Drifter, this was on my mind a little while back concerning the alembic loan, and i am of the same belief going back to post #66451.
PRs give the assurances, i have never cared much for predictions.
Many interested parties where the future volumes and investors lay in wait, will not make their move until the finalized loans are secured and PRd, and their is that group further down the line still, who will not make their move until net earnings become a reality.
All in due time.
Longterm, with the under harvested resources available to them, close at hand, this has not been a far reaching concern, based on all i have researched regarding this.
The raw materials needed for full scale production, and their unlimited (at this time) availability, coupled with being in close proximity to their sources, should more than satisfy this necessary supply chain for extract for years to come.
With this pr and Xechem, as confirmed here, delving into the area of Diabetes research, the sky's the limit for future success.
Never-mind ever increasing sales or pent up demand at this point in time. Awareness of the product is the key issue now.
I am very sure it is not Xechem's policy to suppress that awareness because facilities are not up and running as of yet to meet an increased demand.
Awareness at all levels of society where SCD sufferers will be concerned, is tantamount to the future success all are waiting on, work and strive for.
Understand not all Nations are as free flowing as North American society. They cannot be compared.
Much work in fact will be needed on this, well in advance of the coming about of full scale operations.
Sorry folks, i made contact this morning with a secretary or answering service at the Heart of Africa Project in Nigeria, call no. and spent about 10 minutes on the phone with a woman there, and just could not make out her English well enough to get the operational e-mail from her. I will try again later this afternoon, hopefully i can make contact with someone in the office there who's English i can understand.
OT-Newfy, runaway corruption is slowly killing us all, and in more ways than some care to realize.
Barring a world wide financial meltdown and/or any trailing combination of epic world wide disasters of biblical proportion, Xkem will do just fine indeed.
Silverfox, the potential for expected delays, have, and would be further emphasized in advance, given the circumstances as they exist.
FIAT, very good post. eom
The rain forests of Nigeria hold multi billions $$ in herbal medicinal resources.
Isd, information, and the spreading of that information is the key to future success.
There is no better time than the present, for an all out awareness campaign.
Any free source of information distribution for Nicosan, whenever it comes, can only be beneficial to Xkem and it's shareholders.
Strong interest and subsequent orders will surely build up.
Orders that will ultimately be filled in time.
The greater the demand build-up now, the more likely xechem finds new and eager financial support.
Minimizing exposure of Nicosan to sufferers, in effect minimizes exposure to all, and would not be a sound business decision.
The Heart of Africa Project is opportunity knocking.
Robopro, try the Director of External Publicity email.
If that one is down, i will call them personally tomorrow.
Robopro, and any others who may be interested.
Have you read my previous posts today #70901 and 70925?
If not, give them a read first.
A quick and simple email to the Heart of Africa project by all interested in this, is the plan.
Hopefully people are not assuming that all SCD sufferers in Nigeria are already fully aware of the existence of Nicosan.
They assuredly are not as of yet.
And not to forget or leave out the un-afflicted, all those who will be involved to some extent, in one way or another with the administering of Nicosan, and the need for awareness of the product overall amongst this portion of the population as well.
The Heart of Africa project is a public/private sector effort.
It is a national program that will require the wholehearted participation of all Nigerians. (as per item #7 of the 10 facts about the Heart of Africa Project list).
An opportunity exists for us shareholders to play a part in this awareness initiative, through the Heart of Africa Project.
If anyone missed my two previous posts on this, they are, #70901 and #70925.

Heart of Africa - Overview
Heart of Africa Project.
Their goal is to gain awareness of their Nigerian products on an International scale.
We can show them with our personal emails that they have already succeeded at this with Nicosan.
This will give Xkem and Nicosan a super awareness boost right in Nigeria where it is needed most.
If we inundate them with as many emails as possible we achieve this end for our company.

Golden opportunity for free advertising in Nigeria.
How many on this board would like to see increased revenues this quarter, and the next?
No question,...most here would,...and for those who wouldn't, please ignore this post.
The Heart of Africa Project.
Looking to enhance the International perception of Nigeria, her people, her economy, and the value placed on her products.
Here's an opportunity for xkemer's to support this initiative Internationally, from the US and beyond, giving them the support and boost their looking for, in turn, giving xkem and Nicosan much heightened exposure in the very market currently targeted, Nigeria.
The Heart of Africa Project.
Their aim is to exhibit Nigerian business and products.
A real businessman knows, that increased awareness of his product comes first and foremost.
As shareholders, we have a vested interest, and should take some responsibility in assisting wherever, and whenever we can, and not just leave it all up to company management.
The success of our product is tantamount as going concern.
The time for heightened awareness of Nicosan is now. Not later.
Big sales come later, if you/we act now.
This group, with a combined effort, has proven they can do big things together, with the success of the Market Watch, Readers Choice, CEO of the year award.
Here's another opportunity for us, in combining our efforts as group, in getting a leg-up for xkem/Nicosan, too good to pass up.
Here is the link....... anyone interested?

Heart of Africa - Ten facts about the Heart of Africa Project
Upon the release of the pr to state and show the investing community that the 2 Nigerian Bank Guarantees have been signed and secured, barring any, and all, calamities of world proportion, world financial meltdown, an all out nuclear war, or some other end of the world scenario, there should be no looking back for Xkem.
Allie, not to stir the kettle any, but the much anticipated Nigerian bank guarantees forthcoming as Steve Burg has told me himself, will be announced in a separate pr when they are signed and secured.
A huge factor of importance to many waiting on the sidelines in keeping the overall agenda of the company on track.
As steve has explained, Access and Diamond Banks of Nigeria are soundly behind providing them.
Nervous investors only want to see it confirmed and secured in writing.
This is as good as i expected it all to be at this point in time.
And it truly is all very good indeed.
Good work Big D and to all those who can clearly see all the good that will come out of this.
Minimal competition at best for Xechem, to be coming from the makers of Jobelyn and their product.
In reference to Foxwoods post #67866 and Isd673's last post.
I often wondered who would be the first to post on Jobelyn here.
I have known about Jubi Formula/Jobelyn for years....some competition for Nicosan sales??
Foxwoods, you asked me in an earlier post if i could give indications as to whether the herbal ingredients of Nicosan might ever be considered in the research in the treatment of other diseases.
I responded by bringing up the potential for diabetes research.
I did not mention my knowledge of the therapeutical use of Jobelyn in the normalizing of blood sugar levels of diabetics, but gave indication that Xechem could do research in this field with the substance of Nicosan, as pertaining to your question.
This is the first time i have ever posted anything about Jobelyn here.

Cord blood stem cells were suddenly satan's last ditch effort, and hope to drive XKEM down. He will have to come up with something stronger than the controversial cord blood stem cell argument, (read post #67344)-(one of many in this same regard). This is not a readily viable alternative to the SCD solution, nor will it be anytime soon, if ever at all.
Just finished reading some posts here.
With respect to suddenly_satan's post.
As my time will be extremely limited in the next couple of weeks, may i offer this link, in a series of more of the same that i will post later when i get some free time.

True enough, but left unchecked, they also leave their residue of unanswered questions, more doubt, and confusion in their wake.
Some are compelled by misleadings.
Others are compelled by the truth.
Some don't care either way.
But i do hear you, this is not the first time i have had this particular sort of posted conversation.
Suddenly_Satan,,I would like to direct your attention to post #60707.
I concur with you in that NAFDAC is indeed a policing agency, and may i add, of Nigerian origin, functioning in the capacity toward improving the level of pharmaceutical standards throughout Nigeria.
Regardless of their authority only within Nigeria, Their approval of Nicosan to be produced and sold within, is law in Nigeria.
Of SCD sufferers, nowhere on earth is there a higher concentration.
Foxwoods, New or new improved treatments for diseases of all kinds where none have existed previously, are, and will continue to be heavily favored over the many potential herbal cures that have, and will continue to be suppressed by multinational pharmaceutical interests. All in the name of profit.
Breaking it down into a short explanation, as each and every subject can get into the seemingly drawn out, and overly-long.
This is right up XKEM's alley with Nicosan. To date, the worlds leading, effective, non toxic herbal treatment of SCD.
OT, i came across this a little while back, should be of some interest in addition to your post.

WS5
YES,,but do not overlook the fact that the Chinese are their to defend the free and ongoing economic cycle of this nation at all costs to fulfill their own interests. That being oil, which drives this nation, Nigeria, economically.
Which in fact is very good for Nigeria, it's future, and subsequently, the future of xechem int. and their product.
To add to your post, painting this otc company (xkem) with the same otc brush as just another otc in general, doesn't qualify.
This company is as air tight as it get's on this exchange.
The only company on the otc that i own shares of for good reason. Quite frankly, a sounder investment that i know of on this exchange i haven't found, regardless of the multitude of daily endorsements for many others internet-wide, and i have studied many.
It is not my mission to advise anyone to buy into this or any other bio-tech. I hold this in my portfolio of others on the NASDAQ simply for it's real impact in the world of emerging bio-techs, with proven products designated to emerging approved markets.
Who can show me one better with this same long term potential at this current deflated level, being on this exchange as being the only viable reason for such a low price?
Nigeria is all about oil, and it's natural resources. It's what drives their free economy.
The Chinese are in the forefront on the world-stage in supporting Nigeria with military support, as an acting security force to counter insurgent attacks on it's oil facilities.
That, and big money for it's oil from China, rule the day there.
Suddenly_Satan,,with regards to the line in this post.
"For foreign investors, one key question is whether Obasanjo's free-market changes, which have stabilized the country's previously collapsed public finances, will continue after the elections"
Absolutely they will indeed continue, with or without Obasanjo.
China and India's insatiable, unstoppable demand for Nigeria's natural resources, oil, uranium, etc. virtually guarantees it.
Many it seems, fail to read carefully, or catch the fine print, or just do not do any dd at all, when news hits, when panic hits.
Drifter, i can faithfully say, and this is my opinion, as i currently hold stock in other biotechs, that xkem has been routinely pumped hard on a wide number of these other forums, and i am referring to biotechs listed on the Nasdaq, where facts about xkem run in short supply.
Before the last run-up to .0345, one of the biggest pumps going, was for the loan guarantees, when news of the USP loan guarantee hit on the 18th, it was widely misconstrued as being the long awaited Nigerian banks, Access and Diamond guarantees.
The quick sell-off, i believe was due to the discovery that this was not so.
I have seen how misleading information on these forums, embellished with pumper hype, have created these mass buying and sell-off panic binges many times before.
In the tropical sub-Saharan countries, nearby and bordering Nigeria, including Nigeria, reside the highest concentration of SCD sufferers in the world
Looking ahead to a time when production can meet a much anticipated and ever increasing demand for the product Nicosan.
With infrastructure, and an existing access network in all of these countries in close proximity to Nigeria.
With government support and capitol infusions at an all time high from developing Nations, namely, China and India, with their insatiable appetites for natural resources.
There are no restrictions on the Intercontinental sales of Nicosan to these nearby countries, via direct patient/customer order and delivery sales, (not) requiring a prescription out of country.
Advertising, and a minor adjustment in the package price of Nicosan per country is the key.
When you include the neighboring and nearby countries in close proximity to Nigeria, as well as Nigeria, you have a total population of 210 million, subsequently increasing the potential SCD afflicted market to over 6 million.

Newfy,,Nicosan is not a cure for SCD.
It is the world's leading non toxic herbal treatment for SCD
Effective as per completed phase 2 clinical trials, and approved by NAFDAC for sale of product in Nigeria, where the highest concentration of SCD sufferers in the world currently reside.
The US drug cartel is more concerned with the profit in their pockets, than a cure for the many prevalent diseases of which treatments, not cures are heavily favored.
