The suspense is killing me. Sales = $10,000 or $10,000,000? 18 million shares outstanding? 60 mil? 100 mil? Hell, I'm not sure if there really is a company... I've never seen it! (My annual report had all blank pages in the middle. Is that bad? Am I the only one?). Due diligence would take all the fun out of this stock...and the beauty of it is that it's futile in any case....And THEN there's the RB board. WOW! Talk about a bunch of.....Oh! What's the word I'm lookin' for...? Anyway, I tell ya, this is the best money I've ever lost. I'd use my certificate for kindling only its not enough to start a fire.

Dan, I've been reading this board for about a year and a half. In that time I have almost made my money back in sheer entertainment value. It's my soap if you will. Its got it all. B&E's, fraud, extortion to name a few. Also, to see, or envision, grown adults carrying on so "..did so..did not..did so..did not..you crook..take that back... I will not.." is actually quite fun. It is as though they lack the slightest shred of self respect. More inconceivable is how they can enjoy anything they have gained by such pathetic deception. Only my ignorant opinion.

Essentially Rich McBride told me that I could have a bond @ 8% for one year OR the restricted shares but that SEVU would not honor the original terms of the agreement, of which I believe you are already aware. To add insult to nonperformance, the effective date of my restricted shares was not when SEVU had received my check, as was stated in the agreement as the effective date, but instead five months later. So in effect, my exposure to risk was increased, first, with being denied the OPTION to buy at $2.00 when the debenture expired in twelve months from the date the funds were received and secondly when my stock certificates could only be sold apprx. 16 months after the funds were received. I have absolutely no doubt that this action was/is illegal, but I wasn't going to pay an attorney $5,000, or whatever, to collect $10,000. Since the product had promise I figured I'd just wait and see. Our friend had my money by the short and curlies.

As a side note I bought SEVU (an OTC stock) based on a friends tip. From that perspective I got exactly what I deserved... A $10,000 lesson. It's big caps for me from hereon out. If it seems to good to be true....

I'll get it to you because it kinda chapped my derrier. I don't really care about the money all that much. I'd prefer a little satisfaction.

P.S. I called McBride and spoke with him about it and I'm sure you can predict the outcome of that conversation.

In late '99 (or early 2000) I acquired a convertible denture from SEVU. The terms of this debenture were such that I would essentially loan SEVU money at an annual rate of 8%. At the end of 12 months following the execution of the transaction, I would have the right, or option, to convert this amount into common shares at a conversion rate of $2.00 per share. However, following execution of this transaction I discovered that instead of the debenture extending its full twelve months and THEN having the OPTION to covert, I was to sent 5000 restricted shares at the $2 rate. So in essence the terms of the contract which I had signed and executed were ignored by SEVU. In sending me restricted shares SEVU had circumvented the 8% interest. While this was smart from a business perspective, as a small company should minimze interrest expense, that was the agreement. Had I been granted the option to convert at the end of twelve months at $2, I'm sure most of you would agree that I probably would have declined and instead would have taken my 10 grand back. I have never investigated this with the SEC as I was under the impression that it would not register as a noteworthy event in their book. In short, I signed a contract, SEVU executed the contract and subsequently failed to perform according to the terms of the contract.

P.S. If this message is deleted I will pursue this matter with the SEC to its conclusion wherever that may lead. EOM.
