LOL! /e
This contradicts the assertion that he wants a higher percentage in favor than just 51%.
I wasn't aware I had a leader... whatever! /e
MMs triggering stop losses?? Just speculating. It doesn't make sense.
I hope somebody can get us to .006 for the weekend. /e
That didn't address my question at all. Hmmm, wonder why that is?
Don't think so. HDSN is sitting at .0006. /e
You must personally know the idiot who made you right. What did you give him to dump?
Meanwhile 6 mill @ .0003 - WTF! /e
I'm annoyed again... and out of cash. /e
LOL - 150K won't move the ask, but 15K can take out the bid! Gotta love this fixed game....
Exactly! We probably would have been calling you high rollers millionaires if this had actually worked out.
1 mill for me. /e
So... are we the only three holding? /e
That's my understanding too: you have to buy it today and hold it until the 16th - otherwise you've relinquished ownership before it even settled.
Thanks for the link. I found out, though, that the company didn't put out the "for sale" sign - at least not on the linked site.
ASWD is on Midwest's site because the guy running Midwest "heard from a trading friend" that the company is looking for a buyer, but he has not confirmed this with the company or had any contact with it at all.
So again, no real basis for the R/M rumor - other than the simple fact that ASWD is a clean OTCBB shell... so some company is eventually going to want it.
It's a good enough reason to place our chips on the table, but I just like to have a clear understanding of when my money is likely to be dead for longer than I like it to be - especially when I have other shell plays I've already been waiting on for months.
OT: The logic here is seriously flawed. If true, it would mean that shareholders of Google, Apple, Toyota (or any other big board stock where the interest is constantly high) never sell.
Interesting question. /e
I hope they PR that. That's a sound explanation for why wiring instructions are still on the site.
I agree. /e
None taken. My knees aren't shakey; my patience is thin for a "rumor" for which there is no source.
And BTW, "rolling the dice" is what we do just by playing pinkies and BB stocks. IMO, that's a pretty weak way to explain not having a basis for a rumor.
Most rumors in pinkie land actually do come from someone inside the company not just IHUBbers getting others to drink his/her personal kool aide.
And if there is no news because the rumor is baseless, they will never buy....
Something about this rumor appears to be unbelievable to most. The only people holding are the diehards here on this board.
Where exactly did the rumor of the R/M come from? I've searched for a source and come up with nothing.
That'll work too. I have a much easier time being patient when it's steadily moving up.
Bring on the PR! /e
Bidwhacking now that this is finally moving??? /e
And we need for him not to raise the A/S.... /e
But the one remaining is HDSN selling for the company.
Has anyone heard from this duffus CEO on when the company selling will stop?
It's not hearsay if you're suing him, just so you know.
Just checking in to find the idiot dumping at .0003! Will it ever end???
At least they were... hope Pearl isn't selling already.
HDSN is low man on the ask.... /e
I agree. /e
...and I won't be surprised if you do.
Still holding every share for at least .01 to start.
He makes a good point about Theresa, SS.... /e
"At least"? 1000% from today's high would put it at .075. That's a tall statement!
I know... but be nice. Pedro doesn't have much tolerance for rudeness.
I haven't e-chatted with Pedro in months, but when I was sending him emails regularly, there was only one time he didn't answer promptly. When I asked him why that particular email had been ignored, he apologized profusely for "the oversight" and went on to answer it.
I find it much easier to communicate with him than with MT, and I don't believe he has ever misrepresented anything.
My past experience has been that Pedro personally answers an email less than a day after the automated response thing is sent.
Any idea how hard it is to get a suit certified as a class action - especially when the "class" is a bunch of shareholders?
Second, punitive damages would require proving they intended something illegal or egregiously close to it.
The business judgment rule is pretty strong protection for any U.S. corporation unless you can prove fraud, so I'd let go of the idea of a lawsuit. They are not, IMHO, defrauding us, they're just making mistakes that we wish would either not be made or be corrected a lot faster than they're doing it.
