On January 5, 2011, Wireless Age purchased all the shares of EnWise Building Science Inc. (“EBS”) for $11,000 from Shimmerman Penn Title & Associates Inc. (“SPTA”). The Purchase price was amended to $14,185 to include additional physical assets. EBS, is located in Mississauga, Ontario, Canada, is a company focusing on providing energy audits for homeowners. At the same time, Wireless Age incorporated EnWise Home Services Inc. (“EHSI”), which is also located in Mississauga; EHSI is a company focusing on providing energy efficient solutions for home owners through the sales and rental of energy equipment such as water heaters, furnaces, air conditioners, air cleaners and insulation.

On February 18, 2011 the Company executed a second addendum to the terms of the September 20, 2010 addendum and June 6, 2010 letter of intent with Fanotech. This addendum provided the Company with an immediate ownership of 10% of Fanotech with the remaining 90% subject to the original terms and that a minimum of $500,000 of the shareholders loans be repaid at closing. The closing was to take place by May 31, 2011. As of the date of the audit report, the transaction is not closed.

On April 8, 2011, Wireless Age issued 2,000,000 of its common shares to MRB Energe Verte Inc. in lieu of payment for the exclusive rights to develop a project, as well as the right of first refusal to develop future projects and in lieu of land rights transferred pursuant to an agreement dated July 14, 2010.

It's not DC's fault the financials aren't released

Trying to promote this pink-sheet company when we still have no financial results is a waste of resources. I'm sure JS told them finacials would be out "in January" or whatever. Hopefully DC has used this long delay to strategize and create all kinds of future PR activities and operations. Now if we receive financials and then we see nothing or a weak effort from DC, I will be very annoyed. But my guess is DC has all their ducks in a row and once the action starts we will finally see a flurry of impressive activity.

Why the stock looked dead

SPRL's project opportunities have always been there, but the financing wasn't. Sam tried a couple of different things that didn't work out and then went into stealth mode while he waited for conditions to change.

Now the worm has turned and hopefully Sam will be showing us something soon. I've been holding for four years and I'm expecting my patience will be rewarded.

RMG gets 500,000 shares of restricted stock

There is no longer any doubt in my mind that this stock is going to go off like a Mexican firecracker. The name change will be the match and the plasma project announcements will be the fuel. JS must have ants in his pants to release all this pent up news.

The float is low and RMG gets $60k plus one-half million shares. That's a lot of shares to dish out to a media relations company, there must be a LOT of news and exciting marketing campaigns ahead. Do you think RMG will have just a little motivation to turn this into a $2 stock? Getting more optimistic every day.

The Company plans to proceed with the acquisition of Fanotech in the near future. Management believes that this acquisition will refocus the Company to make subsequent investments in waste-to-energy technologies and businesses.

Corporate reorganization and project refinement

It has taken JS a year to get all his corporate ducks in a row and he has expressed his future confidence through a sizable share purchase. It made no sense to go public with plans before project launch when our corporate structure/name was unresolved, especially since Wireless Age sounds like it has nothing to do with the energy sector. During this time I presume there has been significant project progress as details are worked out. My hope is these projects are closer to fruition than some here may realize. Now things are coming together and I think our patience will be rewarded as the Sunbay story unfolds and is publicized.

A little more patience will pay off.

Pretty soon details should be released for a couple more of our upcoming projects. What will be the share price if we get some details on SIZABLE projects and revenues? We're all going to make money--the hard part may deciding when to sell some of our holdings.

Many of us have been patient for three or four years or more--I have a feeling even MORE patience will be rewarded. In a year or two Sunbay could be a $2 or $3 dollar stock. Now THAT may be worth waiting for, especially for those of us who have been averaging down all along.
