Ok Gem, good speculation on Equine sale. My question is why and how could it have been forced? Yes, SOAN did make a very strong point to state that in no way would Equine or Atwood have any say or position on the board. But, excuse my ignorance, how could they force a sale. Makes sense they would want them out before a M&A could take place, that combined with resolving the dispute with Summers, but why and how can they force a sale and Atwood go along with it?
If I’m Atwood I tell them to screw off and no way am I selling at a major loss, unless there is something in it for me.
Just trying to connect all the pieces here. Summers settlement happens. Equine sells. Funky trades occur with a buy registered to look like a sell. Either this company is done and finished or something bigger is going on behind the scenes and hopefully we find out soon.
So I bought 50,000 shares at market. They filled me at the bid price instead of the ask price. Not complaining as I got the shares at a cheaper price, but just saying that sounds kinda funny.
So without DR, is there any companies to potentially merge with?
Or is that it? And, would all companies be that straight up about a merger like DR is like Flyer is indicating?
BTW, why would they comment clearly about any public company business dealings?
Thanks for the info Flyer
Thanks for the detailed reply Gem. Yes clear that current CEO is not effective. Also the supplements is not the way. Yes getting the Summers dispute over is key for any joint venture or merger. I did do the DD on DR and know they have the connection with Sonfield the attorney for both companies. That said it’s been a long time to be in the works. But, maybe it was held up because of Summers.
Speculation yes indeed. I’m frustrated as I’m sure everyone else on this board that is a holder is as well.
Would be nice to get a “sniff” of something substantial from the company soon.
Not to sound like a broken record here folks, but does this company really have a chance at legitimately doing anything? If Merger were to happen, who would it possibly be with?
Oh well Purrrfect Kitty
So glad you came on board today
Hi Kitty
Wow!!
I know I have posted 5 times today and I usually don’t post, but wow!!
17 million shares traded today. Either a note got converted or someone was able to buy at a prearranged price. Doubt this was complete dump nor is it just random buying.
Either this thing is in fact toast or something is up.
Really???
Did you even read my 3 posts today?
Did I say I’m super optimistic about SOAN?
Or did I say that at .0018 price the risk is pretty low and the reward, although high risk, is strong.
Doesn’t really take a rocket scientist to figure that out.
Thanks Gem. Forgot about the legal dispute being settled. That would need to be handled prior to a M&A
At these prices, very low risk as compared to high reward.
Gem, I know you have mentioned many times speculation and prediction of a M/A.
Do you really believe that indications are that this will take place still? DR?
Not trying to corner you or bash, because it is all speculation. Hope that a Merger is in the works.
I’ve got to admit...
As positive I am about the Potential future for this company, that is truly an ugly looking chart.
Besides doom and gloom that all is done (Heck only .0018 away From 0) what is the speculation of the rapid downturn in PPS?
It was mentioned in a Reuter’s brief after hours yesterday, regarding the settlement. Perhaps Reuter’s briefing brought new and legitimate investors to the table and attention to the company. JMHO
Thanks. I know it’s high risk but with the low volume and risk reward at these levels it’s worth a small investment. Enjoy the crab. Sounds better than my brunch!
Basic brunch today. Adding more tomorrow.
Thank you Gem for the detailed reply. I appreciate all your time and effort.
Hopefully we get some clarity and answers from the company soon in 2020.
Happy New Year
True Liprostin was a lot of work ahead of it. That said, do you honestly believe we have the door still open for an M/A with DR?
Supplements are good but need some other ponies in the stable to succeed.
I truly appreciate your response and don’t get me wrong. I’m a holder of a few million shares myself but just trying to figure this out.
10-K does sound kind of depressing to be honest with lots of negative language, which I’m sure is just there to cover their ass. But, it does indicate abandonment of Liprostin. Furthermore it only talks about the supplement line being their only products. Does this also rule out DR? Does this also mean no portion of residuals from Liprostin? Comments from all concerned would be great.
Agreed... good sale on SOAN!
Merry Christmas everyone
Yes that makes sense. My question is does SOAN still have a percentage of ownership of the new group Summers started?
As this gets out as public knowledge, the company must issue a release stating the details of the settlement with Summers. Otherwise, this stock will Be plummeting on speculation in the negative sense.
Interesting find!!
Dr Summers on the board.
Wonder if they have a financial agreement in place with Angiosoma?
Is it just me or does the latest PR indicate that only Somaceuticals remains under the Angiosoma umbrella? First time Liprostin or PAD was not mentioned at all. Only the nutraceuticals and muscle building line of products
Sorry....not Kong’s but Kings
Heck why not King Kong’s LOL!!
Great post and very nice break down on current potential directions the company could expand with DR.
I do feel the potential for company is great and risk reward right now is blatantly obvious to anyone who has been here awhile. Obvious wildcard is what the settlement details with Summers was and the current potential with DR and Liprostin. The somaseutical line is a nice story but not what will bring this company green and to the finish line.
Getting a true and experienced CEO and BOD behind this hopefully will happen once mergers or acquisitions occur. I do not believe Blakenship was ever put in place to be long term.
The whole Atwood investment also makes it a very interesting story and one that intrigues all of us followers and investors on board.
So like my name on this board indicates you’re either a king or a schmuck when investing in OTC stocks.
Lord knows I’ve been a schmuck many times, but have been a king a couple of times.
My Hope hope is we long term holders are all Kong’s here.
Would have to disagree
If this company announces anything major like partnering to begin a legitimate Phase 3 trial or merger with an established company like DR, this goes way beyond a dime. It means that finally it is a legitimate and money producing company that is no longer speculative.
Question to all. I rarely post. Long time shareholder. If you look at the proxy, only Alex Blakenship is listed to be elected as a BOD. Thoughts? Why is not Brent Atwood listed?
Sorry guys for the double post.
Been awhile since I last posted
Been observing this board for a long time. Been a holder and investor in MMTC for awhile.
I believe in The technology and do believe that with the right backing and support this is a lotto play for all of us.
Clearly insiders still all around and hold all the shares.
Really not much trading or dilution of this stock for the past year so funding must be coming from private sources as opposed to dilution
Clearly some cheerleaders here on this board that overstate Mmtc but at the same time Cotton, you have to have other motivated intention here. Why else would give a rats behind about a stock like this to post negativity in the minds of people.
In my mind, technology is potential home run with right backing and insiders have stuck around.
Worth seeing what happens. Not investing the farm but clearly worth the wait.
SGR that is great. Was the attorney named Chris?
So he specifically stated that Epic is going to not only make the 2 million dollar investment but also an implied series of future investments? Or was it another potential investment group as Fione had mentioned last week?
Thanks
king
To the board. Is the Epic bid a done deal? Or is there the potential that another offer is on the table?
Thanks
king
Thanks MoB
This is a board with class and integrity.
One day I wouldn't mind also stating a board comprised of very wealthy people
Good night all
king
Fione thanks again. My hope is they will pull it together and het this PR out tomorrow. Despite our closing green, I think it would speak volumes for confidence if it goes out tomorrow
My hope is that gives some update on the E coli and salmanella certification. Perhaps even about how the company is making progress towards real goals.
Thanks again
King
Hi Fione
Thanks for all your efforts.
If you get any update from Jeff if the PR will come out tomorrow please let us know
Thanks
King
News on certification may not happen until late September. Testing will happen because they now have the right equipment. Results will be turned over to government for official certification. Certification may take a couple of months from there but based on the reliability of the machines it should pass. From there it's all about marketing
Thanks Kgem. I believe you are a honest and trustworthy individual.
King
When was the last time you spoke with John Ricardi?
Good night to all serious longs. Tomorrow and next week should be interesting. TRy not to panic if they try and push this low right off the bat tomorrow morning. They are messing with our heads tonight and placing doubts in our minds. Hopefully we get some REAL communication from the company sometime soon.
WOW!!! I own a little over 1 million shares. Been reading the board the past couple of weeks. I find it amazing how the vultures have engulfed this board as if the company is dead!!! Let's face it, it can only go down a half cent from here, but with the potential of certs coming plus the joint ventures in hand, you got to ask yourself the question at this point, what is the downside versus the upside potential from here.
Maybe I'm wrong, but for me, I would rather bet on the upside.
