By now it's back to being a shell company, back to where it started a few years ago as 'easy.com'. A shell company has a certain value, and that is why RSPG is still trading.
Billion, there's only one way you can double your money with RSPG: wait a couple of weeks, buy it for 1 cent a share; if you are lucky, you might be able to sell it - perhaps even the same day - for 2 cents.
The Beverly Hills address, 468 N. Camden Suite 200, is an executive suite setup where answering/mail service is $180/mo, and offices can be rented by the hour.
With the Hereford plant shut down, the value of the company is basically the value of the few staplers and paper clips in their Van Nuys office. That translates to roughly $0.00 per share.
There is no "public record", only whatever the media had published.
Just noticed that on RSPG's website, Goldstein no longer exists. All reference to him has been removed.
I find it hard to believe that Goldstein will not serve time. Falsifying loan documents is a felony any way you look at it. Plea or no plea, he's going to the kalabush.
In his bizzare way, Tom makes a good point. With little or no volume, the stock is becoming slowly worthless. Right now, there are no buyers at 25 cents, so what will bring them out? 15 cents? 10? 2.5?
Latest news release is vaporware. Announcement concerning Rythm Water, Tank and Ray Maher will make you think that RSPG is now into global distribution. Problem is, any Google references to Ray Maher, Tank or Rythm can be found only in RSPG press releases. No independent life of their own.
The power of Google is amazing.
Notice that in the past 30 days RSPG had only 2 consecutive trading gains (8/7 and 8/8). This stock is in free fall.
2 cases of water ain't gonna cut it.
The support level at $1.50 didn't materialize. The next support area is at $0.55.
Sure looks like free fall to me, Silver Bullet.
If the LOI's turn out to be phony, it is time to call the U.S. Attorney.
I shorted RSPG at $2.80, and so far it's working like a charm. I am not greedy, and I'm getting ready to close my position.
look at the 1-year chart of RSPG. Looks like someone's giving you the finger.
RSPG is in free fall.
Two months without a press release. What's going on?
The only product that RSPG has is press releases, and now they don't even make them any longer.
The prospectus shows only 31k in cash - how long is that gonna last?
I'm betting on $7.00 - really
But not on this turkey.
Has RSPG crossed the line peddling fear?
http://copywriteink.blogspot.com/2007/03/peddling-fear-royal-springs-water.html
Two other items from the SEC filing:
1. GCA Strategic Investment Fund, the largest stockholder, is liquidating their interest in RSPG.
2. RSPG does not mention anything about being certified as a bonded warehouse.
Quack quack, Quack quack.
Sorry, Carl, but you have not done your homework. RSPG's address in their SEC filings was 468 N. Camden Drive #200, Beverly Hills, CA 90210. It's still shown as their address on http://royalspringwater.trustpass.alibaba.com/ . This is a 'virtual' office which anyone can rent for $165/mo, according to the operator, http://www.gbcone.com/
So please do your homework before you ask people to invest their hard-earned money in your visions of grandeur.
Carl, and which assertion would that be?
Libel??!! who am I libeling - the corn huskers or the people who use a Beverly Hills private mailbox? Get real.
I'll say this for RSPG: this is possibly the most mileage anyone ever got out of renting a PMB (private mailbox) in Beverly Hills and then out of a shared executive suite in Van Nuys. But as long as the corn huskers keep on coming with dollar signs in their eyes... Hey, life is great!
Annual Report due in a coupla weeks... I'd be surprised to see any income listed. This turkey is croaking.
U.S. Customs bonded warehouses and RSPG: Are there really only 17 of them? A Google search shows thousands. Any of you RSPG promoters ever do your homework. This PRO turkey won't fly.
PRO: Press Release Only. A company whose only product is press releases.
Yes, something is going to happen soon. Common sense will prevail and people will start dumping this PRO* turkey.
* PRO ("Press Release Only"): A company whose only product is press releases.
Bonded warehouse? means to me that they have given up on selling bottled water, which they never managed to get off the ground, anyway.
True, the trend is your friend, but it would help if this company had any fundamentals to write home about.
Celia's bought 2 cases for $18.95. Hallelluya! First sale & delivery for vaporware company. Market reacts by raising the company's market value to 285 million dollars.
Get real, guys, and enjoy the shorts squeeze while it lasts. The company has yet to produce its first bottle of "sweet" water. The "sales" and the "orders" are nothing but PR Wire hype. My prediction: 1 - 2 pennies a share within 6 months.
Lexis-Nexis.
Are you refering to Harel's BK or to Hazan's foreclosure?
(Utah Carl wrote: "The co-founders of RSPG have a proven and documented record of integrity and success.")
Israeli law forbids the IDF from using imported food products.
That 99 Cents purchase order was for deliveries in December 2006. As RSPG is still not in operation, what do you think is the status of that purchase order?
QUESTION: This is a development-stage company with no assets and no indication as to when it will go into production mode. Why, then, are companies signing contracts to purchase water from RSPG? are these open-ended contracts which don't specify delivery dates for the water? If you were the purchasing agent for, say, National Lampoon, would you sign such a contract?
ANSWER: No one has signed a contract to purchase anything from RSPG. Letters of Intent, as any businessman will tell you, are worthless unless followed by a contract.
At this point, RSPG is a mirage, and not a very pretty one at that.
Thirty eight thousand bucks is "well financed"?? Don't you read the Edgar filings?
It's a subscription service.
