FATDOG...yes...I was speculating..never said factually that it was cancelled, & never meant too. As far as frustrated....you have no idea. Two years of ups & downs & sideways....when I watched the show....that was it ! I said to myself, "I've waited two long years for this...unbelievable...time to move on and get over it"....Dog - I wish you the best, & I truly hope this works out for everyone.... now I have to find MIMI.. c-ya !
I sold today along with alot of others after watching the premier production. It took two years to put this together and that was the best they could muster...very disappointing. I have hung in there for a long time, but after seeing the "product" I am done. Looking back and weathering all the ups and downs - the scam accusations keep coming to mind. I keep wondering if those accusations were in fact true? Could this have been the plan from the beginning...we delivered everything that we promised. It is not our fault that the audience didn't like it & the network cancelled us. Those variables are out of our control - sorry, it just didn't work out......... investors get screwed, Schaefers get rich, no scam - they delivered, it just didn't fly.
Anyway - it has been a ride, Good Luck to Everyone !
I'm out...........................
RRGI website...anyone notice that Gabe is no longer listed on the contact page, or the Investor's page...wonder what's up with that...no Investor contact person?
The show's listing is on Spike TV's calendar for the 19th at 9AM......
I hear that Gabe stopped working for RRGI because he wasn't being paid....
That is why the PR's were put on the website instead of on the wires......they have no money !
Patrick Schaefer - a little history

Fatdog...I don't think you are with me. The "big" announcement that I referred to was that the project has been cancelled due to lack of funds. I hope I'm wrong, but it doesn't appear that I am. The show date is a little over a month away, and the company hasn't put out a promotional PR in almost 4 months, except for a couple of website posts, one which stated that they have money problems... I truly think that the end is near and the ones in the know are unloading everything before they decide to make it public. Sad to say, but I have to think that as nuts as Mimi has been, she may have been right all along...
I'm not selling my investment, because basically there is nothing left to save....so I guess you could say I'm in as long as there is something to be "in".
No viable company does that as their stock slips away. The dumping that is going on today, and over the past days is a strong indicator that the "big" announcement is pending.
Alcab11....where did you read that RRGI has a two year contract with Spike?
FatDog...I was just pointing out what you said in your previous post #2342.....
I believe I said this before....I have never seen a company release news for investors solely on a website. It has to be put out onto the wires where it can be seen. I guess its not news-worthy......
OTC Board...has management ever hinted that they plan to move off the pinks as soon as posible to the OTC. I don't think that such a move is that difficult, and would probably really help the stock interest....
Ok..thanks Fatdog. I just thought that the signing of major corporate sponsors for a show like this would be very newsworthy. My main concern was with the statement:
"Most of the delays we have encountered stem from the fact that a large percentage of production funds contractually committed to us and upon which we based our operation and production schedule were not provided. We have, as such, had to make alternate arrangements for funding and I can report that those alternate arrangements are on-going and very positive as of today."
The negative side of me is reading it as a "prep" statement to setup a following "we have no money" release. No real reason for my feeling, just a concern after reading it. I can't shake the thought that they maybe setting us up for a fall.
Just curious...does anyone know why the last two information releases have not been put out on the "wires". As far as know, information posted on websites are not permanent records and can be removed or re-worded at will. I have never seen a company provide information to the investment world in this manner....
any opinions welcome.
Bonded – what is the point of your office size post? I know a financial advisor who controls millions of dollars in investments, a thriving real estate broker, and a major accounting firm who all work out of similar office spaces. So what’s the point? In all your so-called “digging”…is that the best you can come up with? In reality, this production could almost be put together and run from the front seat of a car with a cell phone. In fact, more & more business is being done in this manner with less & less office overhead……. So, your posted basically means nothing .
Rumor Mill...from a relative who has a friend that works with Cinamour Productions. When Cinamour was involved with RRGI the scoop that was circulating was that the show was being formulated as an extented 4-5 season production, and that season #1 was a lock. Also, supposedly RRGI already has an agreement with a major publicly traded production/entertainment corporation to buyout RRGI and all rights to the show,if the first season proves to be successful and leaving present RRGI officers in place for future productions. I have not been able to verify any of this, so at this point in time it is simply "food-for-thought". However, someone on the board brought up the question about an exit plan for RRGI - this possibly could be it. For whatever its worth....
Where did you get that info from.....he is still being touted on their website video
Nice links & info about the shows hosts........

OTC - Management should be pushing this stock out of the pinks and onto the OTC ....thereby, putting it in a brighter light..
JMO
Steve....when the network is announced, many of the sponsors will already be in place through the network. After the announcement, all of the sponsorships will be taken in and handled by the network.............
Heard that an "All American Rookie" entertainment board, got tipped off about RRGI, and that it is a similiar format with a major difference - they can personally invest in the show. This caused a lot of excitement. Could be why the RRGI website traffic has increased along with the share price.....
PS -Mimi....you are a real nut job....LOL.
Looks like a "leak" about the signing of a network, and production schedule......
MIMI - you really crack me up. As you bash the stock..you tell everyone that you are not a basher. LOL ! You have bashed this stock from the first day you got on this board.....and, since you no longer own any of this stock, it is really great that you still hang around and look out for all of the stupid investors who are not as wise as you......keep up the good work. LOL !
Bagger...not sensitive at all...just playing with ya. In reading the financial report did you notice that they have the race car, and also a pace car for the show. I don't think they are putting out PR's like they should, but it is becoming obvious that the pieces are starting to come together....
What? You don't believe me? LOL You can find it at

PRESS RELEASE: FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE:
Hollywood, CA. November 12, 2006
REALITY RACING TV TO HOLD HOLLYWOOD CASTING FOR
HOST AND CONTESTANTS
NICK COVINGTON-DIRECTOR OF PROMOTIONS 626.216.5722 efcfilmco@aol.com
Reality Racing THE ROOKIE CHALLENGE, (OTC Pink Sheets: RRGI) the newest concept in reality television, which is slated to begin airing in 2007 will hold open auditions for contestants and a host for the 1st and 2nd season of taping on November 26, 2006 at the historic Greenway Theater which is located at 544 N. Fairfax Avenue – Los Angeles 90036.
With over 15,000 applicants for the first season of taping already in process, the producers of the show feel that interest in the second season should be just as strong and hope to give as many race enthusiasts as possible the opportunity to showcase their skills and make television history via the Reality Racing platform. Two hundred hopefuls were selected for Season One but a few wildcard contestant spots are still open and contestants who out perform the rest will be considered for immediate inclusion.
Reality Racing President Lee F. Schaefer said, “Reality Racing - The Rookie Challenge combines two of the most popular on- air entertainment concepts - stockcar racing and reality television -to create an unmatched, action-packed 13-week TV series; scheduled to air
in 2007. Reality Racing, Inc. has signed professional racing legends like Bobby and Donnie Allison, Cale Yarborough, Rusty Wallace and Junior Johnson to act as judges and mentors for the show's fifteen contestants. The winner of Reality Racing - The Rookie Challenge will receive national media exposure, a cash award, a gold championship ring and the opportunity to drive in a professionally-sanctioned race.” Schaefer added, ‘The opportunity for these individuals to make their dreams come true in one of the world’s most popular sports is simply amazing and we’re proud to offer it to them.”
Interested contestants and hosts will be able to apply directly for the show at an audition which will feature principals of Reality Racing, Inc. and EFC Films, the Sierra Madre based Film Company in charge of production of the show. In addition to THE ROOKIE CHALLENGE, EFC also produces the National Sports Schedule which airs on ESPN, Fempresario: The Mom Show and the Action On Film International Film Festival.
Applicants should bring head shots or Polaroid photos and be prepared to give a thirty second speech as to why they believe they would make a great contestant or host for the show. The auditions will be held from 9am until 2pm at the historic Greenway Theater (544 N. Fairfax Avenue Los Angeles 90036) which is also the home of the world famous Melrose Trading Post.
For more information, contact Nick Covington at efcfilmco@aol.com or 626.216.5722.
Mr Man.... It's not about getting more contestants..that is just a "hook" for the event...it's all about exposure..period. Why not in New York, because the demographics for Nascar is:
Regional distribution
U.S. pop. NASCAR fans
Northeast 20% 20%
Midwest 23% 24%
South 35% 38%
West 21% 19%
The location for this is perfect. Why not at a Nascar event, because Nascar wants a fortune for everything, and the hub of this wheel is in Florida, so they obviously have the local connections to set this up for probably little or no costs. It's an amateur reality sports show which will appeal to all sports fans even outside of the Nascar circle. Will be just good television for everyone if they succeed. I agree that its not in the bag yet, but there is a hugh amount of prep work to be done. They have to work thru the applications and get down to the 15 amateur "stars" of the show, along with getting everything else involved taken care of ( which is a hugh amount of work I am sure). Its just like a Nascar event, everyone is bored until they hear the "roar" of the engines - then the excitement grabs hold. When this event gets closer to that point, I think it will be hard to hold it back...one of my concerns is that it may run faster than these guys can control and even bigger opportunities may be missed....... just my opinion !

MarketWatch Board for RRGI from a poster called keoni552
10/29/06
howzit board! dont know why an rrgi board is not on raging bull. just stumbled onto this one. i just took a plunge on this stock once i found out a 4:1 f-split occured. bought 20k for .35 cents. this is a high roller play. it'll take off if news of the show is in production or sink if not. the difference for me is i did some searching on my own. first i called cinemour entertainment and talked to a guy named james loyld. he's in charge of investor relations for cinemour. i wanted to check if it was true that a deal was struck between the Schaefer brothers (lee and patrick) and the ceo of cinemour entertainment as was expressed in a recent news report. (i forget the ceo's name...look it up on the recent news) and left my number with him and to my surprise he called me back and confirmed that the news was true and Yes! a deal was struck between both parties to produce this show.i will continue posting more info later...out
10/29/06
i then wrote a letter to arrasmith apparel ( the company who got the contract to manufacture the rookie challenge logos, clothesline etc..) but didnt recieve a reply yet. still working this out.
10/30/06
then i called bobby allisons contact number since he left one on his web site bobbyallison.com...and then the schaefer brothers called pissed. according to them bobby was a personal friend and they didnt want investors bombarding his phone with questions about this stock. at first after receiving their call i thought i better sell but later i thought if these two ceo's was goin thru the trouble of calling me up then to me personally it was an indicator that a lot was at stake here...their efforts and money to get this production was at stake and bobby allison was their ace in the hole. if this due diligence on my part is an indication that there may be hope for your investment then good. if not then sell because the bottom line we are in otc land where anything goes. my hope is that maybe this could be another american idol stock like cmkx...out
I have received many messages that were sent via a Blackberry, and many of them look just like that because those things are hard to type on, and usually the user is on the go & in a hurry!
Nothing unusual........
Hey, Lastdeal...what's your angle here. You previously made 4 posts where you said that this is definitely a "hoax" and definitely a "scam" after you said they were 30 min from your house & you checked them out. Now you do a 360 & are telling us that everything is perfect, that the company plans are for real, and that you have high hopes for the future. I think you have created a credibility issue here....don't ya think !
Arbitrager99 - relax..it has already been established that these guys are all part of the large short seller contingent. They have bashed the stock from day one. Not one time have they ever had a positive thing to say about the stock - their motives are obvious to all. No long position investor of this stock would hold their shares while continuing a crusade to tear down the company and everyone involved with it.If their garbage bothers you, just put them on ignore as they never have anything positive or worthwhile to say anyways.....
Well..this message board certainly isn't going to make or break this stock. It's just a place for people to vent their opinions or frustrations or concerns. If I post something percieved as a negative on this stock it sparks "interest" either for or against. However, what is strange is that I have posted some very positive information and nobody seems to notice. Steve mentioned that he would like to see facts - well, here are some facts that I have gathered by doing a lot of research:
#1 - The cars for the show are built ( and are waiting for sponsor logos)
#2 - I am 99% positive that they have signed a network contract, but are waiting for the network to announce it ( probably part of the contract)
#3 - That they are already looking forward to a second season as they will be signing up contestants for season #2 shortly ( as per their website)
#4 - That January 2007 Reality TV Tapings will Begin ( as per Allison's website)
This information is all very positive and exciting, and I am sure that there are people on this board that will start screaming for proof. I know that the only "proof" is if it comes directly from the company, and some people even question that. However,it is your choice to believe my information or not, the old buy or sell on "rumor" thing. I also understand that some of this info may be time sensitive, or contracturally inhibited, but some is not. My only question is why doesn't the company put out more PR's to maintain a high interest in the show. This is an advantage to both investors and possible sponsors. They put out a PR about 15,000 applications received, why not put one out that says they are gearing up to take Season#2 applications. Or one that says the cars are built, how many and their status Or one that says we are planning to begin tapings in January 2007, instead of it showing up at the very bottom of Allison's website Or one that says we have signed a network contact for the show, and the details will be released by the network, etc, etc, etc.
Why let your stock drift, when you have positive things to report to the share holders / investors.
Well...Gabe doesn't know anymore than you do. He is just a "reporter" of whatever the company chooses to tell him. He seems more concerned with defending his job, than the company who has contracted him. The problem is with the Schaefer brothers. They have a great idea which I think could be a hugh success, but they do not know how to implement it. They blow their horns about what has been accomplished in 16 months, but in reality- it is nothing that could not have been done in 6 months. They also know nothing about increasing shareholder value which was obvious when they did the split. The split just opened the doors for short sellers which then decreased the value of the share price. What they don't understand is that this is an "entertainment reality show", and like all shows of this nature, you need a constant supply of PR. Even if it is the Greatest Show On Earth - without the PR & hype, interest wains and eventually nobody cares. The point being is that if and when they ever get this thing going - they are already 'tagged" as losers, which will reflected across the board. In racing terms, they got the pit crew, they got the car, and they got driver, but they can't go fast enough to qualify for a race - thus, no excitement, no fans, no sponsors, and no following. So far, its like they have been driving thru a school zone.
"Reality Racing TV Show Roars Into the Fast Lane" - I think they blew an engine here !
Watching the trades today,it appears that a little upward pressure is building....
Hblaze - if what grandslam found out is true, then that is a pre-announcement "gift" that he discovered by his efforts. Remember that great stock market wins were usually always bought on "rumor". I think that grandslam accidently stumbled upon a great tidbit of information, as I would bet that Allison accidentally slipped out the info.As far as you being disappointed at RRGI for not releasing this info as of yet, you have to understand that everything has to be signed & completed before such a release would be made. Also, both parties have to be in agreement to hasve the info released. Because of other business activity, the network could easily tell RRGI to hold-off on the news release for awhile. I am sure that RRGI will release the information as quickly as they can..........
Bossbasher......I am having a little trouble following your posted thoughts, and am wondering if there is a motive behind them. A week ago you said you didn't think it would go under $.30 baseline, then you said it will bottom at $.12-$.17, then a day later you said it may fall to $.01. Then you advised us that the "truth be known" it's going down, and will keep going down until whenever. Then after all that - you said you don't know how much it will fall. See...that's where I get confused - you say you don't know, but in three separate posts you have given us lows all the way down to $.01. I happen to fully agree with the positive side of your thoughts, but I got the feeling that you want us all to believe that the stock is going down, down, down to $.01 ( which you said is ok by you ). I don't understand how dropping from $.45-$.50 per share to $.01 is OK, even if everything else you said is true. If I would guess, it appears that you have shorted the stock big-time, are trying to get it down to your $.01 - $.04 range, then cover, and go long.
If my assumption is incorrect, then I see no point in your doom & gloom short term predictions, while at the same time remaining overly positive. You contacted RRGI and complained about the 4-1 split, did you contact them about the drop in share price also? Just curious
Yesterday, I sent the following message to Bobby Allison:
(Just a quick note to let you know that I have been one of your biggest fans for many years. I hope all is well with you and your family.
I am really looking forward to seeing you on the Reality Racing - Rookie Challenge program. Will that be coming up soon....do you have an approximate date?)
Today's Reply:
We hope it will air in April 2007.
Thanks for the support. Your message has been forwarded to Mr. Allison.

LastDeal - you posted :(These guys are about 30 min from my house. I think I'll check em out. Boca is full of financial scam artists. Seems to be a breeding ground for con men. Hate to say it but its true.)
Why bother? It is obvious where you are going with this from your other posted messages. I personally think that the only scam going on here is you.
gerlac - go back to my post #226, and you will see that I asked a question about types of networks. The reason for the question was that I know that they presently have not one, but five network offers. They are in the process of determining which network would be the best for both the present and future of Reality Racing. Once the decision is made, and all the T's are crossed, the announcement will be made. This is a small, startup company with a hugh, new idea that would be daunting to even a bigger established player. They will have many bumps in the road as many decisions will be made by trial & error. If you'll read between the lines on their most recent announcements, you will see that they are putting together a group of advisors in different fields to hopefully smooth out a lot of the bumps before they actually hit them. An announcement concerning a network will be just one spoke in the wheel and not the whole wheel. I am sure they have many exciting updates in the works as the promotional aspects of Reality Racing has endless possibilities. Once it becomes obvious to even the bashers of this stock that the show will go on, the stock will fly and even more sponsors will flock...the entire concept is hugh, exciting, and still in the startup, groundfloor stage for investors with vision.
