Rhino I almost hate to mention NTRZQ, but two key things happen soon. First the Class Action Lawsuit gets approved tomorrow(hopefully). I think it is at 1 PM Pacific time, so market closes first. I could be wrong on the time.

Then on October 19th, the Creditors and Z go before a judge to get the Plan of Reorganization approved. Both could be nice, but the UCC the 19th should be the biggie. NTRZ got a nice pop two weeks ago off the following PR>>

That all but says they are cash flow positive to not need the Wells Fargo money, and the CEO reiterates that the emergence from BK will be successful. In the Plan of Reorganization it says shareholders will not lose their shares.
