Brent + Block = "BOOYAH Brothers"!
MO: If it helps one person, its worthwhile. Believe it or not, there are peeps here this morning who don't really know. "Take what you need and leave the rest".
Other OTC Or otherwise known as the "Grey Market" is the trading of a security that is not listed, traded or quoted on any stock exchange, the OTCBB or the Pink Sheets. Other OTC trades are reported by broker-dealers to their Self Regulatory Organization (SRO) and the SRO distributes the trade data to market data vendors and financial websites so investors can track price and volume. Since Other OTC securities are not traded or quoted on an exchange or interdealer quotation system, investor's bids and offers are not collected in a central spot so market transparency is diminished and Best Execution of orders is difficult.
block: thanks for "gift" of sharing. many appreciate and have respected your wishes of non-confrontation. many do not & have not.

Hi Jeanette: Just checking on you. Keep your chin up!
Big Apple
alleges that according to the terms of a consulting agreement with Evans, it is entitled to approximately 7,600,000 shares of Evans common stock. The Company vehemently denies this claim. In addition, Big Apple Consulting USA, Inc. holds a $1,207,000 convertible promissory note that it purchased for $25,000. Big Apple has sought to convert the note into free trading common shares at a rate of $0.05 per share which would result in Big Apple acquiring 24 million shares of Evans stock. The Company believes that according to the note agreement, the conversion rate should be $0.50 per share which converts to 2.4 million shares. Finally, Big Apple maintains that it is owed a 51% interest in Evans, a claim that is unfounded. The Company has obtained counsel to defend the action, and counterclaim against Big Apple for damages suffered by Evans and Homeland Integrated Security as a result of Big Apple actions.

Tomorrow should be interesting. I wonder what effect, if any, today's PR will have on the PPS. I am surprised we didn't get a pop late after the PR. There were some pretty big sells late, cheap!

For any who may not have seen.
gtell: I'm not sure about anyone but Scottrade. I went to my local office, spoke w/ Branch Manager and got my info from him. I haven't tested it. No buys or sells for me last 2 days. Just holding.
i'm just, like, so over & done w/ them. I used to spar verbally with them briefly. Most of the time I felt like I was in a battle of wits w/ an unarmed man.
At Scottrade, you have to call on the phone, place a limit order and then they call and try to match it with a corresponding seller or buyer. Others here can provide more info. I understand that some brokers allow online trades.
gtell: I totally agree. I stopped wasting time and energy on bashers. It ends up serving no purpose and an exercise in futility. Most here are savy to Basher SOP and won't be swayed by them anyways. They aren't going to change our minds. We aren't going to change their minds. If they start with me personally, I just IGGY them and move on. I do still enjoy going to their profiles and checking their info. Seeing new ID's, multiple F&F posts, etc amuse me. One of the MODS from F&F has been coming here even!

DD: Unsolicited Quotes (aka Grey Sheets)
http://www.pinksheets.com/otcguide/issuers_getquoted.jsp#uns_quote
SEC Rule 15c2-11 provides an exemption to filing a Form 211 with the NASD for brokers that wish to publish an unsolicited quote. An unsolicited quote represents a customer order and not a market maker's own position and must be removed from the system once the customer order is executed. Compliance with this rule is monitored by the NASD.
DD: What happens when trading in a Pink Sheet security is suspended by the SEC?
SEC suspensions last 10 days for OTC securities.
When a security is suspended, Pink Sheets removes all market makers and their quotes from the system and displays a "Halted/Suspended" message.
After 10 days, market makers may re-enter the stock if they comply with Rule 15c2-11, which requires filing a new From 211, which must include the issuers' current financial information.

Visitors provided info that wouldnt be available had they not visited and shared with us.
They may not have provided all the answers and everything that we wanted to know, but we know more now than we otherwise would have.
I, for one, am grateful and do not take their postings for granted. They were not obligated to any of us to post anything.
All I can say to DC, Brent, Block and 5cap is, "Thank You Guys!"
At a crucial time when information is so hard to get, anything and everything is appreciated.
Hiring a good/top notch PR FIRM!
This PR thing is out of control IMO. Whatever a PR firm would cost, the hiring of one is definitely in order and the dollars would be well spent.
Janice: I agree. There was discussion/speculation that the stock may not trade for other reasons, possibly non SEC related.
Many of us are doing the SEC dance for the first time. Speculation on a variety of issues abounds.
get some rest (need to take own advice!)
