A reverse split for an OTC stock is a textbook scam move. It’s not some savvy strategy to "get out of the ditch" it’s a desperate trick to prop up a sinking share price. It screws shareholders by diluting their stake while masking the company’s real problem.

Why don't we ever get any updates from management? Just don't understand it's like they don't want the stock to run, but I guess it is a little difficult when there are 5 billion shares outstanding.
