Here is an interesting read before you invest...
http://resources.bnet.com/topic/newmarket+technology+inc..html
STOP LOSS TAKE DOWN...
Some people never learn!
Dormant shell for over 2 years...
Anybody no anything about NNSR?
Read back on my posts and check links...
to PR's dating back to mid 90's from Philip Verges and his companies (YEARS OF FLUFF AND NO RESULTS). Yes NUBL is linked to him and is following the same trend.
I have been in and out flipping this crap in its' hayday.
BUT, I think it is done!
Thanks bgold. I will start there.
Thanks SCO... me either!
Distancing PV would draw investors to NUBL
NUBL cannot hold a sustained run for anything.
I can't locate any new info...
I am waiting on the numbers when 10k comes out.
I may jump in prior.
What is the partnership you speak of?
a new one?
Tilton may want to distance NUBL from...
all of PVs' companies.
Currently it seems they are only partnered.
PV seems to be the kiss of death!
Not to say Tilton doesn't have his own credibility problems.
Thanks Mick...
Still considering. Action looks good today so far.
Well you aren't much help...
but if you care to share please do. It may be informative to the board and entice buyers.
Just answer the questions if you can...
If not then don't worry about my motives.
Questions for the board...
Disclosure - I have been following the PV/Tilton/??? ventures for some time and have posted on IH boards. I was roped into PXIT/NUBL years ago but was able to get out in September on a pop for a small loss. I came back recently to regain loss (dumb, didn't happen). I currently have no position.
Anyway, I am curious,
1) Can anyone name one product or service any of these companies offer? (other than pastel TP - joke)
2) Has any of these potential contracts ever been realized?
3) If so, has anyone been able to verify either/or and, where?
I have been to all the companys' websites and partner affliations and surfed the net endlessly and have not been able to find anything except the self-touting fluff PRs'.
I ask these questions hoping for reasonable answers not the BS some seemingly need to dish out.

Additionally, NWMT is a company...
that has been at this for 10 years.
UGH what a long wait for ROI.
Here is more fuel for the fire...
Listed below is the last "PAID FOR" analyst report (9/2008). It may be non-biased but it certainly did nothing for the PPS.
Read and weep!
http://www.newmarkettechnology.com/MicrosReport%20NMKT%2020080910.pdf
Seems to me that Numobile is...
in way to deep with LOIs'/contracts to be a SCAM. But, I guess what really counts is the execution of said contracts and the dilution.
Numbers should be out this week which will definitely show the dilution. The bet is whether they can deliver on contracts and revenue. Which, obviously will not be on this upcoming report.
What erks me the most about...
NUBL, CCTR, NWMT is that with all this touting about acquisitions, contracts, hugh potential revenues etc, etc, etc, that no syndication whatsoever has picked up on them and done an independent news write up on any of the companies.
I owned a small business recently and within the first six months at least two independent publications wrote tidbits in their mags about us.
The only thing anywhere on the net that I could find about any of these companies is their own self-touting and reprints of their PRs'.
Strange. Very strange.
If I were an insider for any of the above and this wasn't a scam, would at this point be seeking out anyone that had access to any publication to give and I mean give my company a positive write up.
NEW INFORMATION / DETAILS...
na, can't be true.
NUBL/Tilton doesn't use these words.
They meant POTENTIAL / ANTICIPATED etc...
Now NUBL/Tilton/PV will hammer ODM news home...
How about an update on the pilot project, the 2 pending acquisitions, the $20m contract, and any other hype promoted over the past 6 months.
Or, have these been swept under the carpet because they were just the current pump for the time being in order to dilute with another 100+ million shares?
It seems to me this is on the same track as CCTR and NWMT.
The 12/31 report will be the telltale sign.
Credibility is a real problem here.
Crying wolf too many times...
NUBL, CCTR, NWMT
Well looky there a real contract...
May just jump in soon!
Actually, just stating fact...
unlike Tilton, who is selling false hope to naive investors.
Just look at all the companies charts that are involved in this greenfield program... all PPS in the DUMPER since inception.
Read the PR's put out since October. No substance, no details, no progress, no results, no closings etc.
Lastly, look at the massive diluting. The only revenues coming in are the ones from the share dilution.
Great company! They won't even address any of it in their webcasts. They tout their potential but wont address the screwing of the shareholders. Again, great company!
Yep! cause I don't see it happening and
Tilton/Verges are notorious for P & D and R/S.
A$$holes like this need to stop ripping off investors.
Let's see a product.
Show me 1 piece of substantial news.
Sure you did...
and lost your A$$ the rest of the time on the way down. GOOD JOB.
Look Bud... If you did congrats.
I will jump in when I see some substance starting to hit the wire.
An agenda and potential after potential don't cut it.
Tell me you are making money...
RIGHT.
LOWER HIGHS AND LOWER LOWS... NO THANKS.
Can you read? DOWN, DOWN, DOWN...
Who is making money... NOT YOU! Tilton is with all the dilution!
You will see when the quarterly comes out mid February.
Take the warning seriously.

Tell me when they actually land a contract...
Then I may consider it.
BTW... IT WILL NEVER HAPPEN.
Yeah right!...
especially with the big news today,
Next they'll be telling you when Tilton is taking a dump and expect you to buy his CRAP. Oh yeah NUBL is his CRAP!
The problem with research is...
if you search any of the company names given that NWMT, CCTR, NUBL etc. say they are doing business with, the only hits you get are the FLUFF PRs' produced by the above mentioned.
I even researched the supposed Numobile/Enhanced Network Communication project with 3Com, the Western States Contracting Alliance (WSCA) and the Department of Education in Hawaii to install a 3Com VoIP phone system on Maui and I found nothing other than The Numobile FLUFF.
There is no wonder why the PPS is in the DUMPER. The only telltale of Numobile and the above mentioned cohorts is their quarterly and yearend reports. And, they are not pretty with self appraised assests(no audit), massive debt, and dilution out the yingyang.
BE CAREFULL or better yet, STAY AWAY!
Here is the CCTR acquisition...
I will do some research and see what I can find on China Radio Technology Ltd. Keep in mind they say "subsidiary". Their vagueness makes all research next to impossible. This is why everyone is saying "SCAM" and the PPS reflects it. Not to mention the massive dilution of shares.

Not anything but....
It is the difference between "can" and "did". They can anticipate any potential event they want. They cannot say they "did or have" and then retract.
It will be interesting to see what will happen because they said CCTR acquired an "ODM company" in late 2009 to produce new smartphones and use Numobile technology in them. I haven't yet seen or found the CCTR acquisition and they didn't name them. But they did say they "did" acquire. So, if CCTR did acquire they are ok but if they didn't, the sham is up.
Hmmmmm... To Trust or Not To Trust...
That is the question. After that presentation, I don't know.
Again very vague but better than the previous FLUFF. But then again, what happened to the closing and acquisitions before yearend?
NOTHING
That 1.4m has got to hurt by now...
should be selling off for quite the loss soon.
