Does anyone know if this share reduction will be accomplished with a reverse split or buyback?

I am still seeing presplit in my account at Etrade. Nice to see 1,120,000 @ .04. Let's me dream for a day or so that I actually made a good investment!

Why is everyone assuming there is a reverse split in the works? Volume would go down as opposed to up.

Hopefully someone will hack the Wi-fi Tv website and bring it down for a few weeks (hint,hint)

There is the stock split we were all expecting. Hey give them credit at least they announced this one. My 1,120,000 shares will now be 2,240. Keeping a close eye on this for possible complaint to the SEC.

Hey, it's up to you to do what you want with your portfolio. I just see a bunch of people rushing to load up on this when in reality the price is not budging. We are not privy to the news released today, the whole market as well as some very good portfolio managers are seeing the same news with no movement. Does not look like the shorting MM are in a hurry either to cover their shorts. We are still talking about a company with no financial statements or released earnings.

Just trying to calm people down, if does not become as good as an investment when the average PPS rises as they purchase more shares.

I caution everyone to not over-extend themselves rushing to invest more, but to enjoy the news. Too often people rush to buy more shares when this kind of news is released, however in reality the stock is only up 0.0001.

If you have the extra cash invest, but do not think it is going to jump pennies today. Patience is key.

Great news! Hopefully we will start seeing a jump in PPS with positive news!

I do not care if he shows porn on this site or not, much as I could care less about the PR releases for Virtual Realty or how MySpace.com is a diminishing fad. Alex needs to release revenues on his current and projected membership base. Exploring opportunities and business partnerships with wireless services and search engines (i.e. Google, Yahoo) would not hurt either.

He is directing attention from his own company by trying to make similarities to well established comparable sites, unfortunately his is the only one trading at .0001.

Well let's look at the reason. The new Real Estate feature was announced last week and we are supposed to believe that some woman signed up and has sold 10 houses in one week?

She probably received a tee shirt and free subscription for her bogus comments. With close to 20 billion O/S this stock could be purchased by Google and still not move.

I emailed Colby to see what market press release service they use to announce stock splits. Think I'll get an answer to this one? Penny stocks usually announce R/S overnight so one has time to react.

R/S all but assured very soon. It's a pity what this company could have been with better management.

Any thoughts on the news just released regarding the Real Estate feature? Would of been nice to have seen projected revenues!

Thanks for the info. We are taking the words of the members of this board that have spoken to Colby that he is credible. I would much rather see a PR stating revenue and sales growth, possibly with their membership numbers than what has been released the past week.

I am not too fond of their management trying to ride the coat tails of the YouTube purchase by Google when really it has nothing to do with Wi-Fi TV Inc. YouTube was very visible in the media as growing in the same way myspace.com was. No one has heard of Wi-Fi TV.com and 80% of the channels that they telecast are bogus. Does anyone really want to watch a still camera at an aquarium?

I think that going after the 18-24 yr olds was a good idea as this is what propelled YouTube and Myspace.

Hello everyone, new to the board. I agree the penny stock market is crazy and with the recent volume associated with WTVN there is more going on than market makers and CD issuances.

Has anyone on this board actually tried the Wi-Fi Tv website and explored what it has to offer. Is it comparable to YouTube? I would like to see them release a PR stating membership revenue figures with the new features they have recently offered.

Thoughts anyone?
