Unsolicited Quotes
http://www.pinksheets.com/otcguide/issuers_getquoted.jsp#uns_quote
SEC Rule 15c2-11 provides an exemption to filing a Form 211 with the NASD for brokers that wish to publish an unsolicited quote. An unsolicited quote represents a customer order and not a market maker's own position and must be removed from the system once the customer order is executed. Compliance with this rule is monitored by the NASD.
______________________________________________________________
Other OTC: Or otherwise known as the "Grey Market"
http://www.pinksheets.com/glossary.jsp#otherotc
is the trading of a security that is not listed, traded or quoted on any stock exchange, the OTCBB or the Pink Sheets. Other OTC trades are reported by broker-dealers to their Self Regulatory Organization (SRO) and the SRO distributes the trade data to market data vendors and financial websites so investors can track price and volume. Since Other OTC securities are not traded or quoted on an exchange or interdealer quotation system, investor's bids and offers are not collected in a central spot so market transparency is diminished and Best Execution of orders is difficult.
plane: my apologies.
truth, max & jab: hi guys. have a good day. I'm out till after trading ends. thanks for everything. if any of my posts have annoyed you guys, my apologies. i'm in the process of changing & hopefully improving some things.
whatever..... i'm done.
who might you be to give me advice on anything? sorry, i doubt you qualify.
who are you? his mother? my suspicion was aroused and I asked a question. from his reaction and your appearance, i'm beginning to believe that my suspicion was well founded, especially after we had later discussed it privately and dismissed it.
it seems like you guys are trying awfully hard, too hard, to gain instant credibilty and trust here for some reason.
please define false claims & proove false claims made by yours truly?
i asked you a question, you gave me an asnwer and I told you no problem. of course that was privately, but all i care about is the truth and you and i know what that is.
now, if you want to accuse me of lying, aka making false claims, then i may have to retract my no problem statement. as i told you earlier, i will treat you like you treat me.

!!!!!!!News From DC Here! Now!!!!!!!
Just got off phone w/DC. He is very comfortable and confident after his visit.
He spent 3 1/2 hours w/ Jim, also time w/ Tom & Dan = All great guys.
He will be posting, but not right away.
Patents are legit.
Gov't contracts are legit.
No dilution.
Jim confident all SEC issues will be resolved.
Jim confident that CKYS will not go to Greys!
janice: gimme a sec. BRB w/ info.
would you like clarification? if i didnt like & respect you, i would leave you hanging or tell you to do your own dd, but I'm not. i will also never insult you or disrespect you on this board.
well, you are incorrect, but that is okay. everyone makes mistakes. i make more than my share.
my meaning is that each of us is in control of our own actions and hopefully are capable of making our own decisions. we are indeed in control of our buy, sell, hold "buttons".
Janice: I like and respect you. I do not consider you a basher. MO is that there was a huge void in info during SEC. Little or nothing from SEC and/or CKYS. Any CONCRETE info was valuable, no matter how small. I appreciate your efort, but my idea of "Complete Information" was nowhere to be had. Still isn't. You can't mean the sec.gov info? The visitors gave info they no one else could and it was good and helpful at the time.
LOL> Hi Janice. he newbie as well.
i wish i knew. only time will tell. i'm long and holding.
Long term care insurance is very expensive. paying for long term care out of your pocket is even more expensive. it's 30-40K/year here in Texas. People have gone bankrupt paying for it.
There are annuities out there that have a long term care benefit and a death benefit, as well as earning potential. IMO< those are the way to go.
How do I know? I used to do some marketing work for a good friend who is a "CSA" = Certified Senior Advisor. Basically a financial advisor for peeps that are retired or about to retire.
always doing dd. including names i dont know. its a necessary evil here last 2 weeks. nothing personal.
takeover: yes, i noticed this your first time here.
yep. j-rhino member marked.
hold on rhino. gotta make sure u member marked.......
janice: newbie dd. sorry if bad.
no problem. proceeding with caution. time will tell many things.
does the government buy on ebay?
no problem. dont know you. just checking. i'll treat you the same way you treat me. we have had many probs with id's born since sec suspension. we are suspicious.
altus: nice member profile. have you anything to contribute? Sarcasm?
Saw CKYS product listings on GSA. Emailed DOD Mall re status of CKYS products there. Emailed JP directly (again) to see about getting investor email updates going. I will report back to you guys when/if I hear anything.
