That's what all the shareholders of Miller's past failures said. USEI might just be the next. Also, one should keep in mind that the A/S is maxed out so a R/S is very likely. That is, if Miller doesn't just abandon USEI altogether and concentrate on BMCS, instead. After all, he's already transferred all the worthless Sumcoins to that ticker.

And while USEI is still on the Expert Market, Miller has gotten the required financial reports submitted to OTC Markets to get BMCS to Limited Info.
