That is why I am outta here. Liars delete and then say, do your own DD. Well la di da, THe DD they post is a pack of lies. I hope someone brings these crooks down.
This is the next scam. I wouldn't touch it.
I can't believe we got so screwed by this crook... Oh I guess I do believe, but I am not happy about it:
March 21, 2007 -- The feds have cracked a brazen scheme by an accused stock swindler who cheated investors out of millions by claiming he had a won a contract from Department of Homeland Security.
Investigators said James E. Plant, 38, who ran his alleged scam from a small Utah village, also nearly conned ABC morning show "Good Morning America" into featuring him and his fake security company, whose products, such as a child-proof lock for guns, sometimes didn't work.
"The most troubling part is that this CEO was playing on the fears of terrorism just to create his own personal profit model," said John Reed Stark, chief of the Internet fraud squad at the Securities and Exchange Commission.
The SEC said Plant's latest scheme involved his firm CyberKey Solutions, which he claimed was a publicly traded company, but was never registered.
I hope somebody gets even.
Well, for what its worth, I had an order in to buy 90,000 at 0.007 all day long and it never filled.
Yeah right, whatever
I personally do not buy into the short shares theory, but I do believe there are those that want to pick up extra cheap shares of this company when trading resumes. That is why we have some working so hard to diss this stock. After the halt expires, volatility to the down side could present some good buying opps. I may take the opp to buy a couple 100k.
I had put in an order to sell, but when the stock halted I cancelled it myself. This message showed up in my box later. The "have a wonderful day" part plucked my funny bone.
This was in my message box today. It made me laugh in spite of what we have been through:
Hello,Your order #**** for CKYS has been cancelled by yourself. However, we wanted to let you know that this security has been halted by the SEC between the dates of 2/5/07-2/16/07 unless changed by the SEC at a later date. If you have any questions, feel free to give us a call at 888-***-****. Thank you and have a wonderful day!
That E*trade ad gave me a heart attack! Things you can do with one finger. Yikes
I need a cyberkeyed beer cooler!
When to buy back in....I guess when it stops going down.
Me too, but a certain amount of doubt may be healthy. If nothing else but to get you to put your eggs in more than one basket.
Well, I have been lurking for some time. I own about 330K, but I am by no means a pro.
Sometimes I wish I flipped more. Except it requires too much attention. I always go out and ski or work or something and come back and look at the market and wonder 'what if?'.
Prolly just holding and wished he flipped, like me.
anything can happen, the only thing I am sure of is that the stock will have another round of good news, high volume, increased share price followed by decreased share price. The trick will be to know when and how much.
I agree with test. It is a lot easier for me to believe the company is floating more shares than it is for me to believe Nite or any other evil market maker is floating fake shares. Be realistic. Until the audited financials come out with balance sheet the major unknown here is outstanding shares. The uncertainty is bringing the share price down. OS could be billions by the time they publish audited numbers for all we know.
What are they waiting for? Talk about slow on the uptake. It is going to be one looooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooong wait.
Yep, probably.
morbid interest.
Sorry, prolly a personal question. dont matter. Anyway, I sometimes wonder if this may present an opportunity sometime in the future, or now, if you have the cajones to take an interest.
So...this is a done deal. Total shit? The chart looks to me like it might be turning up. Could be good. Am I missing something?
Dak, do you have any sljb shares?
You have to consider everything just BS, until proven otherwise. That is why this stock will has inertia. It will not move until something big and verifiable happens. I may invest later but I am waiting. There will be plenty of time to jump in if need be.
Thanks dak, good luck to you also.
I am glad I experienced this scam first hand. It was a moderately expensive tuition, but I learned a lot:
1. No matter how obvious the scam, some investors' dreams never die.
2. Bashers do bash bad stocks.
3. Conspiracy theories touted by longs are usually wrong.
4. The likelyhood of a scam is directly proportional to how hard the longs defend the stock and claims that "naked shorters" are bringing the stock price down.
5. You don't profit until you sell.
I think you should buy all of the shares you possibly can. This baby is going to the mooooooooon!
That is what you want to hear, isn't it?
Dog, I am truly sorry if you lost money TODAY. I have lost too, only I sold out weeks ago. I wish you much success in your trading, health and your whole life. And I don't hold a thing you said to me against you. Blessings.
HA HA HA HA! Oh Man, you are killing me!
Let the nearly 30% haircut on high volume tell you the story.
The toilet is still swirling.
That is, no doubt, where it is going. I guess big dreams die hard. How can anyone still be long on this? How much BS can a person have thrown in his face before he finally walks away?
If I were you, I would wait for .005
I have nothing to hide. Where have I heard that before?
OK, just don't buy too high a percentage of "all of that nothing". Bye bye.
Actually, now I hope you get burned too.
Because I was one of the investors that was scammed, dog. What I am interested in is JUSTICE.
I believe you have too much invested in this stock to see clearly. Obviously, this thing is toast. Everything could be cleared up if they produced audited numbers and put everything on the table. If they had them they would. They lied to the shareholders right up to the day of the "date certain financials". You cannot let yourself see the truth since you have so much invested and you convinced your friends and family to invest as well. I admire your good intentions but we have been SCAMMED. time to move on in my estimation.
Dog, if what you say is true, then you will get eaten alive in pinkyland. I suggest you stay the hell out. For your own well being.
