Someone buying gag gifts for xmas. Should generate a lot of laughs.
Or you could just make a $100 bet that the San Francisco 49ers will win the Super Bowl and maybe rake in $1 million in February.
Much more fun than a BSSP bet but equally not very wise.

If you can find other companies advancing then why bother with this one? Per BSSP's own news release: On August 5, 2016 the Company received notice from FINRA summarily that after review of the corporate action including all materials submitted, and including its periodic reports, that in accordance with FINRA rule 6490 it was deficient under said rule citing the Company being delinquent in two (will be four tomorrow) of its periodic reports for the period ended December 31, 2015, and for the period ended March 31, 2016 (now plus Q2 and Q3). Once the filing deficiencies have been cured the Company may resubmit the corporate action...
I don't see much happening here for at least a year.
Are you referring to the one where they used six rats and the one healthy rat ran away before anyone could verify the results?
True story I read on he Bulgarian web. You can't make this stuff up. LOL
It's more like flushing a wad of cash down the commode and waiting to see if the plumbing backs up and regurgitates your money back.
I wouldn't buy BSSP even at .000005
One year ago...
On November 1, 2015 the company issued the following convertible notes which are due on Tuesday next week.
Dennis Alexander: Convertible Promissory Note in the amount of One Hundred Thousand Dollars ($100,000)
David Forster: Convertible Promissory Note in the amount of One Hundred Twenty Thousand Dollars ($120,000).
Bobby Cohen: Convertible Promissory Note in the amount of Seventy Five Thousand Dollars ($75,000).
So if the insiders get a conversion rate similar to the others... we should see a 59,000,000,000 (59 Billion) share dump waiting in the wings.
I see an opportunity here. BSSP shares just need to be repackaged as a gag gift and marketed during the black Friday holiday season kickoff.
Given the stigma of owning this, the certs will we packaged in a brown paper bag. The bag will have dashed lines to cut eye holes for the shareholder to wear on his/her head.
BSSP will need to remain current for one year before they can register the Wyoming unlimited shares. Expect a major pump if that happens. Could happen as early as January 2018 or late as never.
Not sure what you are asking. All the claims are in black and white.
With Twitter being such a premium source of reliable investment info, I am quite shocked that nobody took the bait.
All about "The meeting".
Background
The headquarters of the Alexander conglomerate was foreclosed on and lost to the highest bidder. Alexander claims that the mortgage was not secured by the property and that the lender had no right to sell it for settlement of debt.
Legal Proceedings
Alexander files lawsuit against some banks and almost immediately the judge throws it back at Alexander and instructs him to become familiar with the law. Judge ordered the parties to meet and hash it out.
If you read through the case, you will see the claim that poor Mrs. Alexander could not make payments on the Smoke Tree Lane property despite the fact that each of Dennis' companies were charged rent of ~$3K per month for this property. This is well documented in SEC filings BTW.
No
ORDER that motions pursuant to Fed. R. Civ. P. 12(b) are discouraged if the defect can be cured by filing an amended pleading. The parties must meet and confer prior to the filing of such motions to determine whether it can be avoided. FURTHER ORDERED that Plaintiff(s) serve a copy of this Order upon Defendant(s) and file a notice of service. See attached Order for complete details. Signed by Judge David G Campbell on 9/7/16. (KGM)

The Judge ordered it
Dennis has a meeting with Wells Fargo coming up which he had requested on Oct 7. We shall see how that turns out...
Don't fall for it. He's just trying to get some more expensive shares.
Apparently he thought he would inherit the house free and clear. We shall see. He is seeking damages as well. What a pig.
And Dennis is suing the bank for foreclosing on the Smoke Tree Lane property which was his mothers residence until her passing in January 2013. He claims that his Mother, Melvena Alexander, had dementia and had no business signing the re-mortgage. So why did Melvena serve as EFIR's Secretary, Co Treasurer, Secretary and Comptroller until her death?
You bagholders could possibly sue the board of directors for instating someone who was known to be not of sound mind.

Hiring Dennis to run a company is akin to hiring Osama bin Laden to officiate a bar mitzvah.
You have to READ the entire news release. You don't negotiate a permit or a ticker change. The negotiation mentioned in the release is a "Plan B" and assigns much of the license rights that BSSP holds to another company, Zelor.
Several other companies own the same exact IPF. If BSSP owns rights in Mexico, they should be suing this company~~~> http://lifechoicemx.com/category/cancer/
Apparently they are already using Zhabilov's IPF and have been since at least 2012.
The latest news release states that BSSP was not successful in obtaining a permit in Mexico and failed in its attempt for a ticker change. How much more failure are you willing to buy? I know a guy...
Relax Bro. The company will bring current all public filings in order to maintain a fully reporting Status within sixty (60) days of Closing and will file all necessary financial and supplemental information reports.
It's part of the deal specified in the agreement.
Does anyone know when the 60 will be up?
Probably gonna re-domicile in Wyoming. LOL
FYI ~~~
Dennis' Boomerang Oil was delisted on August 17, 2016

The Canadians don't play around when you fail to disclose info. The SEC should be doing the same in the USA. People are putting their money into BSSP yet they have no idea what the company is or has. Has anyone here read the license agreement that BSSP has with Doctor Z?
Harry can't just do a shareholders meeting without proper notice and procedure. He's gonna get this ticker suspended as well if he don't watch it.
M&K CPAS were used for "audits" They were barred by the SEC from accepting new clients until September 19, 2016. Maybe Dennis will hire them next week.

Yes! The company will have to submit a request to FINRA for a name and ticker change. At present, there is no such request pending.
The Company being delinquent in three of its periodic reports for the period ended December 31, 2015, the period ended March 31, 2016 and for the period ended June 30, 2016. Once the filing deficiencies have been cured the Company may resubmit the corporate action which would then upon any subsequent approval allow OTC markets to finally recognize the name change that presently exists everywhere else (already effective in Wyoming and on the next filing to the SEC EDGAR database) along with providing for a new symbol to match.
It is obvious that there is something technically wrong with the company that impairs its ability to provide audited financials. You would think that the 2015 10K would be fairly simple. The auditors that Dennis have used in the past were busted for producing bogus audits so I assume he is out shopping for a replacement firm.

I don't think volume would occur until the Wyoming shares can be registered. At least one year after CUSIP change.
Nines were not that long ago. Yeah it could happen.

I do think this is BIG but not as big as the Bernie Madoff caper. This is JV compared to Madoff.
sputter fizzle hiss flop
Not sure why he would give up the CEO jobs if he is raking in $40k per month. What else would pay so high for failure?
On August 19, 2016 the management (Dennis Alexander) released, in part, the following statement:
Neither are the Zhabilov's. Looks like everyone was fired and Cantech is getting back into the trucking business.
LOL Nice find!
One of the Alexander companies was just delisted.

So much for using the canadian ticker for cantech.
