Well you have many ways to look at this.

1. All smart and big investors HEDGE

Let me fill you in a few points you might want to know about. 1. The reason for a 5-1 split is short they can short it without investors asking how they have naked shorts. 2. The split made it easier for them to short fewer shares to make more. 3 Have institutions buy the stock to create VOL to short. 4. To stop a possible delisting process that would stop them from shorting.

all the deal are done with a friend of swarts. Now if it was a good deal the fee's would be so much less and they would have support. Next if management had half a brain they would close one of the partnership deals. So at what point do we sue King for his stamen 2 years ago we are in LATE stage talk with a PARTNER then month’s later do a CRUSHING pipe deal. I feel the board made him say that to keep the suckers in. I spoke to IR and when I asked about the late stage talks to LOL at me.
