PS, How do I get the prize?
Thanks John, it was a lot of fun. Will be back next year to defend the title!

How many people have picked all the winning teams?
Sox,Sox,Sox, Your right about NE winning as they have won so many of the last playoff games with a field goal from the greatest clutch kicker of all time! If NE could just have been dumb enough to let Vinatieri go and Indy could have just been lucky enough to have gotten him in the off season! Oh thats right they did! Now Indy is guaranteed 3 points every time they are within 40 yards of the endzone!
SoxFan, I like and have to respect the quality of the NE coaching staff and the character of the team as a whole, however there is no chance that NE will win in INDY! It was nothing less then football Gods that got them this far! The Colts have played very conservative and rather poorly up untill this point, but believe me Peyton is not a choke and has adjusted to the constant pass rush with a rookie rusher, and has shortened up his pass game to compensate! If he had done the same thing last year they would have won it all then. Though it may be boring to watch, nobody can beat them now! PS I think if Peyton and the Colts get an early lead, NE will be beat by a substantial margin! I haven't picked a losing team in the playoffs yet and betting on a QB that in time will prove to be the greatest to play the game, with stats to back it, and the greatest QB/Receiver combo of alltime is a no brainer!!!!!!!!!!!

I know atleast a hundred pinksheet companies that BA has either financed seed capital or contracting for promotional and marketing business. Some have done well and others not so well! BA has big money and big connections, so they're no different then any other fiancial or promotional company.
This was the deal that I mentioned that should generate a substantial amount of cash for HMWM. I think brentjanice is in the vending business aren't you brent? I looked at the potential profits and was amazed! Will CKYS stock holders get some of HMWM profits from the new deal anounced today? Anyone have any thought on the CKYS investment in HMWM? I think besides brand recognition and sales this could be a very profitable business investment if the deal is structured right!
I'm not sure how much DD on HMWM I posted was read before being deleted, so here it is again.

HumWare Media Corporation Announces New Boondoggle Sports Network Touch Screen Kiosks With Solid State Media Players and Supporting Software in Final Expectance Testing
Kiosks Developed by Audio Video Interactive are Expected to Begin Deployment January 2007
GOLDEN, Colo., Nov 29, 2006 (PrimeNewswire via COMTEX) -- HumWare Media Corporation (Pink Sheets:HMWM) today announced the Company's new Boondoggle Sports Network touch screen kiosks built with custom media players and a proprietary suite of supporting software are currently in final expectance testing and should be ready for deployment into sports bars and restaurants in January 2007.
Boondoggle Sports Network (BSN) is America's newest entertainment channel providing free entertaining sports trivia and interactive fantasy sports contests to the hospitality industry while delivering targeted advertisements that are displayed on television monitors inside the establishment. The network is delivered via the Internet and displayed on television monitors inside a growing list of sports bars and restaurants including: Champps Americana, Fox and Hound, Hooters, Humperdinks, Jillians, Britannia Arms, Legends & Heroes, and Rawlings All-American Grille.
The new BSN kiosks will utilize two solid state, fan-less media players that operate a built-in touch screen and which display the network and digital advertisements on a 32" flat panel LG Monitor mounted on top of the kiosk. Customizable graphics allow the kiosks to be co-branded and changed and built in splitters allow the network to be displayed to additional monitors within establishments.
A comprehensive suite of kiosk terminal and server software has been developed to support a wide range of multimedia kiosk applications providing complete flexibility in a robust, integrated, secure, manageable package. BSN content is downloaded from the Company's central servers over a broadband connection allowing the client to cache a large amount of media data on a large, inexpensive flash drive, storage device and then use random access capabilities to support time-shift playback operations.
The kiosk software provides personalized end-user services on the kiosk itself. Centralized server software provides profiling, loyalty program management, payment processing, remote administration and monitoring. The BSN content server enables remote content management across multiple establishments, kiosks and applications. The Company's server management software provides centralized management services for kiosks, including content and ad management, uptime and usage monitoring and revenue analysis of the entire network or an individual kiosk with an Internet-based interface.
"We are very excited to be in final testing stage of our kiosk. A tremendous opportunity exists for the Company to serve the hospitality industry and to deliver digital signage within the channel," stated John Huemoeller, CEO of HumWare Media Corporation.
"The new kiosk will not only help establishments and advertisers, it will also give our advertising sales force the ability to rapidly build network footprint. As the initial rollout and ongoing deployment begins, our revenues from these ad sales should only accelerate. We continue to be extremely excited about the acceptance of our product line and revenue expectations going forward."

Best wishes BrentJanice with these times. My daughter came back home for a while, and it was a blessing that we all grew from!
Today may be your last chance for any shot at recouping your losses! Sell now and buy something else. Atleast there is a chance and the money you have left here can get you a good position in some other penny. Hope is better then hopeless! Please do some DD and I think you will see this might be a good chance. You have to do something besides watch! This is oviously just IMHO and you have to take the actions necessary to determine what is best for you! I switched over to CKYS.
RedCloud, have some compassion and learn some manners!
Hi fish, I feel your SLJB pain! I made an even exchange to here last week from SLJB. I really believe the chance to recover our losses and then some is right here! Just the difference in the pictures of the characters makes me more comfortable!!
netooi, total dollars spent devided by total shares.
morm13, I sold out to move into ckys. If I'm going to loose everything I might as well take a chance on a company with a product and more none information then here. Besides even if a PR comes out, with all the bad info already out there on this company, it is not going to just pop and keep going. I'll take my chances and buy back in after more transparency! Good luck.
What is really amazing is that a unsolicited stock could have traded so many shares for so long! It truely is unbelievable!
Well I suppose we would all own LFWK and it's assets/debt. The 10 million dollar loan would be required to be paid back as well. The good news would be that the Tenn. property that is being developed is valued at approx. 50 million minus the loans in Detroit that have apparently gone into default and had judgements decided. But with the millions in stock sales would also belong to LFWK. What a mess that would be! Maybe whoever owns LFWK/SLJB can use the millions they've made and buy out Dennis and stuff the shell with assets and contracts before it's to late. They still would put a large amount of cash in their own pockets while allowing the SLJB stock holders to recover their losses!
Do you know how long LFWK was public before this SLJB purchase?
If the SPAC was not completed, and no merger was recorded or took place, then how is LFWK now private, and how did the public vehicle become SLJB's? Consultech put up 10 million dollars and agreed to wave the repayment if the SLJB takeover/merger was completed as consultech was to merge with the final entity? How are shares legally tradeing in a company that doesn't exist due to a incomplete purchase/documentation of the public vehicle?
Very well put. I also believe that by not completing the documents and then commiting that A/F were completed could be the basis for fraud. Who knows if insiders with more then 10% traded illegally? I think a good lawyer could have a hey day with this, and Ammerman of the former LFWK's needs to be included as he walked away with all the assets even though the proper paperwork may have been completed on his end!
Marion, what countries can they send the money to and not have it recovered. Just wondering, can they cut a deal with a hedge fund, in say Dubai, and get commisions/kick back to a company set up as a business there?
ATM, I would like to be put on an email update of what you are doing, and contribute to the cost if you go forward and I can be included as a named in the suit!
What are the chances that trading gets suspended?
Does Dr. Johnathan Davis have a clue what he is into in this market???? Or is he to busy doing rectum exams?
Come on Airys, they made it clear in their last PR that the PR would be during the course of this week=CEO Steve Sulja also stated, "During the course of this week, we will be providing our shareholders with updates on this and any other deal that has been completed. We will also provide a detailed explanation of the SLJB corporate structure and other questions sent to us by our shareholders. We will be doing this through our press releases. We are committed to the success of SLJB and will work to regain our shareholders' confidence over the coming weeks."
As much as I hate to miss a pop, if they miss a PR they promised and understood the importance to invetor confidence, I'm out before the close too! Don't want to hold down to .01 again as I can't average down if I'm not liquid!
Airys should be able to confirm the PR as he has cell phone numbers! Come on Airys get on their arses, waiting untill the last hour of the last day to put out the PR doesn't build my confidence!
So today is the day! Load up! Steve is letting us get a bigger position so we can make more money!!! What a man!
CEO Steve Sulja also stated, "During the course of this week, we will be providing our shareholders with updates on this and any other deal that has been completed. We will also provide a detailed explanation of the SLJB corporate structure and other questions sent to us by our shareholders. We will be doing this through our press releases. We are committed to the success of SLJB and will work to regain our shareholders' confidence over the coming weeks."
Yes, for now.
The board seems so mild and calm at night after a twelve pack. Why can't everyone just share the wealth?
Airys, your in touch with PV, can you find out a approx. time of next PR?
This is the last time I am going to respond to you "The Bean Counters!" I run companies and you just count beans! During market down turns companies hedge by getting longer terms from suppliers, which are often easy to get or a back log would create an over inventory at the production facilities! The builders are SOMETIMES given longer time to pay their bills, but the real estate is often placed with a second lien, mechanics lien, to protect the suppliers position. With a company that is five years or younger, maybe you and your other bean counters are in the ball park due to unpaid fixed debt, but with a 25 year old company with no debt, you have no clue what their fixed costs are or their terms on payables!! I have many times in the past during down turns in the markets, increased not only profits but increased market share just as Sulja is doing by purchasing the competition! Go count your beans, but don't pretend you know exactly how a 25-year-old company makes and maintains profits! This is the last time I am discussing this with you as your type are a dime a dozen!
Wrong! Get your head out of your butt and stop saying things you know nothing about! Lumber companies like Sulja can easily get 15% on new construction sales. They supply all the materials from start to finish! They may have up to 60 days and even 90 days on receivables, but they can definitely get 15%! So stop talking chit and do some DD and report back facts not BS!!!
MarionPolk, what makes you feel your so much smarter then all the people who come here to do DD and decide for themselves if this is a good buy at the current prices? You keep making a case not to buy and if I hold to sell. So since you and robotrader are so sure and have made your position so clear, I am going to sell all my shares. I have kept copies of your messages which have become a small book, and will sue you for any losses of potential profits I incure. Thank you for your professional services.
Wow, the bashers are getting nervous!!!!!
