Staples and HD supply is coming online I hear. Getting all the Clorox and Victory business, let’s go FIRNA.
Interesting week.
Interesting day
The waiting is the hardest part.
The cream will always rise to the top!
It’s the fight in the dog!
It’s going to be just fine soon enough.
Interesting
Down side is they can’t make them fast enough
Every shell that’s trying to RM is under heavy review. FIRNA a private company with much power and zero interest in moving fast unless the stock holders speak up and ask the questions on the status of their money.
It takes a village, be a difference maker and ask the questions!
Indeed, that statement holds a great deal of truth. However, Tad stands as a remarkably experienced attorney in the realm of the SEC, currently embroiled in a recurring dilemma at FIRNA - the intentional crafting of arduous barriers to hinder the growth and protection of shareholders. Yet, once the tide turns, it will unleash an extraordinary eruption of prosperity. Risks are solely for those audacious enough to embrace them, as mere words hold little weight.
The silver lining emerges if the BYO endeavor fails due to FIRNA's lack of discernment, as it will ignite an epic legal confrontation for Tad, potentially yielding immense value for the stakeholders of PLPL. Tad has proven himself to be an exceptional lawyer, at least from my observations. So either way PLPL share holders win in this matter!
These guys spun off a big distribution company and have a massive book of business! Schools, city’s and Zoo’s. They’ll crush it, they’ll do better numbers than Home Depot Supply. Time tells all.
Byoplanet is building a ground game that is for the long haul.
It’s a small poultry industry on things that work.
Talk is cheap
Rumors of Big orders coming Merck Animal Health in the poultry division. Egg’s are big business.
Everyone knows that FIRNA is no easy fast track on ticker, name change. If I was Rick I would hold my powdered as they don’t benefit from any stock price. It’s a process, but it’s happening. Risk is always not fun, reward is only sweet if you trust your gut. Byoplanet controls nothing right now, Tad has all the control until FIRNA makes it happen.
No one is buying big blocks of shares. These are day traders and market markers. Why would the company buy back shares when they can just issue more shares?
That’s a year away, FIRNA isn’t going to approve anything until the first do a ticker change and finish the deal. This thing is a rocket ship.
All day
How many of those companies had a partner in the Fortune 100? Risk is not for the weak, it’s for the Bold and you’re not the ladder! Who are you trying to scare away? The weak sub Penny stock buyer? Good luck
It's easy to overlook the fact that Byoplanet has formed a powerful partnership with Merck, a company valued at $300 billion, to revolutionize the Animal Biosecurity industry. Their joint efforts have already yielded impressive results, including their development of the groundbreaking H2 Jet, which was accomplished with a generous R&D budget of $6 million in 2022. Those funds will not be needed in 2023.
However, it seems that some investors in the sub Penny stock market are solely focused on the current balance sheet, rather than investing in the potential for future growth. Kool aid you should play it safe with a 2% return by investing in Clorox, it's important to remember that big risks can lead to big rewards - although this strategy may not be suitable for everyone. It seems like Rick is winning not putting out any information and the stock is slowly advancing, time will tell but rumor has it they signed a deal with Home Depot.
He’s being positive in the direction of company Goals. Several months starts at 7 and ends when? 14?
Clearly management is planning out, for big things to happen.
Watch the stock drop at the bell from Market Markers covering.
Depends if you’re wearing a parachute.
Normal floats range from 8% - 22% right now it’s 75% plus. I am just guessing
What was the price of the stock on that day Rick said that, I hope it was at .0012 lol
It the market manipulators saying these things only, they’ll find the next thing to talk about. It’s all a game of moving blocks in the box until they get caught and the stock rips. Stock is up on no news and down on good news. It’s only matter of time before they blast off, Rick is being smart with the news, he’s controlling them now.
You have zero truth in your post. RS doesn’t change anything but the amount of shares outstanding. 1000:1 moves the current price over three, market cap doesn’t change. Less shares worth more, same market cap. If this company was smart they wouldn’t report any news as it only helps the market manipulators, but you know this! Get the house in order and roll over sub Penny games they play with the trading blocks. The train is coming…
It’s a feed from a SEC site, clearly it’s live. Clearly not their numbers, Yahoo has is at a $280k market cap.
They put out their announcement that they're coming into PLPL and the stock woke up. They made a few press releases about who they are and what they do. They talked about their history with Clorox and their future with Merck, Carnival, and professional sports teams. They won 5 out of 5 National Football Championships using BCOOL. USP is screaming for a solution for their employees, and BCOOL is just that. They put out a valuation on future projections and the size of the industry ranging from $270 million to $450 million in years to come. The market makers play the box, which is illegal, you can see the block trading happening throughout the day. The company has zero stock issued per Kool-Aid until FINRA approves everything. Why in the world would Rick want to share information with us if it only benefits the MM? Rick, hold the line, get the FINRA house in order, and launch hard. You have zero support here, only MM playing games. Run and run hard to squeeze these guys out. You need actual sales numbers to move the stock with real investors, not milk money flippers with bots. I’ll keep buying as it’s under .02 it’s good value to me, I see the value.
That’s one of his houses. His ski house in Telluride is massive, his lake house in Georgia is the biggest on the lake, and his house in Newport Beach is on the sand. He’s done pretty well for himself. I heard he’s getting married this summer to Huey Lewis’s ex, who has more money than Rick and travels on the horse jumping circuit. These guys are high society people. I don’t think Merck is jumping on board with riff-raff. The stock is cheap because things are being cleaned up clearly by Tad, or they’re hoodwinking us with restricted stock that trades at .0006, lol.
Management controls the street now? They pushed out information and everyone sold on news, but bought on speculation.
This is not the right time or platform for this company. Management should be putting their heads down gathering sales, getting their audited financials in order, ticker in order, AS, OS, RS in order. Then come out guns blazing, then it’s meaningful movement or it’s not.
Where is the buy back coming from? I heard it’s a floor price, above that floor price it’s a play at your own risk. I’ll assume it’s where they came onboard at trip 3
You’re too funny, let’s cut ties with only part of our company? Byoplanet in a legal suit with Clorox and won, let’s keep Brita license deal? Water and wind - learn physics and report back. Let me give you a few clues, Joule Thomas and sonic speed. One is electrostatic and other is not, wrong again.
Read the Merck PR it’s a 5 year deal with Byoplanet and USEF. Selective information is your sport.
Now Rick is a lair? Where is his statement? You just make it as you go!
If you sever ties with Clorox, clearly that would happen across the board as the relationship is done. Hence why
Are you an athlete that used the technology?
Merck, is clearly a 5 year deal as they sighed a 5 year deal with USEF. Being right for a day doesn’t qualify you as being right again.
Rick isn’t in the drivers seat until they complete the transaction. Tad is in the driver’s seat, you mean to say. Again, stay with the facts.
Dude, the EPA label has a one year shelf life, know what you’re talking about.
Brita is owned by Clorox, again know what you’re talking about. They sold Brita cool units when they wore $5999 carts, now it’s $599 and handheld battery power.
Too funny - in 2020 they only had Clorox 360 carts selling $5999 each, now they have battery powered handheld that retail for $599. This company put their money into R&D and crush it.
Kool aid you have no idea what you’re talking about. Merck, Carnival, Royal Caribbean, Service Master, etc.
Who’s got connections at UPS?
https://www.nbcnews.com/news/amp/rcna40147
Byoplanet’s bCool technology solves this problem for UPS. This one account could be 72,000 cooling units. $43,000,000 order of the $350m UPS sends on its employee health and safety efforts. Small potato’s for UPS.
New York City is seeing a big up tick in Covid cases this week. Bill Gates told us it’s coming back again.
If Merck and Byoplanet are signing 5 year deals United States Equestrian Federation they paying for that, so yes Merck is 100% investing Byoplanet and Byoplanet is investing in Merck. Look at these other horse shows they’re sponsoring together around the country, that’s not free. Big dollars for Merck going long with Byoplanet.
