If there were a shareholder picnic this year I would be the first to arrive and buy the first round of drinks for everyone there unless the food and drinks were free to everyone from the board of directors for BKMP, and if that were the case I would make a salute to you for endeavouring to persevere! But I'm afraid that will never happen, most of us will be someone with an alias name with no face or voice to each other.
If we even expect a return from BKMP it only be a dream LOL!
BKMP will be a legendary stock.
You probably could max out your credit cards.
I will just continue to follow this board closely and if I see something taking place, guess what? I'll have a sell in so fast you will be able to max out your credit card just to buy my sell order! LOL!
Volume: 3,450,000 @ 3:50:25 PM ET
Probably some nabob unloaded his or her shares from 10 years ago for .000001. Lots of folks have had sells in for market price for years.
Look I have always been civil with you all I'm asking from you now is some proof to back up your post
Come on scorpio70, if you have read anything then you would know that Sandy Winick is barred from penny stocks and he was first caught in the Phillipines and placed under arrest for stock fraud and now in New York under charges brought against him by the SEC. YOUR Uncle WiNNick may not be Sandy Winick and this Mr WiNick as you refer to him as may not be our famous leader of BKMP fame but all of us thats been here for years are not blinded to the facts.
I have always felt a poster has a right to post their thoughts but you are in denial or something and I will further say I have supported your right to post, but now I must ask you to provide some facts with your post concerning Mr WiNick or Uncle WiNNick as you call him or them.
You say Mr WiNick may blow a gasket when he hears what people are saying about him, but if this Mr WiNick you refer to is our beloved Sandy Winick then he has probably already blown something else during his incarceration time
Someone may have to help me out on this was it Phillipine or Thailand that first nabbed Winick
I have watched them on the Pursuit Channel, but all this doesnt do shareholders any good because when Mayhem Media first did a hostile take over they kicked Mike Garrow to the curb and made all our 3 million shares of TFN null and void, in short we are no longer a part of Fight Network. I wish I still had a copy of the e-mail I recieved from Ed Nordstram or some name like that when he was head of Mayhem Media telling me we were no longer a part of TFN.
If I had to guess I would say Sandy Winick was behind Mike Garrow losing his shares of TFN, as well as Randy Coulture, Big Bill McCarthy, and numerous others!!! You can go back and research what Big Bill had to say and it was not pleasant.
Yepper his real troubles started 6 years and the best I remember you were around back then and even dating back to 2006 I think but you have changed your alias so much I cant remember LOL!!!
Since you seem to know so much about the market, don't it make since if there is no bid then you would have to buy at the ask and if enough shares started being bought then the market would have to place a bid price them.
The name you used for me in this post I'm replying to could be considered a personel attack, something I have never done to you Pedro
This trouble for Winick has been going on for years, check out this complaint dating back to 2010.
SEC wins default judgment against Winick
2010-10-01 13:24 ET - Street Wire

The U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission has won a default judgment against Sandy Winick, the Toronto man facing civil charges in New York for improperly creating 59 shell companies and selling them. The SEC sought the judgment earlier this year, stating that Mr. Winick had not answered the 15-month-old case. U.S. District Court Judge George Daniels granted the SEC's request on Sept. 30, 2010, and referred the case to a magistrate judge to determine damages.
The SEC claims that Mr. Winick, over a two-year period, amassed an inventory of public shells by creating spinoffs from a public company he controlled, First Canadian American Holding Corp. He sold the spinoffs at prices between $50,000 and $100,000. (All figures are in U.S. dollars.) At least six of those shells later became targets of regulatory action. The SEC halted five of them in Operation Spamalot, a crackdown on spam stocks, and it launched an enforcement case against another, ZNext Mining Corp., in 2009.
The SEC is seeking $3.55-million from Mr. Winick, which includes disgorgement of $3.2-million, interest of $229,465 and a $130,000 civil penalty. The regulator says it served Mr. Winick with the suit on July 16, 2009, but he has not filed any response, nor has he hired a lawyer to represent him.
SEC's complaint
The SEC launched the case on June 12, 2009, when it filed a civil complaint against Mr. Winick in the Southern District of New York. According to the complaint, Mr. Winick created the 59 shells between 2002 and 2004. He did not file any meaningful disclosure documents for them, and simply created the companies so that he could have an inventory of public shells for sale. He held complete control of the shells because he controlled all the shares of First Canadian American, both personally and through accounts in the names of his wife and his friends.
The buyers of these shells included a convicted securities violator from Kansas, who the SEC did not name. According to the complaint, the Kansas man purchased a shell that became HEE Corp., which touted a drug supplement that could purportedly cure Type II diabetes. The stock had a high of 94 cents on July 20, 2004, and fell to under a penny on Dec. 21, 2004. The SEC said Mr. Winick served as a straw president of the company so the unnamed Kansas man could secretly operate it.
Another spinoff became ZNext Mining and was controlled by Elvira Gamboa, a Philippine woman who was once president of the non-existent Dominion of Melchizedek. (In a separate enforcement action, the SEC claimed that she promoted a mining interest in the Philippines that ZNext did not actually have, while selling 19 billion shares for proceeds of $5.4-million. As with Mr. Winick, she did not answer the case, and the SEC won a default judgment against her on Aug. 30, 2010.)
The SEC identified another of the spinoffs as a company that became Koko Petroleum Inc., which the regulator halted in 2007 as part of Operation Spamalot. (The complaint did not mention that Koko had links to B.C. promoter Robert Shull. In April, 2004, he registered its domain name, www.kokooil.com, and his wife owned five million of its shares. The SEC has not accused Mr. Shull of any wrongdoing.)
Four other shells that Mr. Winick sold also became Operation Spamalot targets. These were Amerossi International Group Inc., Relay Capital Corp., Wataire Industries Inc. and WayPoint Biomedical Holdings Inc.
In addition to his cash fee of between $50,000 and $100,000, Mr. Winick retained stock in some of the shells. The SEC claimed that he later sold some of this stock, grossing $3.2-million.
The SEC sought appropriate civil penalties and disgorgement of profits, as well as an order that Mr. Winick cancel shares of any First Canadian subsidiary he owns or controls. In addition, the regulator asked for an order permanently banning Mr. Winick from participating in penny stock offerings. In filing the case, the SEC acknowledged the assistance of the Ontario Securities Commission.

Dear Mr Peter Barton aka scorpio70, since you didnt answer my last question to you maybe you will answer this one.
If you are a rich person as you just claimed in the post I am replying too and if you have such confidence in BKMP why do you not start a buying frenzy by putting in buys of 99 million blocks of this stock called BKMP?
I am not a nabob or a basher I just ask questions concerning BKMP of which I own multiple millions of shares dating back to 2006 and I would called my 10 million share buys back in 2008 before I would buy them so everyone could see them show up just as soon as my buy went thru!!
PS, I still own every share I ever bought because of my own stupidity
When you speak of Uncle WiNNicK surely you're not talking about Sandy Winick the former head of so many scam stocks, the same Sandy Winick who sat down with Mike Garrow to have dinner one night and they drew up the plans for TFN aka The Fight Network on a napkin, because the same Sandy Winick that used to be the COO of BKMP is in a world of trouble with the courts via charges brought against him by the SEC.
Another day closer to paradise.
I've heard that before, lets see, all the way back to 2006.
At least when you show up to post scorp the board comes alive, plus I have no ill will towards anyone so post on!!! You are the one who has to live with facts or deceit
Myself I think BKMP is dead, but wiser men then me have been proven wrong, but when it comes too a Winick scam your best bet would be to understand this is dead
LOL!!!
Hello HELLLLLO wheres has everyone gone? Heck even O Scorp does not have anything to say, have we finally vacated this board?
Stick a fork in it, it's done
Thats Mr Peter Barton too you!!! We are not on his level seeing as he,s kin to Sandy Winnick as he called him. LOL!!!!
I am afraid you are 110% correct
He must be from New York since he's a dork and called you short. Im not short I'm long and strong, been holding all my shares for years and not because of capital gains taxes, only because noone will take them off my hands!! LOL!
Its Sandy, following up on his promise of a massive buy back to retire shares and decrease the float.. GOOOOOOOO Sandy Winick and buy em all.
By the way Sandy if you can read this board from your cell I have multiple millions I'll sell you first!!
When Scorpio was posting all his stuff about uncle WINNICK I got out my lawn chair and put on my tooo the moon pants, got me a cooler of soft drinks and placed it beside the chair, took a seat, the lawn chair collapsed like a cheap chair from K-Mart, when I tried to get up off the ground I ripped the whole buttocks portion of my pants out and gave up on BKMP!!!!!! LOL
But I'm still long and strong, holding all my shares and waiting for the dividend checks to start. I wonder if Bellator would want to buy an empty shell called BKMP too help promote them in N.Y. We were good at raising money for TFN to operate, might could do the same for Bellator. LOL!!
I dont know if Garrow was in on the Blackout Communications scam, my thoughts are if you go into business with a person thats well known to scam investors that should throw up a red flag to anyone wanting to partner with someone with this reputation. It was the money from BKMP stock that funded TFN, but we were only granted 3 millions non voting shares of TFN and that seems like a small amount when you think of the BKMP shares that were sold to investors.
I will admit if you go back and study the history of TFN Garrow did try and bring in big name people to help with marketing the network and try and build a viable company and Sandy did run off with his wife but even before all this took place we were given the preferred shares to cause one last run and then we were cast to the wolves with no more market for BKMP shares so you can see why it would cast a bad light on Mike Garrow with folks on this board.
Anyway DD I hope everything is going great for you and miss the days when we had fun on these boards with Stockfire, Virginian, Toothfairy and so many more to numerous to mention
Thanks but no thanks as far as the gay guy is concerned and when you see pretty young girls working the older guys at an event its purely for attention and maybe a little pocket money. I went to a Hooters only one time in my life and this real pretty waitress was acting like she wanted to be all over me and I told her she could quit the crap because her tip would not get any bigger no matter how much she tried to con me.
It was Dakota Dad who thought Garrow might of been on the up and up, I always said too go bad to the early days of Bkmp and look at the PR's and you would see the comments by Mike Garrow promising he and Sandy(soap on a rope)Winnick were working hard for shareholders to bring value to the stock and too grow TFN
I probably could have before I got so old and ugly but I was waiting on BKMP to make me rich before I did. I guess I could post a marriage request on this board since its read by so many.
Wanted rich woman to marry
Must have hunting and fishing land
Must have tournament ready bass boat
Must be beautiful ( the boat )post a picture please
If a lady feels she meets these requirements contact me on this board
There will be coffee brewing in the morning and still nobody but me to drink it. I shore was hoping too get rich off BKMP so I could afford a wife to help me drink it. LOL!!
Well according to ask on the home page its at .05 so I can't give you $1:00 a share, too bad there's no bid with that ask!! Neals favorite post back in 06 was always FREEEEEEEEDOMMMMMM!
And still no dividends! LOL
Maybe you can help me out here. Is this a good stock to hold for the long term?
Scammer!!!! JK!
Well heck, with the nephew by marriage of course no longer on the board who,s going to keep us undated on all the behind the scene,s going on,s with BKMP?
All this past talk about BKMP rising from the ashes like a Phoenix has Wall Street all in an uproar.. Everyone is selling all their holdings just to bank money for the BKMP run. The dow has dropped over 300 points today due to all this
Well datgummit I just checked my account and then checked the board to see if BKMP has hit my target price yet and after 8 years nothing has changed. "O"Well maybe next time
I will hold tenaciously to all my multi millions of shares because there is no market, but I will not buy anymore because I do believe I have enough useless shares already but thats my opinion and you are entitled to yours although I do not think for one minute that this will ever trade again
Hope everyone has a safe and Happy Thanksgiving
Yes the crowd would go wild if by some miracle this thing had a bid with an ask. It wouldnt be a buying frenzy though just a very large dumpage. I have 10's of millions I would be glad to let someone have
Ya'll should od been around 6 and 7 years ago when most of us bought in low and made good bank

Hello Vant!! I dont have premium membership any more since I backed off from investing, so I cant reply PM. Great to hear from you though and I hope all your trades make profit. My kids are all successful but I decided to hang on to what I have for my grandkids, that way if the world still stands when they get grown maybe they will have a decent start on life. But I still want to go all in on some stocks sometimes but have to make myself stop searching the boards for a quick flip. LOL
Please upload a pic of Uncle WiNNick next time ya'll have a family dinner at the big house
I believe he said 351,000 shares for 35 cents
1 poster on here claims to have inside info it will, but 99.99% of us who have bought into this during the hype of 2006 feel like we are holding a bunch of worthless shares that will never have any worth again
