I think this movement could go to mid .30's early next week, then we should break the minimums from two years (before the climb to 1,80$ we got 0,34$). IMO that's the key in next sessions.... If we break 0,34-0,35$ then we could see a very big movement...
let's see what happens.

I'm in the board until cavico started tradind the first time (I can't remember if its 2 or 3 years ago...) and I read all of the posts here in the board. The problem for me is my englsh, case it's hard to me to explain what I want in english, then is wy normaly i don't write anything.... but I'm aways here reading all your (most of time) interesting points of view.
As many of you know I've several times contacted Tim and I've always had an answer, always. And I can remember once that he told me he would be very proud if one day I were in Vietnam and visiting Cavico.
I trust 100% in Cavico and I thing the price has dropped so much because of 2 main things:
- Big drop in vietnam index and big problems for all the construction groups in the world.
- and also because the easy manipulation of the shares with someone selling at any price for having cash.
MHO is sit and wait....
Many of my friends in spain are reading our board and some of them had started to invest in CVIC for long....
gl

I show to you the e-mail I got from Cavico today. I think is important. Goog luck to all!:
Hello Fernando,
Thank you for writing.
I am very optimistic and confident about the future of our company. I am glad with the new symbol, CAVN, so we can move on and separate from the past. I have don't have a timeline when we can trade again. I hope very soon. We are waiting for second round of comments from SEC. The market maker who filed Form 15c-211 on company is responding to the comments from FINRA, and they set the price independently without our involvement. I really don't know what kind of valuation they will come up base on our signed contracts, revenues, and other factors.
Good to hear from you again.

I've just read that you'll hand a shareholder meeting on november 17th. As I'm in Spain is completly impossible to be at this shareholders meeting but I'll ask you one thing:
The SEC filling will be before or after the shareholders meeting? I think for you wolud be very intersting to reach the 17th november meeting with all filled in the SEC. Please would you mind to clear me this point.
Thanks a lot and good luck.

The financials sit with our attorneys and we hope to file the form 10 any day now.

Dear Timothy
today is about one month from your e-mail and I (and many of the CVCP investors) still are waiting for the Gaap audit and the SEC filling.
Please, could you confirm me if this filling is going to be done? and, do you think this will happens before this year ending...
Thanks a lot for your answers, because from spain is hard to find information about CVCP.
best regards
Fernando
to all CVCP players...
A few weeks ago I send an e-mail to Timothy and he answered the following:
Dear Fernando,
We are near the completion of the audit reports, which will enable us to file Form 10 with SEC. Once Form 10 is filed it may take 60 days for the stock to trade again. Please follow the updates on our website.
Thank you for writing.

today we shold reach 20's... return's begun.
I agree with you!! ... and I hope we'll be over 3$ in a few months after reaching OTCBB.... by the way I notice many people are interested in this one goes cheaper in the oppening day just to try to add more shares. If it happens I'll add...
100 % agree with you. No way to be worried...
just wait a few weeks and we are rocking again.
what you show us in the link isn't the same that has happened with CVCP. In our case there's an agreement between CVCP and the sec and they're now completing all he requirements to go to OTCBB and later on the Nasdaq...
mail from Thimoty Pham, just recieved today. This mail is an answer to my mail asking if the goal to CVCP was just reaching OTCBB. They've answered me:
Fernando,
Thanks for writing. As we always have stated, Cavico's goal is to list
on a senior market like NYSE, Nasdaq, or Amex.

Dear friends don't worry about waht's hapening now in CVCP, you must be patient and please do not try to scare everybody.
just reading and finding in internet King... I'm in from last week at .63... today's correction is very good for indicators in DPDW.... Fasten seat belts to rock to 1$....
;)
king.... What about DPDW... umm it's moving nicely isn't it!
Agree with you 98!! I hate people who try to scare others....
IMo OTCBB is the first step in this long walk... and finally we'll reach Nasdaq or Amex... hope so....
I'm long in this stock, I'm in from last august! average price 0,9$ (22000 shares).
Hi Lakingsphan....
Nice to see that list...with DPDW and... CVCP!!!!!!!!!
I'm in in DPDW too... let see what happens..
;)
you welcome.... I asked too to Henry Fahman (PRVH). He answered me that CVCP is a long term winnig...
Mail from Timothy Pham:
Dear Fernando,
Thank you for contacting us. Unfortunate, currently the company does not have any materials in Spanish to provide you. Hopefully someday we can bid for projects in Spanish-speaking regions, and then our management team needs to learn Spanish.
As far as the suspension, I think it does not relate to our audit (GAAP)process. It might help if we have had it earlier. The halting seems to relate to issues of not filing committed by Laminaire Corp almost 8 years ago. Cavico completed the merger only about a year ago. We have been and we are working on plans to list our shares on a senior exchange.
Again, thank you,
Timothy Pham
