we do have a dealer taking her personal car through the epa but I don't know much more than that
I have no information in that regard. Only time will tell who will "lead" this to the top.
I don't mean to belittle Bill. If he had had his way he would have quit a long time ago and all would have been lost for everyone. Because he has "hung in there" inspite of everything that has or has not happened, there is still hope.
When this does turn around, which I strongly believe will be soon, it won't be "Bill's" doing....it will higher than him.
One of the dealers did try eBay...but I am not sure of his success.
I think it is still best that I keep my comments to a bear minimum...they only seem to stir up negative comments and responses. I can only say that I am still here...no pay check yet (it will be a whopper when I finally get it)...but believing in our breakthrough anytime. I have no idea where it is coming from but I believe it will happen. The fact that the doors are still open is a miracle in itself and cannot be explained any other way.
Backruptcy is NOT in for forecast. We are still here...doors open...trying to keep things going...don't count us out yet!
Still around, still selling products and looking into the future....
We are seriously looking for a partner(s). If there is ANYONE who is SERIOUSLY interested in being an ACTIVE PARTNER, please send your resume listing your experience, what you will do for XLPI and what you would like for compensation, to me by fax at 804 758-6058 or by email to asmith@xcelplus.com. There have not been any press releases because there has not been much news to release. We have been talking with tons of individuals and organizations regarding various matters. We are doing all we can just to keep the doors open. There are only a few of us left and we still have not been paid; and, I would really like to get a check soon. WE NEED SERIOUS HELPERS...SO, PLEASE, ONLY THE SERIOUS REPLY. THANK YOU.
i am not related to BS at all.... just a friend and employee
I am sorry, I have nothing to say ... except... pray.
nothing to say
Oh, I was going to give a little update, but then I figured it might be taken wrong and I don't want to stir up more controversy. The doors are still open, I guess that's the best I can say.
thanks, i just am so unfamiliar with all the terms and lingo and am trying to understand what things mean. Have a nice weekend.
but what does that have to do with XLPI? forgive my ignorance, but I do not recognize the company.
what does GLBT have to do with XLPI?
I thank you for your words of encouragement.
If I had funds, I would buy more stock, too, but for now the best I can do is give it 100% so it will succeed and not go belly-up and so that everyone who has put something in along the lines will recover more than what they put in.
Here’s your bone for the week.
Things are in the works for something in Texas.
No papers are signed, so that’s all I can say.
We are paying bills SOLELY by selling Lubrilon and Flextek products, not stocks, and have been since November.
We still have not had paychecks since October but are optimistic that we will see one within the next week or two.
That’s about all I can say today.
Have a nice weekend.
not really sure about that....but we should have something to say one way or the other shortly...that's all I can really say
UPDATE ... SCC postponed for 2 more weeks.
Electric and phone are paid...Lots of irons in fire.
pretty much...MAJOR things have to happen this week which will set the stage for what is to come.
badknees, I was not personally responding to your comment, just happened to be where by page was when I hit reply to make a comment.
Anyway...Wish I had some positive info but I don't have any details today. When something breaks, I will share.
I know everyone is frustrated...imagine if your family's future depended on it?
I have appreciated the suggestions and comments many have made. If/when things to turn for the better I am sure many will be considered.
This will be the turn point week..much is depending on what happens over the next 4 days.
the toilet is in the opposit end of the building.
I don't know what you acturally heard, but I can tell there your thoughts were...
I am praying that you are wrong!
I am still around...just not much to say.
Keeping busy with the book work, etc.
Video of meeting should be finished this weekend. They had trouble getting it in the right format for the web. Not sure how it will be reached...maybe through iturn?
Hope everyone had a nice new year.
Brazil is no longer selling units outside their country...those sales are directed to us...thus our increased overseas sales. That's about all I can say on that matter.
Selling and shipping Lubrilon and Flextek units ... staffing has gotten much smaller...only a few left. Just don't want to quite. People want what we have to offer. We've sent several Flextek units out of the country where the EPA is no big issue. Also, we have picked up three more Flextek dealers in the USA. The Chrysler units seem to be popular and we have to make there here, not in Brazil.
I believe that the video tapes of the meetings have been finished and are in the process of being put on the website. A short tape of the Woody is also on the Flextek site.
That's about all for now...Merry Christmas.
I have not been "stiffled", I have been busy and have nothing new to share, one way or the other. As I stated before, if anything happens that is news worthy or helpful to any of you, I will be more than happy to share it.
Hope each of you have a Merry Christmas, I will.
I believe that the Lubrilon products are being advertised now through different newspapers and I think something is in the works with radio, but I am not positive...that's not my area. If I learn anything else, I'll try to pass it on...it helps all of us.
Since I am new to ihub, I did not know if you had already seen this or not. It is a commercial that we have had produced. It has not aired yet...please watch and give opinions.
our first commercial is at:
Answers to second set of 20 questions.
1 – Already answered.
2 – All financing received as been solely for the maintenance of keeping XLPI’s doors open and the operating…..which in turn helps the stockholders. The alternative would be to quit and close the doors … everyone loses.
3 – From what I am seeing personally, Bill will do whatever he can (legally and morally) to keep XLPI from closing its doors. His paycheck depends on it, too.
4 – a) I have stock in both companies…b) purchased at the same time…well, as soon as I could buy them…it took a while for XPGH to become available, c) from my view point Bill has complete faith in XLPI and has not abandoned ship.
3 – That’s all over my head … ask Bill
4 – a) Yes to recapture, b) No to microorganisms
5 - I do not know
Sorry I can’t answer better than this. Good luck with the next batch of questions.
Just got to read your questions.
I will see if I can come up with some answers, but make no promises.
I am NOT in charge of Investment Relations, but I do care about the company and how it is received by others. To answer question #1 - no I do not mind being asked questions, if you do not mind having to wait for an answer, some of which I may only be able to answer with a yes or no.
I'll post again if and when I get more answers or have any new information that would be beneficial to each of you.
Have a good afternoon!

Got your questions...will print out and see if I can answer any of them. I'll get back if/when I have any information.
Bill has not given me any advice with regards to iHub, how to use it, what to look for, or anything else. The whole stock market business is new to me. I basically have no working knowledge of how any of it works and I am trying to learn what things mean, different terminology, how they effect other things, etc. I am primarily just an office manager/bookkeeper, but I do want to know more, to be better informed, so I can answer questions and know what I am saying, instead of just repeating information. Please be patient with me as I learn all this stuff. Have a plesant evening, what's left of it.
Learned a little more ... there are two parts to the EPA ... the politcal and the technical. The technical side is not receptive to accepting anything that they did not do. They will not accept South America or Germany's test results. The hope is that with the approval/backing from the political side we can get the technical side to work with us to get the unit(s) approved and tested in a more timely and cost effective manner.
I do not personally know what the EPA will and will not accept or be looking for. I do know that we have documented testing on a small scale from Germany, I believe, but I do not know if the US will accept that. I will try to get some more information if I can and pass it on when/if I learn anything else. Most of this technical stuff is over my head.
At the Shareholders’ meeting the status with the EPA was discussed. According to our lobbyist, we have 30 of the 40-45 signatures in the Congress and 5 of 10-15 signatures in the Senate. These signatures will allow the political side of the EPA to work with the technical side of the EPA to move the approval of the Flextek unit forward. The EPA rules were changed in 2002 making a requirement of testing on 300 cars (at $25,000 per car, that’s a total of $7,500,000 and taking a period of at least 18 months).
