over 4 months ago suggested putting money from IRA pay the taxes and put into Roth account where trading was not taxable and with Fidelity no commission charge either. Buy NLST in and out 10-20K shares. almost weekly and up $4600 past 15 months. 1.26 as bought on way down from 3.75.

My money came from an IRA and after meeting my MDR requirement which has to be done prior to transfer money from an ira to Roth. the money transferd is taxed as it was deferred income.

FYI I converted 20K shares into Roth account as had met MDR and will pay the taxes on the conversion as actually have a loss of 30K but the transfer to Roth if it even goes to 3.50 a share is a a no brainer as no taxes on Roth gains. If you do becareful not to add so much as to put you in another tax bracket and thus cost you a loss on social security but if by chance goes to 10+ who cares about a loss in SS?
Any comments on doing this?

FYI I transferred a large amount from traditional IRA to Roth after legal MDR .met. Yes have to pay taxes on both minimum withdrawal plus anothe large junk on amount transferred to Roth. But transferred at $1.21 now all the multiple shares owned in that account will be tax free when I sell any of NLST Think about it pay the tax now and when NLST hits projected 20 or more a share it's not taxable.

If this hits $5 a share I personally would like to send you a small stipend for all you do.

Bottom line has left the comapny and started own law firm. Also , liscensed in California. I wondered if Netlist would be interested in talking to this person with possiblity of hiring or using her knowledge on patents etc. If so I would I forward the name and presrnt company to Netlist? Any thoughts or recomendations. ?

Thanks so much for detailed reply and your honesty I have 16500 shares average 3.21 and have been in and out make good by selling 2-3K and back but as you can see at present about $1 down from break even at current price. Looking at long term but at 83 hopes itmpays off. Either way will not effec me at all just the estate. but like you do gamble now and then.

Striper I have been a holder for 5 months and follow your information often. My question is what and why are you so knowledgable on Netlist. Are you a large stock holder or paid by Netlist or a law firm to even be at the court hearings.
I would guess other new stock holders would appreciate why nyou do what you do. Thankfully
