META is merely the trading symbol for Facebook. FB was the old symbol. This issue is Facebook not the Metaverse. Zuckerberg is bleeding money. The Metaverse is robust (Look at what WalMart recently did, among others) Facebook had a nice 25 year run now it appears to be dying a painful death.

I also attended the Metaverse Expo in Las Vegas. Folks, this is real. Visiting the exhibit and meeting John as well as the entire team, plus the crew at TCG World, filled us up with adrenalin.

I cannot put into words the awesomeness that is coming. The internet 1999 is a good analogy. This will make that look like a picnic.

Good morning TCG Family! The Las Vegas metaverse Expo. All I can say, is WOW!!

It was such an amazing experience. It was great meeting the team, wonderful partners, and the best community ever! Words cannot describe the things I am personally feeling right now.

Listening to the speakers while being there was also incredible. To give you some perspective, in 1999 there were roughly 248 million internet users. Today there is about 5 billion. Today in this space web3/crypto there are about 225 million.

Some of you don't realize this yet, but we are the internet in 1999, the huge difference now..., is that technology and information travels exponentially faster than it did.

TCG WORLD is the forefront of this space (in my opinion). The amount of money that will be poured into the Web3 space over the next few years is mind blowing. Estimates from speakers were saying this could be a 8 to 12 TRILLION dollar industry. (Yes with a T)

I have been telling my family (they think I am a bit crazy still) all there needs to be is one little spark, and we become a household name. I personally believe what happened this weekend in Las Vegas, was that spark, and that spark is falling towards the gasoline.... I believe now, more than ever in this team and community.

How I love the smell of fear!

Been here for a while and have not seen any reason to believe the CEO would mislead investors.

IMO, you are watching the stock slide on its run up on a PR that only shows "potential" of what the company is working on. People need to understand that the revenue will take some time.

John needs to show shareholders that he can execute on the $100M, this is not going to happen overnight.

What you are seeing today is folks questioning why the run is not supported and believe they got sucked in by a questionable CEO (like we haven't seen that before).

Like I posted the other day, know when to take profits and know when to buy.

Given the volume over the last week, I'd say we have more knowledgeable investors than the weak hands we are seeing this morning.

These same fine people would've bought Nike at .18 cents back in 1980, then sold it .20 cents two hours later and said, "See how smart I am!"

A $100M deal on a very tight float, its no joke. The 52 wk high was .168 without this deal. Says it all.

There's always going to be profit taking, and yes RSI above 70 might catch your eye... But... this is not a normal situation. Given the great news on Tuesday and the tremendous upside GTOR has, this damn stock better be overbought. Eventually this type of demand is going to push it to much higher levels. Plus, we're just getting started. What might this look like in a month, or long term?

Not 100% sure as this type of stock issuance is typically reserved for Board of Directors and certain private investors. However, I do believe these transactions need to be annotated in the Articles of Incorporation. I also believe they are pretty closely regulated.

Please read the most recent press release, dated May 31st. As you will see, when the final deal was executed, there was no dilution. I understand the May 24th release clearly stated that, but in the final consummation, the CEO elected not to do that!

LOL, the message board must always be taken with a grain of salt. I read today's press release and I am very curious to see what this company looks like after June 14th. I don't understand the power of the Metaverse to speak intelligently about it... but, I strongly believe the future of eSports is significant. People smarter than me tell me the Metaverse is an incredibly untapped frontier. So, if you marry eSports with the Metaverse and you see a company that appears to have incredible potential with (IMO) a very undervalued stock?

Well said. I look for their exposure to increase. And organically, it will likely be recognized by sharp investors who similarly, recognized Nike in 1980 when it was only trading at .18 per share.
