"Same as it ever was"
Nigeria São Tomé & Príncipe JDZ
Block 1
The Obo-2 and Enitimi-1 wells were drilled during the period March to June. Both wells encountered oil and gas pay, and the operator Total continues to evaluate the results and commercial viability.

I read Umbra's post to you.
I will let my post stand on it's own merrit.
not here to make friends or enemies, and I would love to see ERHC succeed,as it was my choice to invest in it.
I will see where this company is going in the next year or so....I would think my tolerance will be eroded by then if there are no positives between then and now.
watching-----Baz out.
sorry to hear that amj23. I think most of us have told a friend or 2 about ERHC.
It must be tough to rely on ERHC to carry one's possible majority of personal financial holdings. It seems the most vocal naysayers are in a bad position financialy and little old PENNY stock ERHC is supposed to be one's Nirvana? Maybe it's time to admit one's own fault in relying on ERHC to save the day !
That is a horrible joke on one's self...By One's self
and foolish on one's part.
Time to look into one's mirror and rant there!
what are we without DREAMS and goals...LOL
forth right?
there were 3 options layed out a while back...where SNP walking was numero 3.They still don`t know the outcome but the options are still the same.
Can you explain deeper as I must have missed your point.
thanks
I see
thanks
Question for CC
Have we started negotiations with any companies for %'s in the EEZ and at what stage are we at with the PSC(s)for our blocks
Arnim
thanks for the news...the only going deeper I saw was studying in greater depth the information...could you please repost the going deeper post #?
thanks again ---Baz
I see....your pic explains why you see this as yours to carry when this is an OTO penny stock that is surviving for a better day.We ALL chose to invest or not and I'm also sorry for what has transpired, and, with the assault on this company and constant negative posts containing only the negative aspects from ERHC's filings.
and how do you think Mongo feels?
wasn't he a board helper citing filings?
OT Tryoty
you must be either insulated or isolated..lol.
I wonder what the ratio is between factions?
I guess here in North America we are both as we live for the most part peaceful lives,we are fortunate. It would be nice if OUR Militaries would be more prolific at home in times of need as mother earth is fighting back!.lol...OT
congratulations Ponzi....this is your moment!.... finally..LOL..how does it feel?
I should probably applaud Mongo as well....so if you are out there Mongo, congrats to you too.

just remember he used to be 1 of them...LOL!
sorry Tryoty...I had to.
I sincerely agree with Troy and his well thought out scenario(s) as there are many options now to come.
..Baz
very strange OPINION,with no basis of facts at all.
would have been better to not post this irrelevance....lol...like mine.
cheers
and yet!

What do you call the Financials and press release on Wednesday? Lots if information there if you really want to look. My glass is more than half full and still sleeping well and buying. The 28th will come soon enough. Give it a rest.
I guess your nick says it all!
especially your last sentence.
nice to be judge and jury before the whole case is presented.
ERHC saved our position in the JDZ whether you like it or not, by bringing in SNP ADDAX. Curse and abuse them as you want ...I suggest you sell before the meeting as you have already prejudged them and their future actions....What a *GIT*
Cheers "my dear"
Be quiet!
ERHC did not screw up the JDZ ...where do you get such inside info?
rediculous assumption!
I know!!!! thanks *MTO*..or is it dest golf?Emdyall?
LOL!!
dest golf.....I have done the same as you with other stocks I had. It's a personal decision and sometimes it hurts to pull the trigger for tax write offs.
good luck
sometimes
I guess, but 20 to forty million will not get us anywhere except on hold and sitting as in the past.If we can get carries on all our endevers it might work.
no money comming into ERHC coffers
is that you Middy?
or maybe you are Frank Gorshen?
You sounded exactly like MTO here....WOW!!
AMJ thanks for the entertainment
Just my opinion...but:
do we really think that the host countries would award prospective acreage with possible large value to a company that proved it could raise 2 million dollars hitting the shelf and as a partial reaction to that, Tank the Share price, and lose huge market cap? IMO.....logic tells me there is a cache of money that can be pointed to by ERHC without just hopes and dreams of partners. We have seen what ERHC has been doing with sparse cash and a reputation for non operatorship(albeit offshore so far). This somehow does not compute.I will be shocked IF I am way off base here.Time is passing and we are bound to hear something about Financing : maybe they have something to tell us VIA
comcast comming up.I won't get too excited here....but I believe they have a plan to follow and possible details of some type may follow.
cheers!
Tob
it seems *that* it is the most pending action to come as far as drilling is concerened 1 way or the other.
Baz
BMU....if I may opine.
1-the Chad work(along with who knows what else) was at least 1 year earlier or so than Kenya, and there was no guarantee that they would be awarded these bids(see Niger,Tanzania,re: lost bids?).They bid on what was offered and when.
2-IF our backer/s(IMO we have 1 or more),wanted Chad,Niger Tanzania etc. then ERHC would bid when applicable with no guarantees.
3-I believe we are doing Some ENTITY's bidding and accumulating acreage for them in the future.(I hope not too distant).I can't see any other way we could achieve these awards on our own with our meager finances, which would surely be looked at for the winning bids.
All my opinion-- and sorry for hijacking your post to Tryoty
Cheers
It seems the gamut of outrageous possibilities raised here over and over, have been refuted over and over WITH LINKS .....FACTS v/s
opinions, that countervent the facts and become repetetive once again. This merry-go-round is getting nauseating....Kudos to TOB,Tryoty,Strategy,et all who repell.I don't find it that hard to read the links and factual information presented here, and understand the agreements therein. Maybe it's not the content of the posts that count ,but, rather the quantity...seems a possibility after witnessing the last few days of exchanges.
Cheers
P.S. I can see new investors will become more positive when reading dialogue from credible posters offering links to facts, which has been happening here at a hightened pace.
Keep up the stamina..my hat is off to you and all.
agreed ..thanks
thank you..something was odd for me,glad that was straightened out.
need a reread....
Enitimi 1 deviated wildcat well and Enitimi 1(which is the same well) is not OBO2.This doesn't say OBO 2 was P&A'd,rather that drilling was completed.Enitimi was P&A'd then reenterd then finished.

Re: None
Post # of 261510
In early July 2012, Total plugged and abandoned the Enitimi 1 deviated wildcat in Block 1, southeastern Niger Delta Basin with oil and gas shows. The well reached a TD of 3,394m in 1,652m of water. The well was spudded on 20 March 2012 with the “West Polaris” drillship 4.5km east-northeast of Obo 1. Enitimi 1 was suspended at a measured depth of 2,056m in the top hole section. The rig moved then to spud the Obo 2 well in the same block, the two wells being drilled in batch. Once Obo 2 was finished, the rig came back on 7 May 2012 to complete the drilling of Enitimi 1. Total operates Block 1 with a 45.9% interest, partners are Addax Petroleum JDZ 1 Ltd (40%), DEER (9.0%) and Sasol Exploration and Production Nigeria Ltd (5.1%).

I think Tullow has figure out how to skirt most "luck" with amazing skill and creativeness...much like ToTal(etc.),but with their own proprietary technologies.IMO--IF it was down to luck they should just forget about deep offshore drilling...luck is highly overated, with 70% success rate for Tullow anyhow.I guess luck comes into the drilling process ...lol...if you are lucky to escape drilling without incidence.I guess,as far as we know,SNP has been extremely unlucky. Not much room for luck by a successful driller.I think trial and error with abandoned wells happens enroute to discoveries in prolific Geologies.
Keep up the killer posts TOB
Hats off to you and all for refuting posts that might cause hurt to ERHC,or,misinformation to the interested.
IMO..we are taking the same path as Addax as far as getting properties, accumulating an asset base, doing what we do best(political networking) and with strategic hirings,we are becomming an arm of our future suitor. Our abilities financially are to great to be without solid backing.
Still waiting for the Prize..no matter how this unfolds.
aint no spectator sport!
still watching
cheers
ERHClongtime
I see your point except that the heading says L11A..lol
L11A is offshore and I suspect ERHC would not be awarded this Block..IMO.
All google hits for CAMAC onshore Keya omit Block 11A in their reports.
IMO the PSC noted for 11A is either a Typo or a deal might have been done after the presentation was publicized.
It is confusing...and even though I stand on my side (lol),I see your case made for your side....possible stalemate ,as usual!
No wrong Block
Camac has L11A ERHC has 11A.
there is a difference between Block L11A and just 11A.
ERHC has whatever interests in Block11A NW near Sudanese borde3r L11A is more SE .L11A is offshore.
http://nockenya.co.ke/pdf/BLOCK__STATUS_MAY_2012.pdf
IMO that is why Peter Thuo(sp) was hired on as one of the technical people(geologists).Amongst other reasons(he is Kenyan and was a geologist for the NOC of Kenya)(not too shabby).By hiring on Thuo(sp)ERHC got the inside dope on the downlow!...lol
Cheers
redtxdog:
this should help. 11A abutts the southern Sudanese border Northern Kenya.Horn has 10A and 10BA(which is close..adjoining)to 11A.

ERHC block 11A
http://nockenya.co.ke/upstream/index.php?flag=upstream&ust=3
does not look like it's in the hotbed of exploration(who knows)...but somehow we are being conscidered for and winning exploration blocks.
leadbetter had more reason to be bitter(lol),as supported by the board's DD and converging rumours.MO
Oranto was awarded block 3 so,throw them into the mix.
cheers
I agree(except for the sour grapes)...LOL
I really don't think there are many "happy" investors in this issue,as most are long timers, and holders that are trapped at this SP. Most here have their sights lowered and their HOPE? well it varies.
