quote...."A PR conveys more information and is accessible to all serious investors."....Serious investors in IMGG will explore EVERY avenue available to them for information.
Yep Florida, a 70% run will never hold, you can bet no one is leaving now, that was mere flipping for a 120% move to accumulate a larger position..no worries!
Hey Joe, good to see u! I do what I can to help clarify the IMGG situation, and spread some humor, Dean does have a sense of humor!
These cases are 9-10 years old! Do we know if they are even relative today? I doubt it very much. Imgg has resolved many, if not all of those.
at...you left out that Dean is also hiding from the FBI, SEC, and FINRA
ddls....some will contend Dean's system is not large enough to perform, yet, as you stated, no one but Dean and a few others know the size, let alone the algorithm's used to process this data. Yes we know you were bs'ing, but I will assume Dean has enough power and memory to do what he says it will! The key word is ALGORITHM!
at, soliciting investors to the sec. doesn't seem like something a mb is designed for, especially since I have spoken with them and there is no active investigation on Dean or IMGG. They did in fact, state that they do log quite a number of complaints without merit for any number of reasons, and they filter them out fairly regularly. They also stated if Dean had broken any regulations, the SEC would respond rather quickly, as opposed to waiting, so gathering evidence is not the course of action.
ADRIAN.....A "TOXIC LOAN" is a TOXIC DEBT! Not to the company, to the DEBTOR! IF THE LOANSHARKS GET THE INVESTMENT BACK....IT"S NOT TOXIC!
If the "loan sharks"always get paid, they aren't toxic loans. Maybe another term may be in order?
adrian, your claim of Dean's shares being collateralized is contrary to the definition of TOXIC, which implies there is no collateral. If indeed there is collateral, there is no TOXIC!
DEAN JANES WILL BE AWARDED CEO OF THE YEAR!! WATCH and LEARN!
Yes Homer, this is true! I would like to mention a fact that IMGG, while being purported to be headed towards BK, is still in fact, in business, compared to a company recently BK after $$$mil in aid! So IMGG is lookin pretty good here....no?
"Problem is, when the bodies start piling up faster than they would be otherwise. " smf....why would the bodies be piling up from less radiation? Will they be stuck in the DVIS gantry....?
Quote "But unlike the unaware OH investors, the FDA saw right through Janes' attempt to fool them." adrian, is this why the FDA is meeting with Dean prior to the 510k filing? So they can slap him on the wrist? I find that very, very hard to believe, in fact, an outright falsehood! Which is it....the FDA is either smart or foolish, can't be both!
I consider that an ISSUE. There is nothing, I repeat, NOTHING in that letter that can't be resolved, and no doubt..has been done by Dean and the gazillion consultants....good day!
tests??? What test? For instance....what tests were listed in the nse letter? There were some "what if " questions, I don't recall any test results needed? Some image format issues, what if...it overheats, how does patient exit-tough one there!
Well dr mugs, it has been posted here numerous times that the FDA knows Dean's scam. Now, one can assume either the FDA knows this is a scam, and is just as guilty as Dean Janes, for extending this scam, OR, they forgot all about IMGG and it's device Dean has, OR, all this scam talk is jibberish, the device is legit, and they will meet with Dean to examine the data. The first 2 scenarios just don't seem likely, unless the FDA is somewhat mentally challenged, that leaves only the last scenario....we will see very soon!
Quote "I think it is a sure bet that history will repeat itself" by that philosophy, the share price will do the same!!
adrain, there will be no shutdown period! All this talk is nonsense! If the SEC or FBI, or FINRA, or FDA had any cause, this would already be known. One case by a disgruntled lawyer against DEAN is not the end all! One poster says they can't be shutdown, another says they can...and on and on!
It takes courage to admit those credentials, and have been taken by the PENNY STOCK Deanster!
Cp, I have a problem with this statement.."You all need to understand that the markets are EFFICIENT. The markets are always ahead of the public. When this was at $1.50 the market knew (at the time) that the DViS was close to FDA approval.".....THE MARKET WAS WRONG!
I will say this, for a POS stock "IMGG", and a carnival CEO, Dean's company is consistantly holding the attention of potential INVESTORS no matter how bleak the future may be painted!
Cp, are you saying insiders are the MARKET? If not, who is the MARKET? and they are always right? If the MARKET knew the DVIS was close, they were wrong! We don't have hedge & institutions trading here in IMGG....do we?
smf, do you really expect the officers of IMGG to be liable? I would think it would be very hard to find any company that doesn't cover it's O&D?
adrian, thank you for your response! I'm thinking only 70 people or so from the IMGG open house are very lucky to have witnessed this!
adrian, if you could, please give us a link, or tell us where and when you last witnessed a 3D realtime image? Your post seems to express that you have experience in 3D realtime acquisition? This info would be great seeing how Dean's the first!
And what about the smoking? Room Capacity? These are major safety concerns as well!
There are some KEY words in there...."In fact, the descriptive image of the reconstruction technique you provided appears to suggest that there will be radial artifacts"
Well Sano, I was bringing to light a point another poster brought up...I've read the patent and done research on the different types of artifacts and why they appear, cone beam is the reason, and algorithm is the cure!
To All..please check out re-binning algorithm's for reducing radial artifacts from cone beam xray's. Dean's reconstruction algorithm all but eliminates the artifacts which come from the beam shadow on a straight axis rotation. Someone posted this cannot be done, it can!
Well, enough of the exposure catastrophy, that horse is long gone!Let's move on to Dean's occupant capacity, surely it has been violated! Does anyone have the specifics on max. occupants? Was smoking allowed, and if so, were smoketers being used? This is all a safety concern, maybe more so than any radiation?
Dean Janes is running IMGG, he has nothing to do with daily pps fluctuations, this is very common share price movement in the penny stock arena! Actually, it looks more like accumulation, lots of investor buying at the bid to keep the price stable!
That's another pretty BOLD statement AT, how's about a little link? We know the SEC doesn't publicize investigations, so we will have to conclude this statement about Dean is BS!
You are so correct Lob, it only took how many weeks for this to pop up? Next it will be Dean's expired drivers license. It is amazing how many laws Dean has supposedly broken, yet not one entity has shown any interest?
Then why is IMGG listed as an xray device manufacturer with regular FDA audits?
When the image on the cart is in sync with Dean's hand movement, with no lag, that is referred to as REALTIME!
Investors aren't asking for a demo of the DVIS, the investors know it works!
If one believes the DVIS works, there was no new material info at the OH! On the other hand, If one doesn't believe the DVIS works, that was the opportunity to see for sure! Disbelief is not a FD violation!
smf, it is not a FD violation to release info that is already known! IMGG already claimed 3-d realtime, nothing new was disclosed!
