
Frankly if everybody cared, everybody would want EV's.
That definitely sounds better. But The cash burn is scary. Management doesn't seem too worried about it though. That haven't diluted anything.
I wonder if they are expecting to land a big deal or a couple and just haven't been brought up yet, because they aren't finalized.
Good report. Although not a big deal at this point, looks like they did -.12 for the quarter and the expectation was -.18. Looks like they have 18 customers up from 15.
Downside is it looks like the spent 43 million and have 81 million in cash.
No matter what Convertible debt is toxic. They have convertible debt from many companies. They can all short.
And Naked shorting isn't really fraud because the SEC doesn't do anything about it. There is clear evidence there are 22 Million undelivereds. So where is the SEC?
What you posted doesn't say anything about them allowed to sell to partners. LOL
What you posted doesn't say anything about them allowed to sell to partners. LOL
Yes. So tell me what page it's on? Just posting the whole thing is more B.S.
First if any of that was remotely true, where is the fraud? It would be a legit contract. There is no fraud. If there was trickery to fool the CEO and there was fraud, the contract would be voided.
So show me anywhere in the 10-Q that says the lenders partners also get 9.99%. Tell me he page and what file. If you can't, then you have just decided to believe the B.S
