You have me confused with someone who cares about a bashers freedom of speech. When someone takes that right and bastardizes it in order harm my investment then I will speak my mind. Even the previous moderator, Pfreinds has said that BigD could be more proactive. I follow up by saying that I like BigD, always have. I find his desire to be fair refreshing and do not want him to do anything to change his conscious. Other than that, your attempt to string together legal jargon was hilarious, and since this game is all about money I have deiceded that there is no one here looking out for my bestinterest. From here out I will be trading this stock ruthlessly and my only posts on this board or RB will be to get the very best price (up or down) that I can get.

Great point Making, the fact is Im not too happy with BigD's moderation of the board. By his actions he's comparing apples to oranges. On a NASDAQ or NYSE stock it is completly legal to short stocks. When he applies the same rules of engagement on a OTC stock the shorts have an inherant advantage. We need a more proactive moderator to counteract the bashing.

So it comes down to your motives, you are not a long and have drawn parallels to other less than reputable companies and XKEM. In rebutal to the conclussions that you have drawn: XKEM has the sponsorship of a sitting President, proven scientific trials with exclusivity rights, FDA testing, and a CEO that is invited to speak at respected medical conferences all over the world. What everyone needs to know is that you as a flipper and make your money on volitility. When you place doubt in anyones mind, be it long, short or other flippers you are able to capitalize on added volititity. Anyone reading this should understand that this is why you are here and this is how you make money.

I believe that people like BigD are basing their predictions on XKEM being a real company soon. What I mean is that when one company produces a drug that has no rival in a huge market, you can not help but think it will be valued like a real big time drug company. Big time drug companies do not trade for .10 per share and it is fully up to XKEM to reach their destiny and prove the predictions to be correct.

Call him and ask, he doesnt have to say but being a major player in the company I dont see how it would be offensive to him to inquire.

Actually, if you go back to August 2nd, there was a spike to .036 which took 15 days down before the 1st of the previous runs took place so actually we are looking at a quad top here.

Over the last 3 months XKEM has ran 3 times. The 1st time it came down 13 days. The next time it came down 15 days. Its now been 16 days from the top of the last spike and we are looking for news at any time. Earlier this year it took 3 runs to break .03. The tripple top we took out then is what helped propel us to .12. All of the people saying that they are fed up with the B.S. are just bashing in order to prey on weak hands.

Ummm, posting lies that Nicosan is killing people and that XKEM is going to be halted doesnt sound like someone is scared to you? Brokers restricting buys of OTC stocks is extremely wide spread today and there is no doubt that broker and individual shorting and manipulation is going on everyday in just about every stock you look at. As far as this stock trading eraticly? It's probably the most liquid stock on the OTC for the last 8 months. On any given day 1/2 a mil dollars is changed hands and that is the low end. With this kind of liquidity we are going to attract every day trader worth his salt. When you look at the 3 month chart we have traded sideways with lows in the .02 range and highs in the .035 range. Its like freakin clockwork and all these bashers are saying that they are tired of it going straight down and longs are selling because of it. ITS NOT GOING STRAIGHT DOWN! Its in a crosstrend because of the flipper/traders and until significant news comes out it will continue to do so.

This guy must be one terified short to put his dice in a vice with such blatant slander. If I were XKEM officials I would be going through the process of petitioning the courts for his private records and get letigious.

BigD, can you kill all of the posts regarding the SEC halting the trading of this stock? This is rediculous and is nothing but a basher ploy to deflect interest in XKEM.

The charts are lined up and the big tech indicators are very bullish. Shouldnt be long now......
