Big news tonight on the restructure page on the website tonight. The Ballot Report on the UCC is there in a PDF I will attempt to paste. 108 voted, 105 voted yeas and 3 no and 5 were a day late and voted yes anyway. We are in like flint. I doubt they will PR it or they would have already. We only have to wait until the 19th for that.>>>

The final I hear is just procedural, but it is October 26th, 10 AM Hearing room 601. I have a feeling we will get a PR on that when the market closes that day. Probably no need to go.
But, NTRZ must have an annual shareholders meeting before the year is over, you can fill us in on that.

India's food inflation is 16.44%
From World Grain.com>>
NEW DELHI Oct 1
India's food inflation increased to 16.44 per cent in the week ended September 18 as the cost of cereals, fruits, select vegetables and milk rose on account of supply disruptions due to heavy rains and floods.
Week-on-week, food inflation climbed 0.98 percentage points from 15.46 per cent in the week ended September 11.
This was the fifth consecutive week in which the rate of food prices has risen, after a spell of moderation in July and the first half of August.
An unusually heavy spell of late monsoon showers had resulted in severe flooding across many states, including Delhi, Haryana, Punjab, Uttar Pradesh, Uttarakhand, Himachal Pradesh and Rajasthan, resulting in disruption of supplies.
On an annual basis, cereals prices rose by 6.11 per cent, driven mainly by higher prices of pulses, rice and wheat.
While prices of pulses rose 5.94 per cent on a yearly basis, wheat and rice became costlier by 9.14 per cent and 4.05 per cent, respectively.
Among other food items, milk prices soared by 24.32 per cent during the week compared to the same period last year, while fruit rates rose by 15.13 per cent.
Vegetables also became dearer by 5.87 per cent on an annual basis. Onion prices went up by 1.39 per cent year-on-year, but potato prices declined by 50.48 per cent, continuing the trend of the last few months.

A case for making a profit right now.
A poster at yahoo has access to court filings and NTRZ must give them monthly profit figures for the part of the company in BK. Brazil is not part of it. The figuers were>>
Revenue - $982,108
GOGS - $655,740
OpEx - $843,408
Net loss - $530,619
Then another poster who I trust posted that the latest info, that I believe is 08 Brazil figures NTRZ did $368,000 profit per month. That leaves NTRZ short $162,612. But that figure includes BL lawyers figures.
I then posted the following>>>
That is an old figure from Brazil. If Z really needs to expand it because of demand and it's 70,000 ton capacity is all being sold, revenues could be
Oil at 1450 per ton(20% of 70,000) $20,300,000 in revenue.
DOB at $450 per ton(80% of 70,000) $25,200,000
Total revenue $45,500,000. I do know if I want to hunt what Brazil in the latest reported figures, but I would not be surprised to see it half of that. With a lot of fixed expenses in your 368K per month, that bottom line could now easily be $736K per month with sales of $3,412,500 per month using 90% of my figures.
Even using the loss figure gnus posted at $530,619 less my potential figure of $736,000 profit from Brazil gets us a positive profit of $205,381. And that is with the lawyer theft thrown in that we won't have exiting BK.
If Brazil is not near capacity there was never a need to expand. Time will tell if Brad to us one true fact. But Malty, if my figure and yours are averaged, we are cash flow positive again, with the lawyer crap throw in. I am optimistic. I think we know more in a month.
I might add that I have heard more than one rumor that Brazil is doing very well.

OT---Thailand missionary
I sat next to a gal for breakfast this morning who has been a missionary in Thailand for 5 years. Her husband is a missionary as well but was not with her. He was born there as an American, but speaks the language well.
One of my concerns about the future of NTRZ is that if the "In" thing to do became eating brown rice world wide, there would be little milling and little bran. She said they eat white rice for all three meals most of the time and got to have white rice. They eat the rice in different ways each meal. breakfast is like rice soup, for example. She says no chance of them changing to brown rice because it is so ingrained in their culture and they change very slowly. And they are not into health food like many Americans currently are. The basic families do not use rice bran oil, but it perked her attention when I mention how Z can increase their food supply by just using the current bran. They do eat meat and the meat filler sounded interesting to her, but they don't eat as much meat as we do. A good job there pays about $4,500 to $5,000 per year, so not a whole lot of money for more expensive meat. Rent is much cheaper etc. however.
I just wanted to share what I heard as it applied a little bit to NTRZ.
Poo Poo my licensing thought.
I discussed this thought with a friend who does not read or post this board. He had a good point. There was no reason to hire someone as high powered as Garner if Z was to license everything. I agree and lean toward licensing of the Herbal Science end only. Then maybe a big general partner like JBS is for Pilgrims Pride. What ever is going to happen, the UCC is not a bit worried about their money.
http://www.premiumingredients.com/
Product list--very impressive>>
http://www.chembuyersguide.com/partners/premium.html
Garners company supplied ingredients to 1/2 of the biggest 100 food companies. He was not brought in to sell licensing, he was brought in to sell ingredients.
A subtle hint for licensing??? China under construction???
This might me a stretch but I notice that Jerry Eggenberger not long ago had the term "Private labeling" under his job description and it is now gone.>>>
http://www.nutracea.com/ContactNutraCea
Now, one reason for that could be that Short is going to all licensing, not just nutraceuticals and pharma, if indeed that will even happen. If you license, the licensee is in charge of the labeling, whether it be their own name or private labeling.
And, if licensing is the way Short spreads NTRZ's magic, then the 500,000 ton oil plant in China could be under construction and almost completed. It might be a quick install of Z's equipment once a plant is about completed. And Z could have 2011 revenue from it soon after BK???
This also ties into my thought that Z's online store is having great sale prices on it's bran and oil and RiceProFlex to clean out the old labels to make way for licensed herbal Science or such products.
http://www.nutracea.com/NutraCeaOnlineStore
This is all just guess work based on Jerry Eggenbergers job description change and proof that I can still be a dreamer :)))
NTRZ will license nutraceuticals and pharma????
I can be thick headed, but it just hit me that the motion on the restructure button dated 7/12/10 basically spells that out. It even says "Motion to file under seal". Read the wording and see how prominent the word "LICENSING" is prominent. Licensing is like "Clip the coupon", no expenses, just income. Of course not as much income as if we made all the products, but whoever sells our nutraceuticals and pharma will certainly have experience Z does not have in making them and they will have a distribution network NTRZ does not have. I may be wrong, but keep in mind the Herbal Science home page is still blank. Changes are a coming.

China has a reputation as an ingredient supplier
I never knew this. So, this makes NTRZ's DOB something that China has a sales network already in place. Brad did mention 3 plants, but Brad was full of BS. One next year would be great. How is the question. Does Z have a big partner where we put up the technology and someone else's the money? Do we license? Do we get a big loan and fulfill the original China deal by ourselves? Inquiring minds should find this out by years end.

Good info xrymd!!!
Friday's PR was a WIMP compared to what may come soon. I think the market makers got caught low on inventory as they might have had to short 1.4 million shares to cover those 3 big trades (Look at ORF for Friday)--- http://regsho.finra.org/regsho-Index.html
Wait until a real PR comes out. Friday's actually had a negative in that Z got 1.7 million less than they planned on and it will have to be written off as another loss. FU BRAD. At least it will not have an affect on positive cash flow that it looks like NTRZ is having since they don't need any more Wells Fargo money as illustrated in the PR and Short changed his language from the last two PRs in which he mentioned the subject. Has has been saying, "We will exit BK by the end of the year". He is now saying, "We will exit BK by November 30th or SOONER.
The next 2 and 1/2 months should have much more positives than Friday's wimpy PR. It just shows how information starved us owners of the company are.

New explanation to the mysterious stock filing
A poster who I respect says the following at yahoo>>
Let me chime in on this, FWIW. The NY state corp law, rule 359-e, requires brokers, dealers and principals to maintain a form M11 on file with the NY SOS.
This is maybe because the exchanges are located in NY??
The M11 registration requires that any changes must be reported within 30 days.
So my WAG is that Z is finally getting around to telling them that they got delisted and filed BK.
Here's the form M11, and I think Z had to update the answers to some of the questions in section 8. :)
http://www.ag.ny.gov/bureaus/investor_protection/investors/investor/NY%20Form%20M-11.html
I would be happy if this is what it is.
Mysterious stock offering in the works
http://www.dos.state.ny.us/info/register/2010/sep8/pdfs/securities.pdf
It could be good. It is not with the SEC, but a preliminary with the state of New York. Why there nobody knows. A partner could be there such as Pfizer. Others at the Yahoo board that I respect say,
1. It could be used to pay off the UCC or such and not a big deal.
2. It could be a partner
3. It has nothing to do with 0ptions recently issued to management.
I think another possibility
4. A new stock could be issued as we exit BK that could involve A partner. The POR that the UCC votes on in 6 weeks says we don't lose our shares, so if new stock is issued we might get like a reverse split. And a partner involved getting half of the company(for example) in would be like 100% dilution. BUT, we would have the cash to go bonkers immediately and explode sales and profits.
This is a worse case scenario and I really think that is really not that bad since we were so close to losing our shares under Brad Edson.
Here is what COULD happen and I base this on discussed rumors.
If NTRZ had the cash, we could have in operation by the end of 2011 stabilized oil plants in Indonesia, Stuttgart Arkansas, Brazil Expanded, and maybe a plant in Italy. These would all be current oil plants being converted to Z's stabilized process. Plus we could have a big new plant in China and maybe Thailand in the middle of 2012 completed. Brad said the the 500,000 ton plant in China would make Z $50,000,000 per year or $100 per ton. Lets say Brad was exaggerating by double and now a partner gets half of our profits. So, we get $25 per ton. With 4 conversions at 200,000 tons each, Z would make $10,000,000 profit in 2012 and in 2013 another $12,500,000 on oil alone. That is 4 cents per share in 2012 and 9 cents in 2013. If nutraceuticals and pharmaceuticals can match that, it is 8 cents in 2012 and 18 cents in 2013. A forward PE of 25 would be fair for a big growth stock. So the for early 2011 could be $2.00 and $4.50 for the start of of 2012.
We could double that if we could do it on our own, but no way do we raise the cash needed on our own. The above is based on a lot of thing going right, but keep in mind the sensational story that NTRZ is, "Turning former low grade animal feed into high grade human food with not extra growing needed, no land, no water, no farmers, nothing. JDSA at it's peak had a forward PE of 165 a couple years ago. Who knows what could happen to Z.
If I am wrong 3 fold the stock is still 66 cents at the end of the year and $1.50 at the end of 2011. And that is with 100% dilution in the form of a strategic partner.
I am not an analyst, use these estimates at your own risk. I am just trying to show potential. If the stock is 50 cents at years end and $1.00 next, I will be pleased as punch.

RJA--great food long term hold
I found a long term food play I like. RJA, which is a basket of 20 commodities, mostly all food. I feel food commodities will out perform most everything else in the next 5 years, because of the dollar falling and food shortages arising and food seems to be a long way from the 2008 top. And RJA just broke out of a little trading range. I am buying this as an intermediate holding. And I will average down rather than stop loss it if it falls substantially.
