For this to go up nearly 100% and very little profit taking bodes well for SPNG.This could very well be the steal of the century at .03 cents down the road. I find it very odd that any company would be making deals like the one with the Cavs when they are under heavy scrutiny by the SEC.I think the basher will all become pumkin heads this Halloween, lol.
Mingy, you make very good points that I agree with and the simple fact that if you invested $900 at .03 cents which I did the risk/reward is so significant that I took the chance. If I lose the money thats ok for my number 1 play which is FTWR is doing very well.
What price do you people believe DNDN will open once the halt has been lifted?
Reverse splits are bad and the Zacks article was just another nail in the coffin. I didn't realize they wanted to rescind the $5 for the preferred shareholders which to me puts us on life support.
This isn't good news once again and probably will drop us below 40 cents.
Looks like we could have over 1 million shares traded in the premarket. Another 13 million shares + today.
Listen to the management of CROX and there in lies a blueprint copy of what COTE management is forcasting. Alot of wind but not enough wind to sail the vessel, only in time to sink it.
JB, it was 30 cents when I posted, however, it reversed direction and is now at .237 which is not a surprise due to the debacle of Freddie and Fannie and the bloodbath that this Friday will bring.
Wake up everyone, its 7.45 am Friday July 11 and we're up 56.82% in the premarket. We will be one of the few good stories today due to the debacle of Freddie and Fannie, looks like a bloodbath to end the week.
They better go for $5 and I think they will, otherwise TMA will no longer be a going concern. If ever there was a time to take a shot and buy stock before a CC, I would say its now.
We are 15 hours away from what could be the most important speech from Larry Goldstone. We know one thing for sure and thats if the preferred shareholders don't tender their shares we are all milk toast.
Thats something made up by one of those blooming idiots on the yahoo board. Don't listen to anyone on that board, just listen intently to what Larry Goldstone says Wednesday morning and you'll quickly learn the fate of TMA.
I agree with you for if you purchase 5 k shares at 25 cents you stand to lose only $1200 and if that sounds like alot, then maybe you shouldn't be in the stock market.
Personally I think we rally above 30 cents, however, when Goldstone speaks the 25th, I pray the word banruptcy is not in his vocabulary.

Just when things were looking up now instead of just sticking the umbrella up your wazoo, someone has to open it up inside.
Moonster, hope someone listened to me on CROX, you could have caught the low a week ago. I''ll get my double there while I await TMA to appreciate. You will need alot of patience.
I feel very good about today.Volume has seemed to settle down and for the next few weeks I look for swings up and down no more than 5 cents. Patience will be rewarding and today was very worrisome to me due to that analyst on Bloomberg who valued TMA shares at 60 cents.
Rolo, watch the interview once again on youtube. He definately mentioned the importance of shareholders voting yes for the increased shares and its significance as to price appreciation in the common shares. If you believe in Goldstone and have faith in his rhetoric you should hold for the long term, otherwise i'd advise you to sell.I personally like and trust the man so plan on sticking it out.
Make sure you have it on earlier, someone just now posted 5 pm on Bloomberg. For all of you depressed about todays action, check out what i consider the hottest babe on Fox and her likes of a big sausage, lol.
S&P ruined what could have been a good day.

This is what has hurt TMA intraday.
Come on TMA, my CROX is being true to me, now I need you to fly.
Someone on the yahoo board stated Larry Goldstone will be on Bloomberg tonight at 5.30 pm. I don't have any confirmation of this but good luck to all shareholders.
This job number is really hurting us premarket it appears.
I'm certainly not concerned about a dividend at this point but has it been stated the time frame when a dividend could be reinstated?
Honestly, I don't care about the close for i'm in it for the long run Moonster and dips don't scare me after the money I lost during the internet bubble.I really think Larry Goldstone is a straight shooter unlike many CEO,s and I have faith this company will recover.Moonster, my Crox is up almost 10% today, with my luck that feels like I just hit the daily number, lol.
Moonster, I'm sorry to say your $1.40 prediction is now but a fleeting dream.
Monster, if we hit $1.40 i'll be doing cartwheels.I surely hope your right.
JB, I'm a holder of TMA at an average cost of $1.85 so I still have a long road ahead to be in the green. While i'm long TMA I would still say at this point its a big risk. CROX on the other hand is to me a steal at these prices. One of the diectors a few weeks ago bought over 5 million dollars worth of shares on the open market at a price just above $19 and Piper Jaffrey has a $67 price target on Crox. Go to insidercow.com to see insider trades.
Thank you for the tip

I'm alive today after suffering huge losses in TMA and my favorite pick CROX.
What a disappointing day. Those damn shorts on yahoo are having a field day. I own TMA and CROX, how could you have a worse day?
I'm just wondering why no one came in and offered a buyout of TMA like Bac did with CFC. I realize BAC had alot of money tied up with CFC. Does anyone have an opinion?

I hope everyone has read this article this morning.Good luck to all longs and patience will be rewarding.
The yahoo shorts are like a pack of rats right now because they figure this deal is horrible for shareholders and predict we will be in the red by the close.
I have no idea what it will open but those idiots on the yahoo message board are all spewing what a horrific deal this is for common shareholders and the shorts are predicting opening < $1. I'm just glad we have survival and hoping for the best.Good luck to all tomorrow.
I think eventually JADE will be a great investment in 08 once they get their act together as to the rules and regulations of being a usa public listed company. I look for our run to begin after the March 14th shareholders meeting and into the beijing olympics in August. For now though my attentions are directed towards a seed and fertilizer company in China called Origin Agritech, SEED, a company which caught my eye in December and has nearly doubled in that time frame due to the worlds shortage in corn and other grains. This looks like a gem and importantly one in which the government aids and not hinders in its plight to success.Good luck to all and hopefully we can all put Jade's accounting problems behind us and carry out their well thought out plan for success.
Futureplay, this stock reminds me of ISON, a company that was suppose to have homeland security products but it seems to me now the products were sold to toy makers Hasbro and Mattel. The only bb stock i'll ever own again is WGAT which I own now bought at 24 cents. I may lose my entire $2400 but at least I feel I have a fighting chance with this one. I have a real product which has been featured on the series "24" AND "CSI".Video telephany will be big eventually maybe not with the OJO but I feel this money was well spent.Good luck futureplay and thanks for the great advice. These shysters should be put in jail.
Wow, haven't been here in awhile but it looks like an old western abandoned town. Even Lee Van Cleef doesn't past through here anymore, lol. Great call futureplay, have a good Thanksgiving and to all previous posters , the same.
