I thought RRGI was dead and buried forever! LOL, and yet here we are.
Shark, here's a memory for you, kind of summed it all up I think:

Here's a memory if you're bored...
Sung to the tune of "American Pie" by Don McLean
(my apologies to Don McLean and Weird Al)
A long, long time ago...
I can still remember
How that share price used to make me smile
'Cause I bought just before the split
And I believed they were legit
And I would make some money in awhile
But February made me shiver
The PPS did not deliver
No one knew if there'd be
A racing show on TV
I can't remember if I cried
When I read the boards some said they'd lied
But somehow I just knew inside
This stock would never die
So buy, buy this here RRGI
May be worth a dollar later
Now it's not very high
So write your checks and hope the PPS flies
Singin', this'll be the day that I buy
This'll be the day that I buy
Did you see the charts today?
Oh where, oh where is Dynodave?
Is it time to buy some more?
Do you believe in the Shaefer bros?
Do you really think that we can make some dough
Racing rookies in a new TV reality show
Oh, I know that you have averaged down
I've watched your smiles turn to frowns
But we're still on the boards
And we still show our support
I feel lonely though as a die hard long
As the bashers tell us that we are all wrong
But I don't care, I'm feeling strong
This stock will never die
I keep singin',
Buy, buy this here RRGI
May be worth a dollar later
Now it's not very high
So write your checks and hope the PPS flies
Singin', this'll be the day that I buy
This'll be the day that I buy
Now for ten months I've been in this stock
Though Flatsixer says that it's a crock
But that's not how it used to be
When the daytraders bought and ran it up
And then sold it all just to make a buck
Well, it didn't help the longs like you and me
Oh and while the share price spiraled down
We all begged for another round
Of PRs from their guy
To make the share price fly
And while MIMI screamed "they'll go to jail"
She wrote the SEC but to no avail
I guess some people just have to wail
I still believe we'll fly
We keep singin'
Buy, buy this here RRGI
May be worth a dollar later
Now it's not very high
So write your checks and hope the PPS flies
Singin', this'll be the day that I buy
This'll be the day that I buy
Helter Skelter at the Bronson Speedway
The carts start off but at such a slow pace
By lap four they're kind of fast
Oh no! Please stay off the grass
You guys should try for an inside pass
Look at that one in the pit row, he'll be last
Now it's time to race the real car
They'll chase the pro but won't get far
We all got up to cheer
But they never got too near
'Cause the racers fear they'll go too fast
They may spin out, then they'll finish last
Did you see that awful crash?
This show will never die
And I'm singin'
Buy, buy this here RRGI
May be worth a dollar later
Now it's not very high
So write your checks and hope the PPS flies
Singin', this'll be the day that I buy
This'll be the day that I buy
Oh, and there we were all in the Loop
We stuck together as a group
With this stock you sure need a friend
So come on, Lee get going, Lee be quick
Get PRs out, and make em slick
So investors will believe and buy again
But lately hate's been on the boards
There's threats of suits and cash rewards
No one will buy today
One cent's not far away
And as posts continued through the night
To mock the show and to start a fight
I saw Bo Bo laughing with delight
The day we almost died
But we were singin'
Buy, buy this here RRGI
May be worth a dollar later
Now it's not very high
So write your checks and hope the PPS flies
Singin', this'll be the day that I buy
This'll be the day that I buy
I met LH, she sang the blues
She was desperate for some happy news
She finally sold and went away
Someone called to Boca Raton
And said no one would pick up the phone
This sure turned out to be one lousy day
And on the boards some posters screamed
It isn't fair to crush our dreams
The bashers all were scoffin'
The share price was in the coffin
But the posters I admire best
Scotch and FATDOG and all the rest
We held our shares, we passed the test
We still believe we'll fly
We're still singin'
Buy, buy this here RRGI
May be worth a dollar later
Now it's not very high
So write your checks and watch the PPS fly
Singin', this'll be the day that I buy
This'll be the day that I buy
Yeah, we're singin'
Buy, buy this here RRGI
May be worth a dollar later
Now it's not very high
So write your checks, this stock just aint gonna die
Singin', soon I'm gonna be a rich guy!

Don't stop panicing yet, but you can relax a little.

I usually try to be optimistic about most things, but I am not optimistic about this company. I hope I am wrong.
No one has any idea if the rig was ever repaired, or if it is now being repaired. It could still be rusting in the weeds somewhere.
That is the only money-making asset this company has (satellite revenues are just gravy, can't live on that), and we don't know anything about its status.
I get the feeling the owners are just waiting on the last settlement checks before they turn the lights out and go on to other things, leaving us with no hope of regaining our losses here.
Someone please convince me I am wrong.
I submitted a "worthless security liquidation request" at Etrade and TDAmeritrade to eliminate my RRGI shares, basically they bought the shares from me for pennies. I can at least recognize the loss against any gains I may ever have in the future.
That is a positive note. Question; when is the last lawsuit settlement payment expected to be received? Just wondering when all that is over and done with and we only have revenues to rely on for cash flow going forward.
It's not quite a done deal, as various regulators still have to approve of the sale, which could take up to a year from what I hear. But I am optimistic, and the news alone should cause some growth in the pps.
I understand that some may play those games, I do not. I have not bought nor sold any BESV shares for a very long time. I am waiting to sell, not buy, if I ever get green again. I can't wait to get out of this ______. I am done with penny stock BS.
So, what's the BIZ plan now, I wonder? Oh yeah, Reliance will repair the rig and start drilling any day now, right? I almost forgot. Isn't it still sitting in the weeds? I haven't heard that it has been moved. Oh well, no news is good news, right?!
What will the owners do when the last settlement check is cashed? Maybe they can sue someone else to keep the company alive and ticking.
I would rather see activity based on the company's performance, i.e., putting the rig to work and drilling like crazy, making healthy income statements, etc.
This mystery does not give me a warm fuzzy. I am green at .20, and am tempted to sell at that point just to get off this ride.
Hopefully whatever has been going on will go on again and get it there or just over. Of course, I would rather see a good, positive PR explaining the reason for all this, but I'm not optimistic.
You are correct.
"In December, it was General Electric (NYSE: GE) which abandoned the practice of offering quarter-to-quarter guidance."
From an article on 24/7 Wall St. (247wallst.com)
Maybe they know something we don't know. I would like to be optimistic and believe this company will be back in business drilling some day. Are they just waiting for the last settlement payment so they can close the books and move on?
Is that the biz plan?
You could paste the screen shot into a Word document and upload it to Mediafire.com, then copy and paste the link here for all to see.
lol, that's my point exactly. If it was such a fantastic opportunity for Blast to have Reliance use Blast's AFJ rig on their wells, it must have been a pretty big deal for Reliance. They apparently needed that rig, now it's out of commission.
And yes, it makes sense that Reliance is not waiting on Blast for anything, their needs did not disappear, therefore they have found other means to meet their needs, therefore they don't need Blast anymore. There are other companies that perform lateral drilling.
So, if and when the rig is made operational again, where, I ask, will it be put to work?
This is not rocket science, just common sense.
The rig isn't going anywhere until it's repaired and/or modified so it's able to do its job without breaking down again.
I wonder if Reliance hasn't already found another company to fulfill it's lateral drilling requirements, instead of waiting on Blast. Time is money, I can't see them patiently waiting while our rig sits in the weeds waiting for attention.
Still no contact from the company, left two messages for Cara Phelps, no reply. No one answers, all calls go to voicemail.
If I lived nearby, I would pay a visit in person just to see if the doors are open. I wonder if they had to let Cara Phelps go too?
This is what I did:
http://investorshub.advfn.com/boards/read_msg.aspx?message_id=40984089
As far as reaping benefits of a lawsuit, I couldn't say.
I called Blast again, left a message, no return call yet. I sent another email as well, still no reply. Has anyone else had any luck communicating with the company lately?
I would like to know where the AFJ rig is now and if it is being repaired, or is it just rusting in the weeds somewhere?
wonderful. can't wait to see what happens next.
Any idea where the AFJ rig is and if it's being repaired? Any anticipated timeline when it may be back in operation?
I called the company early last week and left a message for John MacDonald. I identified myself as a shareholder and asked him about the rig and whether Mr. Watkins was still onboard. No reply.
I submitted a "worthless security liquidation request" at Etrade to eliminate my RRGI shares there, basically they bought the shares from me for pennies. I can at least recognize the loss against any gains (LOL, choke) I may ever have in the future.
Not sure if this would be possible once the stock is delisted.
Did the same at TDAmeritrade.
I'm done.
All in favor say Aye.
Aye!
Well, Shark, you still have the best job in the world, keep your bow up. For two years I've felt like the ancient mariner in the doldrums, now at least we know it is over. I'm not going to count on any recourse, but if it comes I will welcome it.
Scotch, sorry it had to end this way, you had such hopes, and faith that somehow it would turn around. Hope and faith are always good things, no matter the outcome, it was good to see along the way. Keep in touch.
It has been a wild ride, almost worthy of a screenplay if you read through "The Loop" and this board for the last three years. Maybe some day I'll write a dirge about it all.
Good luck to all of you in your other ventures.
Fair winds and following seas.
Not good news at all. Furthermore, I would still like to know where the AFJ rig is and if it is being repaired. If so, when do they expect it to be operational again? And is their new Operations Manager, Charles "Buster" Watkins, still onboard, or did they have to let him go?
Is this company just coasting into oblivion?
.06 today, .01 when?
Wake me up when I'm back to $20.00.
From the June 3'rd press release:
"The first two weeks encountered several mechanical and equipment problems, which prevented any lateral jetting operations from being performed. To remedy the issues, Blast has replaced its Operations Manager with Charles "Buster" Watkins and has successfully implemented several equipment changes and upgrades to avoid future delays.
"We believe that replacing the Operations Manager with a more experienced hand along with certain upgrades to our equipment will allow us to move forward with jetting operations this week," said John O'Keefe, President and CEO of Blast."
So did Blast also let Charles Watkins go as well? I hadn't heard about that.
If Reliance was so anxious to put it to use, I would have thought they would have fixed it by now and had it in operation. What is their newly hired Rig Operator, supervisor doing right now? What are they paying him for?
The Schaefers
Do we know where the AFJ rig is now, and do we have any idea when it is expected to be back in operation?
Would it be reasonable to ask for an estimate of when they anticipate the rig would be repaired and back in service with Reliance? By end of summer, fall, just a ballpark?
It is going to be crazy for awhile, I believe, I wish I could buy more at these prices to avg down, but it's bad timing for me. Good luck to all who are able to pull it off, I believe it is nowhere but up from here, but it will be a slow ride.
While we must have patience, we must also have faith; the two are mutually exclusive. I admit that my patience has been challenged over the past few months, but I still have faith that this company can regroup and get back in business.
I believe the rig is being rebuilt and will soon be deployed and generating revenues. I have neither sold nor bought more lately, but will hold and wait to see what they do over the next few months. A PR would be nice, I'm sure we will see one when the rig is back in business.
I am anxious for the PR that says the rig is out of the yard in Oklahoma (or Texas) and back in action. Let's hope soon.
I wonder how the repairs/modifications of the AFJ rig are coming along. How long before Resource Energy Technologies (RET) hires someone else for those 100 wells in KY?
Second quarter financials should be interesting, can't wait to see the revenues. Wonder how the pps will look afterward?
I don't think any of them were completed, based on the 8K the rig is back in Oklahoma, or Texas by now...
Blast plans to move the Company’s Applied Fluid Jetting (“AFJ”) rig and equipment back to Texas where it will be maintained and supported by Reliance.
and...
Recent operations in Kentucky were hampered by mechanical problems ... prohibited the rig from resuming jetting operations in a reasonable timeframe. As a result, operations in Kentucky were suspended and the AFJ rig and support vehicles have moved temporarily back to the Company’s storage yard in Oklahoma.
Can they afford to even fix it???...
The Company will also continue to pursue additional financing options and explore potential strategic opportunities to help fund this promising AFJ technology and to maintain the Company’s viability
Does this mean until they can obtain funding the rig is just sitting in a warehouse in Texas?
Not necessarily, a green chart is always a good thing. If it were red and tanking every day, would you feel better?
Does anyone think we will see $20 again by the end of this year?
Is there even any hope that someone would buy the shell if the present owners, whoever the heck they legally are right now, chose to try to sell it as such?
There are concerns on two levels here, IMO. First, is this company capable of generating significant new business soon, in order to stay viable without going deep into debt? And second, if disgruntled shareholders keep bailing out for lack of confidence I fear it will put this stock into a freefall with little chance of recovery any time soon after. Where will it end?
Let's not forget that this company is virtually debt free (relative to pre BK) because they chose to pay off huge amounts of debt with the cash settlements they received. This is a positive in my book and they are due some respect for this. They also have been "working" on keeping the rig operational to generating new revenue and increase cash, maybe not hard enough for some.
I also am growing impatient, and the latest setbacks are discouraging, but the fact they have acted to correct the problems is also a positive.
I agree 100% with your ideas about executive management and the directors, given the current state of affairs, the gravy train should be over. It is time to cut back from the top and get the rest of the top to roll up their sleeves and get busy, in a hurry.
