New DD - I have confirmed with BLM that CJT Mining Inc has posted a bond in october 2012 which was a 2 year bond. I have also confirmed that the did permit for trenching. They have also permitted for what is listed as "acres disturbed" which I have to assume is either trenching, drilling or the ability to mine? I am not an expert here but it took me all day and many phone calls to finally start getting answers from the BLM
I should have the full report by tomorrow for the entire state of Nevada and every filing for CJT Mining Inc.
Nevada Power Company merged with Sierra Pacific Power Company and its holding company, Sierra Pacific Resources, in 1999. Since then, many of the functions at the two companies have been consolidated to reduce operating costs. In 2008, the company announced the two utilities, Nevada Power Company and Sierra Pacific Power Company, would do business under the name NV Energy.
NV Energy was acquired by Berkshire Hathaway Energy in 2013. You can view the Berkshire Hathaway Energy corporate brochure for more information.
Serving Nevada Since the Comstock Lode
NV Energy's roots go back more than 150 years under various company names to the California Gold Rush and the discovery of rich silver and gold deposits on the Comstock Lode.
The company's Farad Hydroelectric Plant, built alongside the Truckee River in 1899, was the first electric generating plant on the eastern slope of the Sierra Nevada. Mining interests bankrolled the project so they could pump water out of the Virginia City silver mines as the mine shafts were sunk deeper and deeper into the earth. The Virginia City electric distribution system -- Nevada's first -- was one of only a handful nationwide designed by genius inventor Thomas Alva Edison. The demand for electricity grew quickly as Nevada's mines prospered in the early 1900s and more pioneers migrated to the Silver State.
As a side note, in 2002 ownership of the company's small hydro-electric plants including Farad, was transferred to the Truckee Meadows Water Authority when it purchased Sierra Pacific's water treatment/distribution system in Reno-Sparks.
Reliance on imported power lasted until the 1960s
By the time Sierra Pacific Power was incorporated from an amalgamation of numerous predecessor companies in 1928, electricity was purchased from other utilities and "imported" to northern Nevada over high voltage electric transmission lines. Beginning in 1963, the company started constructing its own natural gas and oil fired power plants, reducing its dependence on imported power. Coal-fired generation was added to the electric mix in the 1980s. Today, NV Energy's customers are served by a combination of imported power and electricity produced by the company's power plants.
Northern Nevada's first natural gas pipeline was constructed to deliver fuel to the Tracy Power Plant east of Reno. Sierra Pacific was able to enter the natural gas distribution business in the Reno-Sparks area. The company was already well established as the water provider for Reno-Sparks.
Sierra Pacific Power's common stock was first traded on the New York Stock Exchange in 1968. Sierra Pacific Resources, the holding company for Sierra Pacific Power, was formed in 1984.
Mining still accounts for a significant portion of NV Energy's electric sales in northern Nevada as it did when the Farad hydroelectric plant began generating electricity at the turn of the century. However, Nevada's rapidly growing economy is becoming increasingly diversified as new companies take advantage of the state's favorable tax structure and pro-business environment.

You can't have the whole pie gotta share :)
anyone call Sierra Pacific?
Just curious if any of you have looked into the news from back in January. If Sierra Pacific is holding up their end of this bargain and building a facility which we can confirm then that really makes me excited. Sierra Pacicfic would not put up millions unless they did their DD on the project.
See below..
Gold and Silver Mining of Nevada, Inc. (OTC: "CJTF") Announces millions of dollars to be invested to build facility.
The company has signed an Agreement for the joint venture construction of a mill for processing in-ground gold and silver ore from Asset #26 with Sierra Pacific Inc. and it’s
principals who are 30+ year veterans of the mining industry. There will be millions of dollars invested by Sierra Pacific Inc. as discussed below to build this facility to process gold and silver. Their cost will be amortized over a 7 year period.
Company web site www.goldandsilvermining.com
Las Vegas, NV (Access Wire) 12/20/13 Gold and Silver Mining of Nevada, Inc. (OTC: "CJTF") announced today that it has signed an AGREEMENT to enter into a mining/processing joint venture agreement to extend beyond the stockpiled ore processing agreement previously announced. This AGREEMENT is for the mining of new ore at Asset #26 and the construction of a processing mill to process ore to make gold and silver bars. The company has initially identified 14 strategic mining sites and more will be developed from the 54 claims the company owns that will supply the additional ore for this agreement. More details will be announced with the final signing of the formal agreement between the parties. It is anticipated that these strategic sites will generate sufficient ore to run company mining and processing for at least 10 years, and all costs of mill construction are
covered by the JV partner to be amortized over approximately 7 years of production. The mining and processing agreement is expected to increase in volume each year. Approximately one million tons of ore per year should be reached in the near future. The grade of silver and gold should be similar to and probably of higher grade than the 125,000 tons of stockpiled ore that has already been certified at 7 ounces of silver and
0.02 ounces of gold. One million tons of ore per year would generate a gross revenue of approximately $175
million per year to the group.

still can't pin him down..
You got wheel barrel full. That should be 100k no problem we just need a nice push. I'm slowly trying to catch you but I'm about tapped out here until we see some reversal.
I got more today! I will say it's getting more difficult to buy into continued weakness even with all the potential around the next corner. Would like to see the bottom form here...
No he was being satirical on my post about turning a $6 buy into $100K. If all he can make off $6 bucks is $100k then he's out he wants better returns!
Long term hold? After several splits and dividends over 20 yrs and a $250 pps. That $6 buy could be worth $100k+!! haha
Who here slapped the ask with the $6 buy? lmao
I'm going to move some funds tomorrow and hit this hard when they clear. I actually hope prices stay here for a couple days so I can load up the boat. At these prices I can double my current holding cheap.
haha... Sandman I liked your posts better all caps.
LOL... you are right D, If the glass is half full then CJTF officially went from NTPro to ProJ after putting the 1/3oz on the books. Nothing but up from here!

BTW... not upset by the update just confused why it was released in the first place it seems the content was rather lackluster. Not my business to release info for them but I would have saved the update for something with a little more substance unless of course we take this as officially becoming a producing Jr. Miner. If that is the case I would have released it with more bang and a headline like “Gold & Silver Mining Inc is officially in ore production stage and now classified as a producing Jr. Miner." That would have got a little more attention. More "pump" then Fred is accustomed to but would have been a more exciting read.
I get that. My point is the update does nothing to persuade potential investors and could potentially keep them on the sidelines longer than getting no update. If I was not already in with both feet and confident of the potential here I would not have seen todays update as anything more than a reason to wait and see what comes next. I'm not being negative I'm simply stating the way I perceive the update as a current shareholder and how I beleive many potential sidline shareholders would see todays update.
volume is way off today on the typical high volume OTC stocks I watch.
we will continue to see flipping until we get REAL news not the meaningless fluff that circulated today. Suppose I'm pointing out the obvious? I would almost rather have no news and wait for a PR with some meat to it then get these little updates.
Lol... Good one!

My trail gets cold after following the errored PR
Brian Collins

brcollins@shaw.ca
So its a Canadian email address and (250) is a British Columbia area code. Also makes sense that the follow up PR states.
WEST JORDAN, Utah, Jan. 16, 2013 /PRNewswire/ -- "As a result of inquiries made by the British Columbia Securities Commission, the issuer is making the following news release."
Brian R. Collins was listed as a contact person for the company in error
So it's pretty safe to assume he is Canadian and in British Columbia or potentially Vancouver Island based on the (250) area code but thats as far as I can seem to trace him?
Anyone have success with DD on Collins? I've been looking and can't seem to uncover the mystery.
Here Is The Roadmap To $4,000 Gold & Skyrocketing Silver
I have been an avid charter since the 1980's and still work up commodity charts today for both short and long term trends trades. I like this article for it's simplicity and use of charts to predict gold/silver price trends. I personally happen to agree with outlook but believe $4k/oz is a stretch on the next gold bull run.
I'm guessing all the retail fills were people on this board based on the posts
odd.. I was on the bid at .0342 for at least an hour before you put in your order and I only got a partial fill of 7000. I know I was 1st in line at the .0342 because I bid crept util I got the MM off the bid. Suppose your higher bid pushed my fill even though the fill was at the same pps
I have tried to dig up some dirt on him when I first got on board and could not find anything significant. I would be interested to hear of any DD on Collins as well.
Remember this standoff?
Our illustrious Fed Reserve Chaiman of fiat currency Ben Bernake on Gold as money.
“Gold’s at about $1,580 [an ounce] this morning, what do you think of the price of gold?” asked Rep. Paul. A stern-faced Bernanke responded people bought it for protection.
“Is gold money?” he asked. Clearly bothered, Bernanke told the representative, “No. It’s a precious metal.”
So show me one person that looks at your photo of Gold bricks and says "Man that sure is some nice precious metal you got there"..
WTF... I see $$$$$ in thoes gold bricks (they are pretty too though)
youtu.be/2NJnL10vZ1Y
Nah.. Great bargain! That price will be looked at as steal very soon
just happend again so who has L2 up? I'm driving and trading :)
Think the bid is fake MM games. I just put in a bid and got immediately upped by .001 and I move the bid from .0243 to .0301. More games here

D.. I'm going to share some of you posts. excellent recaps and DD. Thanks for your efforts compiling the info.
producing audited financials at this stage is too expensive unless they plan to up-list right away. I would guess it's crossed his mind but hard to justify the expense until revenue starts to roll in.
Haha .. You slay me Sandman! I also appreciate that you always use ALL CAPS for your posts. Let's commence accumulating some more shares today.
wasn't much a day in volume but here is the silver or should I say GOLD lining.. Todays chart candle is a White Marubozu ... Now let's get this money maker fired up!
A White Marubozu contains a white body with no shadows. The open price equals the low price and the close price equals the high price. This is a very bullish candle as it shows that buyers were in control the entire session. It usually becomes the first part of a bullish continuation or a bullish reversal pattern
todays understatement! lmao... good to know we share a keen sense for the obvious!
OG you should have left off the .... lol portion of your post. I just googled "Gold and Silver Mining of Nevada" and the second thing that pops up is your post with the title line "Gold and Silver Mining of Nevada Inc has received its first of 12 payments from the $12,500,000 in financing" then we get the lol just kidding...
Seems Ihub has some great SEO rank qualities. I think I will start every post from now on with "Gold and Silver Mining of Nevada Inc has ......"
"Gold and Silver Mining of Nevada Inc has received its first of 12 payments from the $12,500,000 in financing"
lol.. Imagine getting 1 of those PR's on a monthly basis.. This sucker would FLYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYY
Would be nice to see the 50MA act as support level
