Ok, so what is the case about? I get it that it was about abuse deter. oxy. I know we were in the market to do that. FDA didn't approve it.(the bead technology abuse deterrent) Ok, so stock plunged. Nas turned co, around. Here we are.

However what is the relevance now with this Accord case? I thought that they got the stay. Did Purdue appeal the stay? (not an atty. I don't know if that is correct lingo) if Purdue loses this what are the consequences for us? How far can Purdue appeal this case? How does it affect us ( eltp )

I was trying to explain this part to someone doing their DD and I realized I don't have the greatest understanding of the relevance either. ( Except I felt it was a great move to let Accord fight this, and not use our cash on Atty's)

I see something approved everyday. Not today. Hmmm Maybe tomorrow is our day.

I just grabbed an additional 25K. I am convinced these dollars I keep burying here will come to fruition. I mean I have been here 10 yrs. Even if it gets to .50 we will have doubled our money. That said, I am holding til buyout. What other co. has a small P/E, and earnings, with such an amazing path before them when it comes to the FDA approvals etc pending.

I have been a long time holder, 10 years now, and I own over 1.3 million shares. I never thought I could be a person who gets in on one of these life changing type investments. Fingers crossed this becomes a stock that's worth a few bucks. (omg I am dreaming ) Good luck to all longs! To everyone! We can only go up from here.

Why?

I have been holding this since 2014ish. Forgot about it. IMO Naserat (sp?) has done a pretty good job preventing us from going under, changing course after the anti-narcotic bead system was tabled, making us profitable Q after Q.....Lets reverse split this puppy and get it sold. lol
