Bestrfitter, long time since we talked. Central MN here. Met at a couple shareholders meetings. Just looked at some stock certs. GPXM should be framed as where not to spend your money. Hope all is well with you. Goacs
You know this for a fact?
deadjim, in regards to your response, I am in control. Your post just made my point. So many unfounded statements with no back up. Thank you
As someone that actually owns shares in Mexus it is important for me to know if you really have PROOF that this is just a scam company or if it is just your opinion. Please share any proof that you have as it would be very important to some of us.
Hey Dave, The last two days of banter on this board reminds me of the dead horses being beaten on these boards 10 years ago. (still making glue out of some of them) Only thing to make a guy run is if he ever hears the term "the guppy swallowing the whale" again. Thats worse then 70s flashbacks. Had to grab some of this (MXSG) just to be part of the gang if and when all get together. Good luck to all.
Hey Dave its been a while. I was digging up bones on the GPXM board and caught your post from March which brought me here to study up on MXSG. For fun I overlayed the GPXM chart from July 09 to July 2011 on the last year of MXSG. It brought out the ptsd from the blast on the mine tour at Mineral Ridge. MXSG has an erie resemblance. Gold in the ground or on the pad may show money, but does it show profit? Hope this one works out for all the invested ones. I still have my worthless certs, and even my black hat. I use them to cover up the bruises. Good luck. I will keep an eye on MXSG.
Hey Dave, Just stopped by for the first time in months and am pleased to see your still up and doing well. I have my piece of moly, my Scorpio Gold hat, my GPXM certs, and a copy of my warrants all on my wall of shame. Every time I even think of buying into a pinkie gold company, I look at that wall and the thought quickly leaves. Email me sometime and let me know how you and the family are doing. Take good care. Oh yeah............GO GPXM!!!!!!!!!
Jim
580k shares, about 1500 bucks worth. wohoo!!! LOL
Hey Dave. I believe HIM is right. This is what our "little gem" has come to. One day the message boards will light up and for a few hours the share price will double or triple with 15-20 million shares traded, and then a sudden drop back, and another group of bag holders joins the crowd. Thanks TK and associates.
Hi Dave, How things change. I still miss the Rob Martin days. We had some excitement then, though it was a costly road to today. Met some good people during that time. Got some certs that cost more to process than they are worth. Maybe you would like one to hang on your wall for the memories. Could be a Christmas gift. (or gag gift) Don't know if the Phoenix can ever rise from these ashes. I check in to this board every now and then to see if any of the old crowd are still around. Do call sometime, the number is still the same. Take good care my friend. Jim
What were the details of the settlement agreement with "MR" Thomas Klein?
Tell me again pand, what operations have been started and where. What properties?
Ok pand. Bought my first shares of Golden Phoenix about 9 years ago. Went to share holders meetings, toured the mines (when they still had them) Met with management. Ate company furnished BBQ's with other shareholders, company employees, and management. Watched our dollars turn to sub-pennys. Drank the Kool-Aid. Have paper certs that are worthless. Watched the company make bad decisions and loose most everything. I see your alias is just a little over a month old, please tell me about the "good news" that is out there. I will be waiting.
Yes. Mineral Ridge will speak for itself in time. I'm not sure if I ever met you. Toured Ashdown a couple of times. Mineral Ridge also, when it was idle and again after it was up and running. Met a lot of good people. Shareholders meetings are a thing of the past. Seems like only on line cheerleaders now trying to flip for a few percent. Speaking of them, where did they go????
Double doji and hammer. LOL. Never thought the bird would come to this. Ahhh....for the good old days when we had an operating mine, our own drill rig, a management team, and a bright future. Hope you guys can pump her up to .20 or .30. I'll bet a lot of old timers would like to see that.
Does anyone remember when this was a real mining company with real assets and an operating mine along with a vision for the future? Those were the days.
Hey Dave,
As I was doing some Christmas cleaning a black hat with gold writing fell to the floor and visions of great wealth danced in my head. Memories of a mine tour flashed before me, with many men standing high atop a hill salivating at the thought of the gold that would be extracted from the Ridge. The massive figure of one TK smugly grinning at what we all were viewing. The little man in the silk suit on the bus declaring that Scorpio at .75 was a no brainer. The thought that Scorpio along with their junior partner would soon be mid tier producers danced in our heads.
That was then, this is now.
A very successful man was once asked what the key to success was and he replied "good judgment". When asked how you acquire good judgment he replied "with experience". When asked how do you get experience, he replied "by using bad judgment".
Well Dave, I saw the hat, thought of you and the rest of the great people that took the ride over the years and wanted to at least give a Merry Christmas shout out to all and wish the very best for the future.
Spoken like the upstanding man that you are Dave. Still got your black and gold hat?
Lost the bid and ask on Scottrade the last couple of hours. Anyone know whats up?
dsh,
The way I understand it by definition the term "perfect Lein" would be the same as a lender would record on a house or any real property that a loan was placed on. It would be first in place over subcontractors, suppliers,, workers, ect. I beleive the lein is fairly standard though the term may sound "special". If wrong please let me know.
Definition of 'Perfected Lien'
A security interest in the collateral that is used to secure the performance of a debt that is protected from third-party claims. A perfected lien for real property must be filed with the correct legal authority. Perfected liens for real estate are achieved when the mortgage deed of trust is recorded in the land records of the appropriate municipality.
Investopedia explains 'Perfected Lien'
Perfected liens on personal property are created when the lender files a Form UCC-1 financing statement with the correct authority (usually the office of the secretary of the state or the office of the county recorder). This statement will outline the type and location of the collateral used to secure the loan. The filing statement gives the lender precedence in the collection process if the borrower defaults
A little light reading.

Wow Dave, It looks like Mineral Ridge has turned into the real deal. BIG changes from the mine tour at the shareholders meeting of a few years ago. Sure wish I could have been on this one to see it in person! Good things are happening.
I've been watching your posts and your predictions of .50 in 12 months. If that's so why are you waiting for it to drop. I would think you would be loading the boat at any of todays prices. What am I missing?
Micro,
This may be a long term winner. Not many small juniors that are operating in the black with minimal debt that actually have the goods in the ground. Hopefully it grows slow and steady.
I see you on the GPXM board also. That one may be the junior miner stock of the year. Lot of big things coming down the road there.
GLTA
Dave you are a wealth of information. Thanks for all your effort big guy.
Go to the company link you supplied.
In the upper right click on Financials and SEC filings.
In the information click on Pink Sheets/WSRA
It takes you to OTC Markets. Click on Company Info.
That seems to be the current filing with information that WSRA supplied.

What are you seeing that I'm not?
It seems there are many reasons that shares are sold, but only a couple of reasons they are bought, especially in big blocks.
Thanks.
Volume for this stock is extremely low. There seems to be many days without trades. Pretty hard for price to move without decent volume. What do you feel will spur volume with little or no company promotion? Thanks
What do you calculate the true value to be?
Belgie its been a while. It's interesting that we have more information coming out in the last couple of weeks than we have seen in the last year, and all just prior to the Resource Convention in Chicago. As Laskin said "it may be worth the trip". Still time for you to book a flight. I think I can taste that Prime Rib that Doug is buying!!
Jim
Doug
I got a deal for you. You haven't sold out........I haven't sold out. Save this post. Let this JV play out. Come summer if we get it in the shorts, I'll eat crow on every message board on the web. If it just happens to work out, you buy me the biggest prime rib in Utah. (or Vegas) Do they even have prime rib in Utah? I think there may be an outside chance we will still be all right. Say hi to your wife.
Jim
Wow Doug
I've been silently reading your posts and can feel the pain all the way over here in MN. You must have lost almost as much on the poker table in Vegas as you have here. I think you need to double down, raise the table another couple hundred thousand shares, and stand pat until spring. If that doesn't work, there are always the one arm bandits. Take care buddy, and maybe you can give me one of those "this company is going to the moon" posts from days gone by.
Jim
Novas open letter
If shareholders are serious about this company, each shareholder and/or potential shareholder, should send this to our Federal and State Representitives and Senators. If the country is serious about alternate forms of energy, our law makers should give this some honest debate and action.

"YOUR" scam list Fly. LOL. Good luck to you. I hope you do "look into" this. GPXM is one you may want to actually invest in. You have a Great Weekend also. Maybe I'll see you at the next shareholders meeting. eom
Will do
Thanks again
Thanks Doog
As long as you are in close contact with Ceo Evans and a mod why don't you update the i-box with the current share structure and current PR firm. Thanks in advance.
Six,
What would we lowly ones ever do without you!!!
