I lost too. I blame myself for buying into an incredible story but I blame the company for putting out such a story. They are the ones that truly had the balls of steel. There are so many signs that pointed that things weren't right but the final one was the NR where Petar pleaded his case against the Windsor newsarticle in a style like he was talking to a buddy of his rather than to the whole world. Anybody putting such an NR surely had to have his judgment questioned.

But greed prevailed and we got slaughtered.

Was the affidavit a surprise to anyone? Did anyone think that the OSC would hold a hearing and the two allegations without any kind of reason? Don't get excited over the affidavits. They do nothing but show the basis for allegations. If you are pissed enough about the allegations, you shouldn't be pissed more because of the affidavit.

IMO the company probably keeps talking to him because he is one of the few friends they have. If he can do the PR for them, hey why not. You can never have enough people doing nice things for you. I just hope he is not thinking that in return he is gonna get good info.

We will find out shortly from SLJB's press release (right, A?). OSC is denying Ontario residents from trading - essentially locking those that want to move on for two more months. Some of the stuff could have and should have been ruled on today if not for the leniency in the due process. Either you had the contract or you didn't. Either KPMG and PWC were engaged as your auditors or they weren't. These questions are like being half-pregnant. Typically hearings are delayed at the convenience of accused parties. It is in OSC's interest to rule quickly especially when CTOs.

Don't read much into it. At the first hearing anyone that pretty well states that they need more time to bring forth required information will be granted more time. Don't think for a second that the OSC has any second thoughts about the allegations it put forth. It is just a reflection of the due process and OSC leniency in general.

Frikkin company puts out an actual newsrelease saying that it has previously published false information and some still have doubts whether OSC's misleading information allegation has any merits. Airys, with all due respect to your efforts, what makes you think that they would be straight with you if they actually put up lies on paper and broadcasted them to the world? I think I am safe in saying this because even they put up various retractions and in one calling publication of some details a 'mistake'. Putting out nrs costs money, it takes time, should be reviewed by their own lawyers - so with so much diligence behind them there is no such thing as a 'mistake' when you spell out details that are not true. If they had the ballz to lie to the world I don't see how you can think that they'll be more honest with an individual. I hope you are right but I don't think there is really nothing preventing them to put up any information before the OSC hearing - especially any financials since they are not in the allegations. Jan 8 will come and go and we'll still be hanging on for some news that we hope will be positive.

It was PROVED that majority of the most significant newsreleases over the past few months contained significant statements that were false. Was it proved that this is a "scam"? Depends on your definition as "scam" is not entirely a legal definition. But according to my definition, you are a scammer.

Here and there a few desperate folk trying hard to believe so that they can hope to make some money back. OSC is not really a factor in this play. The two individuals are not fronting this thing any more but the damage has been done. What the OSC does, if anything, is irrelevant and we won't know for weeks if not months after the initial hearing. Sulja put out statements in NRs that weren't true either so nothing changes.

The bottom line is that there are enough signs out there that this one is not a good investment. Credibility problems and no insider shareholding. They probably made their money on the shares one way or another when this thing was artificially overpriced and they make money from salaries. Shareholders are residual owners of net profit - gains after whatever expenses the company incurs or decides to incur. With 0 shareholder ownership, what incentive is there to maximize the bottom line? IMO anybody hoping to see even a nickel over here is overly optimistic. Let's hope we can see 2 or 3 pennies.

if you read the statement of allegations they include misleading disclosure and manipulative insider trading. The OSC is being very deliberate with its selection of wording and if you knew anything at all about the OSC you'd know that they are being very careful in the minimal allegations they bring forth. You seriously don't think that there is no proof of impropriety here!?! LOL, OK I get it, you are pulling peoples' chains!!! Good one!

There are no bashers when a company lies (if you think this is a unfounded allegation have a look at the PRs over the last six months). Pumpers want to snip out some money out of your pockets. Tehy'll bleed this thing until it is dry. Quite shameful that boards like this are being used for that.

That's what all the traders here want you to believe. They need volume they need your participation they want your money. That's why lies are not lies and why investigations mean nothing.

My business makes money in an ethical manner and not by screwing people. I make money and I sleep at night. Every now and then I get screwed into lies like these because I underestimate people's willingness to actually publish lies and think they can get away with it.

As I signoff to do more productive things, let me just say that when you have a company that has published substantial lies, there is no such thing as a "basher", but certainly anyone that keeps defending them is a pumper. SS is no saviour, some of the lies were put out in his NRs.

Good luck and consider a bit of money for charity instead of feeding it to those that work hard to take it from you.

They lied to us in WRITTEN PRS and now you think that they are being honest. Ooops sorry, those weren't lies but unintentional mistakes. All those minute details were published just in error. They really didn't mean to say all those things. I've never seen so many desperate people at one place trying to look past huge numerous lies in the past and now expecting the same characters to be totally honest. The evidence is all in the PRs. Nobody put a gun to their head to write all those things or to issue them. You write them, you have to pay to post them, there are a number of chances for you to NOT make a mistake before it is put out. If you are so irresponsible with your money, do something nice and donate it to charity.
