why LOL?
why not? isnt it relevant?
ok we wont, how about we talk about why ricky left costa rica in such a hurry. so fast in fact that he abandoned everything there
so what?
Yes, I have told it DIRECTLY to him! And so has about dozen other major shareholders. He got mad, but who cares
oh? well then we shall see
oh lets not talk about the trips to isla de margarita
did I say that?
very serious violations of federal law going on, specifically section 17b of the securities act of 1933. PNMS needs to tell it employees and directors to stop messing around
like I said, lets just see what happens
are you lol, it makes no diference ricky is gone. call him
no I wont change my mind.
what question is that?
wow, if you feel that strongly buy more
he wouldnt and he is a board mod and he is being paid by the company that makes him subject to 17b disclosure.
Today's cases all have a common thread. They all allege fraudulent touting of securities, which violate Section 17(b) of the 1933 Act. So, what does Section 17 prohibit? 17(b) provides that it is unlawful to publicize a security, if you are being paid to do so, unless you disclose three things. The first thing that is required to be disclosed is nature of the compensation you are receiving, whether it is cash, or whether it is stock. The second is the amount of compensation you are receiving. And the third is the source of the compensation."
"17(b) does not prohibit free speech. It does not prohibit spamming, online newsletters, posting on message boards, without other activity as well. But lying to investors, or failing to disclose compensation, does violate the law."
"Now, to whom does 17(b) apply? It applies to anyone person who publicizes a security through any means. When it comes to the Internet, that includes publicizing securities over World Wide Web pages, online investment newsletters, bulletin boards, chat rooms, or through Internet junk mail, which is popularly known as spam. Why is 17(b) important? 17(b) is important because investors have a right to know if information is objective, or whether someone is paying to provide that information to investors. Notwithstanding the attention that has been brought to requirement of the law, people continue to flout 17(b)'s requirements."
[Response to question about whether companies hiring touters would be prosecuted.] "There is nothing illegal about companies paying fees to touters. The law requires the touters have to disclose ... The laws do not cover the companies themselves who make the payments."
Walker added that, "17(b) does not prohibit free speech. It does not prohibit spamming, online newsletters, posting on message boards, without other activity as well. But lying to investors, or failing to disclose compensation, does violate the law
Distracted scientist needs to put up a 17b disclosure immediately
Section 17b, Securities Act of 1933
"It shall be unlawful for any person, by the use of any means or instruments of transportation or communication in interstate commerce or by the use of the mails, to publish, give publicity to, or circulate any notice, circular, advertisement, newspaper, article, letter, investment service, or communication which, though not purporting to offer a security for sale, describes such security for a consideration received or to be received, directly or indirectly, from an issuer, underwriter, or dealer, without fully disclosing the receipt, whether past or prospective, of such consideration and the amount thereof." (15 U.S.C. § 77q(b).)
DS is now a fair target now that he admits being a company employee
wow thats very interesting, looks another of the dirty doers has been exposed. and BTW Dont you think a 17b disclosure is required of DS? I'm wondering what the SEC will think about that
LOL thats so true
Yet another PNMS Illegality
If the following is correct then USGAAP rules state that NONE of the income can be claimed. For them to claim any of it they would need to own more than 50% or 50.1 percent
PNMS this is getting pretty wild with PNMS/Hector aleman being closely associated with a french criminal and crime syndicate
PNMS very confusing, its a company one minute then not the next
WTH is it?

PNMS is the ticker symbol for US Panamersa Corporation.
PANAMERSA is the acronym for Pan America S.A.
It is a bit strange, but Panamersa is not PANAMERSA... one is a name; one is an acronym.
PNMS all part of the con game,
now you have to call and give them warning so they can set up a fake office to visit LOL

What was also made clear is that she did not know where to go... thus, aimless. 'Devoid of purpose' is one of multiple definitions of aimless, which is obviously not the connotation from my message.
My advice would be to make an appointment. I just got off of the phone with Pedro, and he said that Pepsiman is currently doing just that.
hopefully soon. usually they react quicker when they receive daily complaints. so thats the goal
BTW Banana, PNMS knows its illegal too, look at the wording of the blog today. this is a change and also it shows what they are trying to hide. It matters not because even the new wording is illegal too
Tx wanted to hear from someone who had actually received a call from them. That, I have been told, has been done now. the SEC said thank you, and the NASD confirmed that it was illegal and I forwarded PR's, emails and posts to both the NASD and SEC
Ok, being that there are no more questions regardng Theresa / Finegan/ PNMS MT and their blatent criminal activity with regards to the offer/sale and delivery of unregistered securities, we will move on.
Next Topic. the Criminal Promotion of tax evasion schemes
What do you make of the missing office in Panama? Do you think anyone in their right mind would invest 2 bucks in a company like that?
thats amazing, now we have proof that he was a bad actor in yet another pink scam
looks like no one is buying Finegans BS. huge bid whacking going on at PNMS
already done that, the texas securities board, the SEC and the NASD all agree that its illegal
ok well it looks like finegan is engaged in criminal activity too, time to file new complaints specific to him
alright anyone else wish to tray and defend MT and theresa on the illegal sales of unregistered securities?
hey deepblue, what do you think of your buddy ,the criminal ,Mike terrells involvement in RWRD
