How the process works: There is a contracting officer who pays invoices when due. I see no way the government gave a check for $37 M. It's a process. If they like what they see and the product works as advertised, there will be more, plenty of contracts moving forward. Even that Cyberlux was mentioned on the approved contractors list is huge.
