Stuttering Jungle BOOYAH >> J-RHINO!
whats a GIG?... please>>
LMFAO = gotcha geo
it's a "war". we had to lose some. no way to avoid it. you saved many!
All BS & everything aside, if it weren't for you, DC and Brent, i would have ceased to be a CKYS stockholder first thing Tuesday morning.
who has done more than you? who has shined light during the 2 week SEC suspension darkness (BLACK HOLE!)? any information during that time was HUGE!
what if nobody had visited and reported? Panic, I say!
I, for one, was confident and relaxed after hearing from you, DC and 5. Surely I was not alone.
Nor are you alone, BLOCK. For every one that is against you, there are at least 20 that are for you.
block: dont let them get to you. dont take it personally. you are right, they are wrong. period. we know that. fuhget about them. PLEASE! you do not have to apoloze for anything. nor do you have to defend yourself or your words/actions.
bashers can only bring us & CKYS down if we allow them to. we are in control. remember that. be strong!
How bout a BOOYAH! GEO right now! BOOYAH GEO!
block! you are a friggin hero to most of the people that matter here! look what you have done for us, even a newbie like me. Most people around here wouldnt give a newbie the time of day, much less go out of their way to help one like you have helped me and others. we know you, block. fuhget the friggin bashers. Don't worry about them. You have done great things. Please continue!
You said it: What have you contributed?
vs
What have they contributed?
Guess what? You win by light years. Yeah, LIGHT YEARS!!!!!!
We are in control. The bashers are not. We have sole access to our Buy, Sell, Hold buttons.
dunno. i sparred w/ him for 10 minutes last week, got bored and Iggy'd him. He has been residing there quietly ever since! 8^)
block: Fight the Good Fight, my friend. You have much to offer us here.
Fuhget the bashers. Your time is too valuable to waste on them. Keep helping us with the important stuff.
Most of us are way beyond letting them influence us anyways, even newbies like me. The longs with the long pockets are good to go for sure.
Let the weak ones sell. It will make the strong stronger.
I'm envious of my buds that are "stocking up" at 1/3 or less than my avg PPS.
THANX! BOOYAH BLOCK!
I would post grey sheets again but people would be waiting in line to tar & feather me, if not worse.
altus! BOOYAH! I so love your post. Short, sweet, simple & directly to the point! Many of us, myself included, could learn from you.
block: thanx. knew someone would help. not surprising that it is you (again). wish we had more peeps like you here.....
DD: Blue Sheets (SEC has their own color!)
Requests for information sent out by the Securities and Exchange Commission to market makers.
Blue sheets provide the SEC with detailed information about trades performed by a firm and its clients. The information includes the security's name, the date traded, price, transaction size, and a list of the parties involved.
The questionnaires came to be known as blue sheets because they were printed on blue paper. Today, due to the high volumes of trades, this information is provided electronically though electronic blue sheet systems, or EBS.
DD: Yellow Sheets
A U.S. bulletin that gives updated bid and ask prices as well as other information on OTC bonds.
Similar to the pink sheets that track non-exchange traded OTC micro-cap stocks, the yellow sheets are a primary source of information for investors who track OTC bonds or fixed income securities.
DD: Pink Sheets
A daily publication compiled by the National Quotation Bureau with bid and ask prices of over-the-counter stocks, including the market makers who trade them. Unlike companies on a stock exchange, companies quoted on the pink sheets system do not need to meet minimum requirements or file with the SEC. Pink sheets also refers to OTC trading.
The pink sheets got their name because they were actually printed on pink paper. You can tell if a company trades on the pink sheets because the stock symbol will end in ".PK".
DD: The origins of the Pink Sheets...
go back to 1904, when the National Quotation Bureau began as a paper-based, inter-dealer quotation service linking competing market makers in OTC securities across the country. Since that time, the Pink Sheets and the Yellow Sheets have been the central resource for trading information in OTC stocks and bonds.

(Couldn't resist/wait till tomorow).
Read that grey, yellow, pink, etc sheets originally came from the "old days" (before modern technology) when traders used to write certain trades etc on pre-selected, standardized, colored "sheets" of paper so that they could differentiate between categories/types etc.
LOL! How sophisticated! I guess it worked.
Imagine that! I should try that with Post It Notes! LOL! Nah, Outlook, Word, Excel have to be much better.
I'm beat, or I would DD now. This is interesting stuff to this newbie. That will give me something new & interesting to do early tomorrow.
Big Apple alleges that according to the terms of a consulting agreement with Evans, it is entitled to approximately 7,600,000 shares of Evans common stock. The Company vehemently denies this claim. In addition, Big Apple Consulting USA, Inc. holds a $1,207,000 convertible promissory note that it purchased for $25,000. Big Apple has sought to convert the note into free trading common shares at a rate of $0.05 per share which would result in Big Apple acquiring 24 million shares of Evans stock. The Company believes that according to the note agreement, the conversion rate should be $0.50 per share which converts to 2.4 million shares. Finally, Big Apple maintains that it is owed a 51% interest in Evans, a claim that is unfounded. The Company has obtained counsel to defend the action, and counterclaim against Big Apple for damages suffered by Evans and Homeland Integrated Security as a result of Big Apple actions.

2nd try: DD: Naked Shorting
http://www.investopedia.com/terms/n/nakedshorting.asp
The illegal practice of short selling shares that have not been affirmatively determined to exist. Ordinarily, traders must borrow a stock, or determine that it can be borrowed, before they sell it short. However, some professional investors and hedge funds take advantage of loopholes in the rules to sell shares without making any attempt to borrow the stock.
On Oct 29, 2003, the SEC implemented a new rule to ban naked shorting in order to protect thinly traded stocks that are vulnerable to aggressive short-selling which would cause the stock price to fall. Critics of the new rule argue that if naked-shorting had not taken place during the micro-cap crime wave of the 1990s, such stocks would have climbed even higher before they crashed. Thus, the SEC's action to ban naked-shorting eliminated the only market force against over-hyped, or even fraudulent, small-cap and micro-cap stocks.

"SHAM": Sorry CSHD killed you/you killed yourself on CKYS. CKYS is not CSHD. This "disaster magnet" is perfeclty content holding. There is NO WAY I would sell at these prices! Check back w/ us in 2 weeks. Good luck buying back @ .008 or lower then. Let us know how that goes.....
Since DC, 5 & Block were invited visitors/guests of CKYS, maybe they didn't want to be confused with the SEC, FBI, CIA, FTC or some type of auditors/investigators doing an audit/investigation of some sort by requesting/demanding to see CKYS documents. I would think that some questions are appropriate under the circumstances & some are not. I dunno. Never been in that situation....
^IMHO^
many have spent a LOT of time here the last 2 1/2 weeks and have been grinding really, really hard. every once in awhile peeps will engage in a little diversion.
