Falling down is not failure... staying down is failure.
Keep the faith LH.
(oops may be a bad choice of words) LOL.
Been a SHORT summer. Flew By. Spent a couple weeks in Canada fishing with family, worked away a lot of daylight hours and spent the weekends trying to keep up with a huge lawn and squeeze in some golf. Haven't checked in here in some time. Figured I'd wait for some kind of life changing news release. Alas the PPS is right about where it was 7 years ago when I made my first purchase And... no news. Still long and strong just a lot quieter these days. Start drawing a pension next year and I'm still hoping FASC will add something to the bottom line.
Gas prices will probably suck the life out of AE stocks short term but hopefully our systems will appeal to those who can see the big picture and plan for the future.
Sure would be nice to see Cal announce the first stockholders meeting at the super bowl. Yea, I dream big. LOL.
Best to all longs. LH.
Awesome volume. Excellent close. Nice run. Doesn't get us near to where we should be. Tomorrow we will no longer be "the best kept secret" on the stock market. Tip of the iceberg. Congrats longs. LH.
Gary... I am very sorry for your loss. I will pray for his swift arrival to the other side. LH.
Watching this issue trade this afternoon is a thing of beauty. Broke even at .052 and we are still moving up. Congrats longs. LH.
It would seem that the machine sold to process chromite has been doing double duty over there.
Not an "inconsequential and meaningless sale" after all as some would have us believe. LH.
TR... Thanks for that link I caught the tail end of that story last week but didn't have time to get back to the transcript.
BTW I sent 60 minutes the letter about FASC a couple days before that report aired. Would make a nice follow up to that story if you ask me. Best. LH.
beischens... At least in the summer.
Then the golf course could be fertilized to spur the grass growth with class A sludge product from the local wastewater treatment plant which in turn is supplied by a leigon of healthy golfers. LH.
Alright Card, give it up.
What do you see in that chart that I'm missing. Best LH.
Cool. Way to go. The more the merrier. LH.
Feel free to send it to YOUR Congressmen, Senators, Governors etc... I Did. So did TJ. LH.
Dear
With all the talk of biomass, biodiesal, alternative energy, energy independence and clean fuel, I thought you might be interested in a small unknown company in Vancouver B.C. that is doing something about it world wide and right now. While we in the United States are sitting on our hands they are literally turning waste to energy.
See… http://fasc.net/index.htm
Using what is called a KDS Micronex (Kinetic Disintegration System) they are turning waste products that would otherwise be land filled into a fine dry powder that can be combusted or sold as a class A soil amendment.
See… http://www.bcsea.org/CentralInterior/files/2005-WastewaterTour.pdf
Currently they are operating the first total waste to energy generating facility in Malaysia. Micronizing empty fruit bunches from the palm oil industry then burning it in a suspension dust burner to produce electricity for the country and steam for the plant itself.
See… http://fasc.net/newsrelease/05-06-20.htm
The same could and is being done with wood waste. Alternative Green Energy Systems, a subsidiary of First American Scientific Corp. has installed a system at Flakeboard Company Ltd in New Brunswick Canada to do just that.
See… http://www.ages-biomass.com/news_2005_06_30.htm
Chicken litter is a major problem in this country and yet no one seems to want to address the issue. This process could economically micronize (which removes 99.9% of all pathogens and collagens) and co generate the material thus powering the farm and the neighboring community. Instead chicken producers would rather spend millions in court and go to the extreme of new legislation maintaining their right to dump it out on the ground.

The City of Prince George (as noted in the link provided earlier) has found that even human waste (biosludge) mixed with micronized wood waste can be co generated to produce electricity. They are thinking ahead. A system such as theirs could, and should, be operating in every municipality in OUR country.
Japan and South Korea have both licensed the technology but of course they have no room for landfills.
The United States Department of Agriculture knows about this technology as they are working with Oak Ridge National Laboratories and the University of Tennessee processing saw grass yet ignoring all the other applications of the same equipment
See… http://fasc.net/newsrelease/04-07-26.htm
Based on the link above the U.S. Dept of Energy knows about this technology but pulled out on a technicality because FASC (a Nevada Corp.) maintains their office in Vancouver. Once again bureaucracy rears it’s ugly head at the expense of the American public.
I think it is time someone asked why the United States has not implemented or at the very least assisted in developing this technology nationwide. We as a nation could save billions of dollars in landfill costs, clean up the environment, create jobs and reduce our dependence on foreign oil simultaneously. Rather than lagging behind other nations we should be at the forefront of any technology that could lead to a reduction of waste and increase in energy. Imagine every wastewater treatment plant in the U.S generating 15 mega watts of electricity hence becoming an asset to the community rather than a liability.
I admit the technology is new but even if it took tens of millions of dollars to implement across the U.S.A. that would be a mere fraction of the cost of just one nuclear power plant.
Someone has to bring it to the attention of the public that there are working alternatives out there and that if one-third of the money spent subsidizing big oil were spent to develop them we could be years, not decades away from energy independence. This is not a scandal but it is a shame and it might be nice if we were doing something other than waiting for gasoline to hit $4.00 a gallon before we step off a dime.
Thank you for your time.
TJ... Awesome result! I'm amazed they have heard of us, on the other hand if the President brought up sawgrass in the state of the union it would follow that most of congress would know what he was talking about. I've had no response from Michigan and I have two democratic Senators. Go figure. I guess I'm mostly amazed you got a responce at all. Best LH.
Awww c'mon TR if you're not going to let me curse you, threaten you, and call you names that humiliate you, how will I ever get my point across? LOL. LH.
How to find out who the candidates are in your area...
http://www.vote-smart.org/index.htm
The site also contains a wealth of information on voting records, campaign finances etc.
Best, LH.
How to reach your elected officials...
http://www.firstgov.gov/Contact/Elected.shtml
Good luck. LH.
Thanks TR. Hopefully it will reach just one Congressman or Representative that actually gives a hoot. Best. LH.
Feel free to send it to your Congressmen, Senators, Governors etc... I Did. LH.

Just as Useless as you're market advice
Interesting that the DOW or NASDAQ haven't traded one share today either. Must be no interest in any American stock today.
What a market genius.
Youre the guy I want to take market advice from. ROTFLMAO. LH.
1 Picture is worth a thousand words... We have come a looonnng way from the days of the simple KDS-150. Don't know what company built the monitoring system but there are some serious electronics behind those steel doors. I've seen smaller units to run fully electronic robotic welders. I would assume that every new KDS would incorporate such a system be it the 250 - 777 - 3000 - JS6 or whatever the model going to Korea will be named.
Guess there was a reason behind all that R&D after all.
I like what I see and I like where FASC is going.
Congrats longs I think we can be very proud of where Cal and the creww have taken this company.
The shorts over on RB are starting to squirm. Show no mercy. LH.
Cal has said on numerous occasions that when FASC becomes a solid company on sound financial footings the PPS will follow. I think todays news goes a long way toward getting us there all by itself. The large corporate wheels turn slowly in Japan but they turn steadily. Might be a while before we see huge revenues from this but I have no doubt we will see huge revenues from this.
Lets not forget the 1/4 mil in royalties collected last quarter and all the other projects that could turn out to be as big if not bigger than this one.
Accumulation indeed. Best LH.
Sam... I sold half of mine at 17.5 cents and did exactly as you suggested. Best LH.
TR... I remember quite a while back they did some samples at Cloverdale where they mixed municipal waste sludge with chicken litter to dry the sludge down a bit and it seemed to process the mixture fine. Seems I recall some pics and text about it on the website. We never installed a machine offsite to process human waste. LH.
Good stuff Maynard... Wonder what else they have been sittin' on.
If anyone was havin' doubts I hope they are finally put to rest. This technology does indeed have the potential to revolutionize the entire recycling industry. Quite a few of us have seen it from the start and are now beginning to realize how massive this could become. BTW this ain't just my opinion. This is the way it is. LH.
Count me in with a lot of guts then as it seems the only real trade today was my 20k buy. Excuse me I should probably say I "stole" 20K. LOL LH.
bobsnook66 You are correct. Rarely does a R/S work. Usually in the case of a forward split the stock price CLIMBS back to the price it held prior to the split. The opposite is generally true of a reverse. The stock price usually FALLS back to the price it held prior to the split. Kiss of death is right. Anyone suggesting it isn't thinking correctly. I have never seen a reverse work on the OTC-BB. There are folk tales of it actually working once but I have yet to see documentation.
We gave Cal 100 mil to get the job done if he has to use every one of them so be it. If he doesn't get 'er done with that I will be on the phone to Vancouver telling Cal he better go to the bank for money.
I haven't checked T&S for the entire day but there seemed to be quite a bit of buying up till noon. (Thanks Gary). Has anyone thought to check the OS lately. I am busy during the day lately or I would call myself. TIA. LH.
Two things...
1. No one is forced to read any message posted here or on RB.
2. Everyone who posts a message speaks for themself.
The previous post here was IMO more "stupid" than anything TR has ever posted.
TR does not sit in judgment about the merit of others postings as some here are wont to do.
He corrects misinformation that runs rampant on that board and as far as I'm concerned he is doing me (an investor) a mighty big favor.
Seems that "trader Dave" has a compulsive need to point out what he views to be charachter flaws in others. Wasting my time pontificating with his holier than thou opinions. Maybe time would be better spent analyzing ones own personality.
Good day. LH.
Apparently the company still needs to spend shares in lieu of cash.
Outstanding... 179,298,005
Restricted.... 15,189,289
Float......... 164,108,716
That represents an increase of 2,794,140 shares to the OS and an increase of 25,900 shares to the restricted. Total increase to the float of 4 million shares since January 14 2005.
From Pacific stock transfer February 2nd 2005 1:47 PM EST.
Thats about $111,000.00 at $.04 per share. Wonder what's up with that. Come on Cal I thought we had put the dilution thing behind us. LH.
RB is all screwed up as usual and I'm not sure this posted there but I had planned to post it, or a similar message here anyway...
Bashers on RB about 4/1 today by my reckoning. Even looks like HH is back. Lots of good DD on the upcoming SHO regulations going into effect first of the year. (Thanks Will et. al.)
I have no doubt that we are well on the way to building a strong company and this by itself may (in the long run) finally put those boys in their place (bottom of the food chain). I still don't think that will be enough short term.
I haven't penned the e-mail to Cal yet but I truly think it is time to force a full accounting of all outstanding shares via a name change.
The SEC can write regulations all day long. Fact is they can't enforce what is on the books now. MM's know this. The Enron boys have yet to spend a night in jail. That is small potatoes compared to the naked shorts worldwide and the SEC just doesn't have the manpower or cahones to get a grip on them.
I seriously think we need to petition Cal to take the bull by the horns and defend FASC investors with every tool available. Name change is the longest club in the bag and it's time to let the big dog eat.
JMHO Best to all longs for a prosperous new year. LH.
TJ... Don't have an article for you to peruse just personal experience. Watched a .013 stock (which I owned) move to 3.80 after such a move. I think it is warranted here. Time to throw the gloves down and give them the beating they have been begging for. We may have done in the German shorts but there are others out there betting they can drive us bankrupt before they ever have to cover.
Any chart showing an accumulation/distribution line clearly shows that dilution has absorbed by the market. The only other factor in keeping the PPS at a depressed rate is naked shorting.
Dilution is no longer a factor and the shorts are on the run. I suggest that this time we follow them all the way to Baghdad (so to speak) with our guns blazing.
Just starting the paperwork for a proxy would put the fear of God into them. Strike while the iron is hot!!! Don't give them a moments rest and keep pounding on them.
JMO but apparently someone at the company knows that this bs has to stop if we are ever going to see this company trading at a fair price. We know Cal wants to get us off the OTC if we don't start making the changes to facilitate that now when we have their backside showing it is just going to be a much more difficult struggle.
JMHO of course. Best LH.
I would love to start the new year with a new name and symbol.
The only "agressive" action left is a name change.
I will vote that proxy in a heartbeat.
It's the only way to force a full accounting and force the shorts to cover at the same time.
Good job Cal.
Let's go all the way. LH.
Thanks Bobs... there's more. LH.
Two words... NAME CHANGE
Nothing moves till the shorts are covered. Rumor has it the MM's were doing all the buying yesterday and today ;-0 LH.
Could be a long wait... I'm pretty set in my ways. HeHe. Light hawk.
Posting this here may be somewhat redundant but what the hey...
Canada... (Hydro Quebec) 1 mil up front to form AgES
USA... DOE... 3/4 of a mil grant
USA... DOA... 3/4 of a mil grant
UK ... WRAP... 1 mil grant
Poland... buying a machine
Malaysia... Buying machines
Zeotech... Buying
ALMI... buying
Mitsui... investigating
Worldwide exposure. 6 Different COUNTRIES (not people) COUNTRIES interested in this technology and putting up the bucks to develop it.
Ever occur to anyone that this company might make it?
I know Cal probably stopped watching message boards years ago but on the outside chance someone at FASC looks in from time to time I have two words of advice...
NAME CHANGE.
My circle of family and friends and the longs here and on RB have enough votes to carry the motion (BTW you can't vote a proxy if you are short) and it would force the shorts to cover.
OUCH!
Timing is everything.
Lets see... How about Kinetic Disintegration Systems Inc. stock symbol KDSI.
Anyone else got a suggestion.
BTW losers (shorts) are on ignore so no need to reply.
Best to all longs. LH.
OT...Zonk
Been Good.
Well I haven't gotten caught bein' bad.
I'm almost there buddy. Pickin' away at it and still waitin' for that monday mornin' phone call. LOL. Golf score suks lately (no competition to speak of so I've fallen to a slightly lower level) but gettin things done around the house makes up for it. Put up a new well house and all the weeds are the same height. LOL. Big wet sloppy ones all around. LH.
Ps... I just finished talking to Waterhouse. All systems should be GO next week. LH.
PPs Some guy in India no doubt. Lets not get on that subject.
D I managed to get another 11K. I am shuffling accounts as we speak and setting up accounts to transfer funds as per Waitedg's advice. I still need more shares, it's just taking longer than I expected to get this done. As it stands right now everyone I've told about this stock stands to make more than I do when it takes off. Hence I am accumulating albeit slowly. I'm convinced (so are some others... hehe) that this won't take off till I get my fill. I'm working on it. I'm not betting the farm but I'm refinancing it. LOL. LH.
Jag... Perfect name for you. That "D" indicates Direct ownership. Something you wouldn't understand. There is only one "D" in Brians form 5 and it is for a fraction of what he "A"dded. The way I see it the guy now owns a million nine. How much do you own?
Curious why you didn't add the "off" to your moniker. Just a joke. HeHe LH.
