Batscam - really NNRI is just still in the downtrend channel that it has been in forever, when it gets out of this channel then maybe it will have bottomed and will start to go up, management has to improve, get news and earnings out on timely matter, get new contracts etc
http://stockcharts.com/h-sc/ui?s=NNRI&p=D&yr=1&mn=0&dy=0&id=p40913633799&a=109981374&listNum=39
lol yes that's pretty funny, I forgot about his shares!! :)
well...too many got hurt with this stock and that sucks, but at least ST got hurt too.
BTW, what is Stocktiger saying these days? Since I can't read his message board since I'm banned (what a class act he is)? Just curious, does he still talk about NNRI, does he still defend it, or is he not as vocal as before? just curious.
Yep Pusa, it has not changed, here's my chart, still the same condition, the 50 day MA and downtrend line has been resistance for 7 months, divergence builds but divergence can build for a long time as we have seen. Currently NNRI is now at the bottom of the channel...let's see if it bounces off the bottom of the channel? That's the thing to watch now.
So far today the low of the day was the bottom of the channel and it bounced off it, so it proves that it is valid. But until it gets over the downtrend line with volume it will remain in the downtrend.
really sad how all this has played out, but that's life. Here's my chart:
http://stockcharts.com/h-sc/ui?s=NNRI&p=D&yr=1&mn=0&dy=0&id=p40913633799&a=109981374&listNum=39
I take this as goood news, it was on of the things that was hanging over the company. Now waiting on quarterly results...
King, very nice nice key point summary of all the pump information that was constantly relayed at ICS. Yes the Carlos Slim thing and Baseball players supposedly buying NNRI was really too much, I laughed when I heard that stuff back in the fall. So much spin/pumping on NNRI it was just outright crazy.
Hey is ST going to the meeting in NY? If so I need to go, besideds I have family in NY to see anyway.
Gibber, I agree about APWR, great company with great fundamentals with long term potential. I've owned a postion in this one for a while for a long term investment.
Chrf4, I'm not trying to provide encouragement, I'm trying to be objective.
yeah probably not, lol, however in this case the chart is just so clean the way the 50 MA and trend line has acted as resistance that I think it's very valid.
we'll see..........
danwo, the 50 day MA is really the 'Key' resistance. Needs to be taken out with VOLUME. Anything else is just noise, that downtrend line (and 50 day MA) has acted as resistance for 7 months now, so it's real imporant.
I'd rather pay higher prices and be more certain that a 'true' reversal has occurred then buy more with the possibility that it drifts lower. JMO

well press release today and they mentioned the holiday, lol.
Here's the chart, recent hammer action, and nice divergence, but obviously needs to get above the 50 MA and downtrend of the channel to technically break out. It's been in this downtrend channel now for 7 months!
http://stockcharts.com/h-sc/ui?s=NNRI&p=D&yr=1&mn=0&dy=0&id=p14306770644&a=109981374&listNum=39
Yep Gibber, amazing that NNRI management can't even get the earnings out. ST said today that everyone is on vacation in Russia these two weeks and that was sort of his excuse why earnings were not out on time...boy what an excuse.
I think scorry is so hostle because he/she has lot a huge amount of money on NNRI and is probably just frustrated and scared.
Too many people lost a lot of money in this deal and held too long because of the sexy story.
If there's a positive side to it all, those who didn't bet the bank (and still have money left) leaned a valuable lesson and will much more careful with future investments.
Updated NNRI chart
as you guessed, nothing new, still in the downtrend channel and below the 50 day MA. I like how well the 50 day MA matches the downtrend line of the channel, gives it validity.
http://stockcharts.com/h-sc/ui?s=NNRI&p=D&yr=1&mn=0&dy=0&id=p14306770644&a=109981374&listNum=39
scorry, ya know Gibber is right, you really do have a habit of just making something up and stating it as fact without verifying anything.
Also, almost every post I see from you is some hateful remark about someone, I never see any constructive posts from you analyzing the company etc, it's all about attcking people?
Try to post something constructive instead of vindictive all the time.
Let me ask you guys something, why do you waste so much time on all the endless back and forth posting especially lately?? Nothing has changed
Here's an updated chart, again it's still in the downtrend line/channel, nothing to really talk about until it gets out of that channel and has some substantial news. Now I do like the positive divergences that are setting up, but again I'm not going to get too excited until NNRI breaks out of the downtrend channel that it has been in for 6 months. That's why I haven't posted for days, I'm mean why??
Go see Ironman or get out and enjoy the weather or play with your kids, much more entertaining.

CMF goes negative, somewhat worrisome.
The chart is what it is....

'kingthorpe' - I came across a post that you made about me a few weeks back and it bothered me a little and I want to set the record straight for you, too many of you guys just keep assuming things but you have your info all wrong.
I used to be the Swing Man on Icecoldstocks back in early summer 07, however I stopped doing it way back in Summer 2007. S.N. is currently the Swing man. Just like your friend ST used to be the Breakman, however he no longer is. However I left way way before ST left, he didn't leave icecold until the late fall. So if you are in love with ST for leaving icecoldstocks, well I left way before he did.
So again for the last time people, I am not the swingman, I used to be last summer but I am not currently. However, I do some advertisement on icecold once in a while in order to gain some traffic, Since icecoldstocks is a free site, his traffic is a lot higher than mine, but that's the only association I have with icecoldstocks. I don't cover pink sheets or penny stocks, my site is about technical trading, education, etc.
Regarding NNRI, I stopped covering it on Breakpoint in early Fall when we were stopped out around 2 - 3 range. I still own some myself, but the majority of my members sold long ago when it lost support.
After the whole NNRF thing, I vowed to never again cover pink sheet stocks and you will not find any on my website in the newsletters or on my Watch LIst. My site is about techical trading, education, etc.
So please stop assume that I'm some big insider who works closely with Icecoldstocks etc, I'm not.
Regarding Richard Wahl, I talked with him one time on the phone last Apr, from what I understand, he is a founder of the company and the largest shareholder.
Anymore however all I do is post a chart here on investorshub once in a while for a few of you. However if you were on my site, you would not find any mention of NNRI for many months because we stopped covering it. The last menioned you will find is that it broke support and I said it was a sell! I think my chart gives the best picture technically, better than ST's. I'm just tired of you guys attacking me, it serves no purpose and I'm not the bad guy here.

I added a few more annotations to the chart:
In case you don't know, you can save this link; it will update each day and I will add additional comments if something changes.
Hope this chart is useful for some of you, keeps you objective, very clear what needs to occur in order for a bullish trend reversal - besides the news of course.

NNRI updated chart, added a lot of stuff and made the chart larger.
http://stockcharts.com/h-sc/ui?s=NNRI&p=D&yr=1&mn=0&dy=0&id=p53937919112&a=109981374&listNum=39
Yes TA wise it is not pretty (though CMF still positive for now), has to get above the downtrend line out of the channel, simple as that.
BTW this is not bashing the stock for those who complain about bashing all the time, the chart is what it is, simple as that.
regarding NNRI, yes they got the audit out, however I was disappointed that management did not issue a press release reviewing what transpired during the past year. They will have to announce their 1st quarter results by May 15th (that is a 10-Q filing) so that is something to be watching for next month.
remains in the strong downtrend channel, needs to break out of it.
yeah scorry talk to your buddy ST, what's he saying these days.
Yes Jelly I know, that is why IT'S SO DANG important the NNRI break out of this channel, otherwise it's going lower, that simple, it needs to break out of this channel to the upside and soon!
Wow bounced right off the bottom trendline of the channel. It's amazing how well defined that channel is and how NNRI is just staying exactly in it.
http://stockcharts.com/h-sc/ui?s=NNRI&p=D&yr=0&mn=11&dy=0&id=p15426258882&a=109981374&listNum=39
Batscam yes lots of people been hurt by NNRI for sure, and me included
Wow, sorry to hear that Jelly. Also, I think I questioned you once a while back if you were ST, sorry about that obviously you are not. Take care and I hope things improve for you.
Well, at NNRI at the bottom of the channel again, geez. Someone must have filed and freed up some shares and sold.
Anyway I'm sure batscam is happy, so I guess now we have to endure 20 posts from him today!
http://stockcharts.com/h-sc/ui?s=NNRI&p=D&yr=0&mn=11&dy=0&id=p15426258882&a=109981374&listNum=39
NNRI chart - like you guys don't like the high vol today, still in the same downtrend channel. haha I guess the big boys used my chart to see at the downtrend line lolol. Anyway not too happy about the vol today we'll see...
Maybe Batscam shorted today lol
http://stockcharts.com/h-sc/ui?s=NNRI&p=D&yr=0&mn=11&dy=0&id=p15426258882&a=109981374&listNum=39
yes agree, small fry from these boards ain't going to push NNRI up.
I agree with ya, it's holding up well and the 10Q was positive for me.
NNRI trading in a such a tight channel

yep king, I think a lot of people just don't know who to read a 10Q properly
Are you a single mom batscam?
have a good evening I'm done here tonight
kingthorpe - agree completely, thanks for the well reasoned post! have a good evening
again,
yes you are probably right. Therefore here's what I suggest that you do:
If you own shares, you should sell your shares, and then initial a short position. Again, why not short if?
Check back in 90 days, take care and best wishes :)

NO 7M is NOT operations, it's general and administration expenses.
True, they did not get 5M cash out of Atoll, it was put back into the company. Think of it like this, the investment went up 5M. It's like owning stock that went up 5M.
you wrote:
So if atoll only does 60% of 2007 revenues in 2008. What is nnrf's equity worth?
As long as the bottom line profits are growing, then the bottom line of the enterprise is increasing.
However, what if Atoll does 200% of 2007 profits.
The important news to keep an eye on now will be future contracts etc that hopefully materialize.
I'm leaving it at this.
God didn't you read! Those are adjustments, the $14M is not expense! It is not Cash! Learn to read the 10K's, wake up people.
Batscam - it's a speculative stock, so from your words it's too speculative for you so why bother being here, move on to a differnet less speculative stock.
Batscam - they didn't lose $16M from operations expenses, that includes $14M out of the 16M, which ISN'T OPERATING LOSSES.
It's offsets from warrants and adjustments.
Okay guys, regarding the 10Q and the $14M interest expense that you guys keep worrying about, PLEASE READ the 10Q CAREFULLY!
You have to understand what is classified as interest expense.
This Serves to Explain What Was Charged as Interest Expense For Those of You Who Failed to Read the 10-K
Simply put, this $14M is not out of pocket money but mandatory accounting adjustments required for issuance of stock, warrants, and options.
This will not be a recurring expense – please take some time to understand the facts.
Please see below excerpts taken directly from the 10-K
Operating Expenses. During the fiscal year ended December 31, 2007, general and administrative expenses totaled $7,101,548 as compared to $7,153,429 for the period ended December 31, 2006. *The general and administrative expenses during 2007 principally related to non-cash items consisting of the issuance of shares of common stock as payment for services of $3,230,225 and stock-based compensation related to the issuance of options of $3,492,566.* Foreign currency exchange loss was $NIL during the fiscal year ended December 31, 2007 and $5,558 during the fiscal year ended December 31, 2006.
Interest Expense. Interest expense was $14,706,771 during the fiscal year ended December 31, 2007. Interest expense was $5,072,484 during the fiscal year ended December 31, 2006. *Significant items included interest expense for 2007 related to various non-cash items, including $4,847,482 in fair value of warrants issued to pledgees in connection with the credit facility provided by Professional Offshore Opportunity Fund, Ltd.; $3,325,299 in the excess of fair value of shares issued to pledgees in connection with the credit facility; and $3,671,644 in amortization of loan debt issuance costs.
In total, the Company issued $4,700,000 of 8% convertible notes, 2,350,000 subscriber warrants, and 1,361,667 placement agent warrants. On June 18, 2007, the convertible notes of $4,700,000 and accrued interest of $196,539 were converted into 6,528,719 shares of common stock, a conversion rate of $0.75 per share.
